I have ordered Zeta Clear from an Australian website which switched to an American website. Just after I paid by card, I printed out a copy of the order. I never received any confirmation of the company or any tracking number either. They took $132.59 out of my bank account on 21/7/2019. All contact numbers are non existent. I want my money to be refunded as I have non received the item.

If you want to use a chat platform that is biased, unfair and discriminatory then Disqus is the chat platform for you.
Disqus has removed dozens of accounts for "toxicity" and yet there are accounts that harass, dox and attack. These accounts encourage sexism, racism, attacks on those with disabilities, among other things.
Why are these accounts not removed?
Simple. these accounts belong to people who are personal friends of Disqus employees.

On the surface it looks like humorous satire. However if you look through the threads and comments you will see years of "toxic" content that Disqus and Zeta Global claim they are eliminating.

Zeta Global purchased the Disqus chat platform in 2017.
At that time Zeta and Disqus promised to start removing "toxic hate speech"
Off and on they have made a minimum effort to keep this promise. Two weeks ago they increased those efforts however those efforts have not included users who are friends with Disqus employees.
These users who are friends with employees are allowed to freely abuse other users without repercussions. As of now there have been hundreds of accounts suspended for simply disagreeing with those who are friends of Disqus employees. The users who are friends with Disqus employees have hundreds of complaints against their abusive behavior all over the internet.
Anyone who is looking for a chat platform should be aware that along with using the Disqus platform will come biased decisions by employees if a user they are friends with makes a complaint. If such a complaint is made you will find your account and access removed without notice.

Disqus ignores problems with its channel site.

Disqus has delisted channels for personal reasons even the channel owner has not violated ToS.

Disqus employees have taken sides in personal disputes between Disqus users.

Disqus has ignored valid complaints concerning their channel site.

As annoying as all of this is Disqus is now ignoring a problem that makes it almost impossible for some Disqus users to use their account.

Oct 2017 a Disqus user marked thousands of comments from over 100 Disqus users as spam. This made their accounts virtually worthless. Many of those Disqus users left and refuse to use Disqus in any manner.

Disqus did nothing to the person responsible for this.

Sept. 10, 2018 the person once again spammed thousands of comments from over 100 Disqus users making their accounts almost impossible to use.

Someone with Zeta Global that is NOT working in the Disqus office or friends with any Disqus users needs to evaluate the situation and fix it.

I realize Disqus is a small part of the whole but that is no excuse for allowing them to do as they wish.

It is bad marketing. For example, if there are 5000 billboards with the same advertisement and only 1 has an error do you think the 4999 are going to go viral or the one with the error?
