ZoomInfo.com My company was suppressed and spammed after saying no to Zoominfo

Met with zoom info to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was a huge mistake. Not only did they totally ignore our process, they harassed employees on their personal phones. Told lies. Then after we advised that we would not be considering working with them after this aggressive and unethical show, we immediately saw a massive drop in leads, a drastic increase in spam and although we pay significant money for SEO we cannot be found in searches or competitor comparisons. Entertaining Zoominfo was quite simply the largest mistake made.

Recommendation: Do not even respond or do a demo.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: A Major Privacy Concern

Have you ever thought about what would happen if someone created a social media profile for you without your knowledge or consent? What if they used information they found online and through your email to create this profile? And what if they were making money off of it too? It's a scary thought, especially if anyone online could find out where you work and potentially come to your workplace!

Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to me with ZoomInfo. They made my personal information public without my permission and then required me to submit my information to be considered for removal. And even after opting out, they couldn't guarantee that my information wouldn't be sold to third parties.

But it gets worse. After I filed a complaint and specifically requested that no new employees be added to the company profile, several more new employees at my workplace had their information added without their consent the very next day! When I contacted support about this, they told me that new employees had to submit a request for removal before their information would be kept private.

It's absolutely ridiculous that this is legal. What if someone has an active stalker and their information is used without their knowledge or consent? It's a major privacy concern that should not be taken lightly.

Overall, I would not recommend using ZoomInfo. Their lack of respect for personal privacy and inability to keep information private is concerning and potentially dangerous.

ZoomInfo.com Unethical Business Practices and Auto-Renewal: Our Experience with ZoomInfo

We had the same experience as Julio F. when we used ZoomInfo. The business practices were unethical and we were locked into a contract that we couldn't get out of. We invested a lot of money into the platform, but we didn't get much return on our investment. Our sales team decided not to renew, but we found out that ZoomInfo had sneaked in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract. We didn't hear from them until the "opt-out window" for the contract expired. We tried to cancel our contract with a 15-day notice, but they said it wasn't possible and we had to renew for another year because the notice was 60 days. Their reps called us five times a day to force us to renew and threatened us with legal action and debt collectors. We're based in Australia, and the Australian Consumer Protection Agency considers this practice "unfair contract terms". Despite this, ZoomInfo keeps sending us legal threats and harassing our team. If you're thinking about using this software, read what The Bear Cave published about their shady auto-renew business. Do yourself a favor and look for more ethical competitors than ZoomInfo. Some better alternatives are UpLead or Lusha.

ZoomInfo.com Buyer Beware: My Experience with ZoomInfo - Zero ROI, No Termination Clause, and Steep Price

ZoomInfo is a company that claims to provide leads for businesses. However, my experience with them was not a good one. Firstly, the salesperson I spoke to was very nice but all their success stories seemed fake to me. Secondly, the price they quoted me was steep, close to 26K annually. They promised to add a discount and European data for free, but they didn't follow through on that promise.

The biggest issue with ZoomInfo is that their contract doesn't have a termination clause. This means that if you sign up with them and are not satisfied with their service, you cannot cancel the contract. This is a big problem for people who think that all that glitters is gold and don't read the fine print. I made this mistake and paid a steep price for it.

The product provided zero leads for my business. We set up filters for cloud migration and got no response in three months. This means we got zero ROI. When I escalated the issue, they directed me to their webinar, which was good, but it didn't solve my problem.

The problem with ZoomInfo is that it's another kind of cold call. You know who you're calling, and they know you're calling, but there's no way to verify if they have an intent to hire. In our experience, we got zero leads.

To make matters worse, they sent my case to collections and fought with my attorneys. In the end, I paid close to 17K plus 5K for attorney fees, with zero ROI.

In conclusion, I learned a hard lesson from ZoomInfo. Scammers come in different shapes and forms, and we need to be careful. They killed my last hope of getting a new client, and I paid a steep price for it.

ZoomInfo.com Beware of Zoominfo's Deceptive FREE Trial Offer: A Dishonest Bait and Switch Tactic

So, I was browsing the web and stumbled upon Zoominfo's website. They were offering a "FREE trial" (check out the picture). I was excited to try it out, so I filled out the form with my name and contact information. I thought I would get access to the trial version of their service, but instead, I received a phone call and an email to set up a demo. I was a bit confused, but I agreed to the demo anyway because I wanted to learn more about their service.

After sitting through a 45-minute demo, I found out that the starting price for their service was $8500.00 per year with a one-year contract commitment. I was shocked by the price, but I still wanted to try out the FREE trial. However, the salesperson, Nate Crutchfield, told me that I couldn't get a FREE trial because it was only for those who were going to sign up anyway. I was disappointed and frustrated because I felt like I had been misled by their advertising.

I couldn't believe that they would use such deceptive advertising practices. If they didn't want to offer a FREE trial, they should have just said so. But instead, they pretended to offer a FREE trial as a bait and switch tactic. It was very dishonest and dishonorable.

I would never do business with such a company. Even though they may have great data, their deceptive practices have turned me off completely. I would advise anyone who is considering using Zoominfo to BEWARE of their illegitimate FREE trial offer. It only exists if you don't need it. They just want your name and contact information for their "time share" hard sell demo.

