I laid a complaint last week and I got a email that someone at the branch will contact me but until now no one contacted me is that how they treat customers and paying customers because they want more money after I sighed a contract and paid. Query # 296651
On Monday 16th January 2023 I whatsapped Natasha at parow centre zone fitness and asked her if the R1000 deal is still on for parow high school kids and she said yes R999 for 12 months I can come and pay and I must ask for her at reception and I still have this msgs on my phone. Then later that same day me and my 16yr old son went to zone fitness asked for Natasha and we signed the contract and paid her so my son went gyming and his card was, working then after 4 days she phone me and said I must pay 2 x R99 = R198 for levies for June and December and I told her I don't have money now and how can, she sign a contract and take my money and then after few days she demand more money or I must cancel the contract. Customers can not be so poorly treated then she said I'm being nasty and difficult and I don't think so she is because I asked her before I went there if the deal is still on and she said yes now after we signed and seal deal she is changing her story now, and, said she did not know about the levies but she told the school it was implement in December but she never told me. I don't think it's fair because my son had a holiday job to get that money but now she demand more money but the I, have the copy of the contract that is signed by both parties and she took my money.
Desired outcome: I want my son to enjoy his time at the gym and Natasha(sales lady) must stop asking for more money and I wish my son's card can work at the gym because I paid what I was told.
