Good day, me and my wife joined the phillipi branch at the beginning of this year, hoping to change our physical and health lives.
The first premium was deducted end March 2023, which was not as per my request of the 15th of every month and the amount was more than what I signed for. So, I went to the branch in April 2023 to get a resolution with a copy of my signed contract. They took my papers to the back office and promised to call me. They never did. Shockingly I received a call from the Nimble lawyers in Aug/September telling me that my zone fitness account has been handed to them for collection. I went to the branch three more times, still no one has ever called or committed themselves to solving my query and answering me on why I have lawyers calling me.
Now I'm writing to you because on the 4th of October 2023 I told them to cancel my membership, and supply me with a cancellation letter or a form as proof for the lawyers. The supervisor/manager (Kenny Muso) told me that they cannot help me. Please call me on [protected] or WhatsApp [protected], because my credit record is being messed up because of the lack of interest and carelessness show by the phillipi branch.