In conclusion, I would say that Zoominfo's advertising practices are very misleading and dishonest. They should be more transparent about their pricing and not use bait and switch tactics to lure in customers. I hope that they will change their ways and become a more reputable company in the future.

ZoomInfo.com Beware of Zoominfo: Unethical Business Practices and Shady Contracts

This software called Zoominfo is a real piece of work. They'll do anything to keep you locked in their contract forever, even if it means using unethical business practices. Our account executive sold us the "full version" of Zoominfo, but it turned out that it was missing all European data. We had to pay an additional US$ 7,000 for it, and the data wasn't even good. We barely got any return on our investment, so our sales team decided not to renew.

But here's the kicker: Zoominfo's contract is shady. They sneak in a tiny auto-renew clause that you won't notice until it's too late. You won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires. We tried to cancel our contract with a 45-day notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew for another year because the notice is 60 days. Their reps harass you, calling five times a day to force the renew and threatening with legal action and debt collectors.

We're based in Europe, and the European Union considers this practice "unfair contract terms." Such lock-in clauses cannot be enforced as they do in the US, but Zoominfo keeps sending constant legal threats and harassing our sales reps. They even call the office all the time with more threats. Now we have a debt collector hired by Zoominfo threatening us with legal action in whatever US state (way outside of our company jurisdiction) and claim they will involve even claim that will involve the US Embassy in the matter.

If you're thinking about using Zoominfo, you should read up on what The Bear Cave published about their auto-renew shady business. Do yourself a favor and look for more ethical competitors than this big sales scam named Zoominfo.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Rude and Pushy Salespeople Ruin "Free Trial" Experience

So, I decided to give ZoomInfo a try with their "free trial" offer. It was quite a challenge to get in touch with someone, as it took almost a week to finally speak with someone. Apparently, our company's annual revenue of around USD 2.3M was not enough to qualify for the "free trial." After calling in for the third time, I was finally able to speak with someone.

I had a Zoom call with the sales director, Nicole Gracey, who seemed to have some doubts about my identity and legitimacy as a customer. She ignored my calls and emails until I was able to speak with Emma Leyne, who rescheduled me with the wrong Nicole (Giuliani, apparently). When I pointed out the mistake, they cancelled that appointment and ignored me for another day.

Finally, I was able to speak with Malorie Packard, who relentlessly harassed me for five days straight, asking if I was going to buy an annual contract worth $***USD to use their marketing info data. I said I might consider it, but when I didn't give the right answer, they cancelled my "free trial" without any warning or email. Malorie even had the audacity to call me and try to sell me the service after this.

I'm not sure who qualifies for the "2 week free trial," but unless you're willing to pay the price they want, when they want it, you won't have a good experience dealing with the ZoomInfo staff. In my opinion, they rely on their rude and pushy salespeople to pressure people into committing to an inferior product to compensate for the obvious flaws in the platform and overall service.

I wouldn't recommend using ZoomInfo unless you can get a 95% discount from the retail price. Even then, it's still too expensive.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Shady Sales Tactics, Inflated Claims, and High Prices

Yo, listen up. I gotta tell you about ZoomInfo. They're supposed to be a B2B business, but they're out here using "neighbor scam" tools to fake local numbers and get you to pick up the phone. That's some shady stuff, man. And their salespeople are straight up aggressive. They keep trying to reach out even when you've told them their solution isn't a fit. It's like they don't even listen.

So, we decided to run a pilot with them to see if they could really deliver on a 5% bounce rate. But guess what? They couldn't. Our pilot ended up with a 30% hard bounce rate. That's almost as bad as just guessing someone's email based on their domain. And don't even get me started on their claims that they can deliver thousands of contacts in your target market that resemble your buyer persona. They're not strong in every vertical, but they'll pretend they are.

And let's talk about their pricing and contract terms. They want you to invest a minimum of $15-25k a year for their most basic plan. That's a lot of dough, man. And why do they need 1-2 year contract terms? This isn't some deep integration into your business processes. It's just a service to get access to cold leads. If they were really confident they could provide long-term value and make their customers happy, they wouldn't need to lock them into borderline unethical renewal terms.

So, my advice? If you're not serious about dropping some serious cash on ZoomInfo, don't even bother. And if you do decide to give them a shot, make sure you run a pilot first and get some proof that they can actually deliver on their promises. Don't let their aggressive sales tactics fool you.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Poor Data Enrichment, Credits System, and Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough go with ZoomInfo lately. I mean, I signed up for a whole year with them, and boy was that a mistake. We did all these list enrichment initiatives, and what did we find out? The emails they provided had an 8% bounce rate during our pre-show email campaign. That's not good, folks. And get this, they only appended emails to about half of the list we uploaded. What's the point of using a data enrichment platform if they can't even get you accurate emails?

And don't even get me started on their credits per user function. They made it sound like it was some kind of super feature, but it just ended up crippling our lead nurture. Only one person can pull 1000 leads per month, even if other team members haven't used their monthly credits. And there's no roll-over for unused credits, or a way to shift them over to the person enriching lists. What kind of nonsense is that?

So, we went to ZI with these issues, and what did they say? They said that the enrichment part of their services is dependent upon knowing the company URL. Like, what? They're a data enrichment platform, why should we have to add the company URL into thousands of records just to get quality enrichment back? That's their job, isn't it?

But here's the kicker, we had three months left in our one-year commitment, and we explained to their reps multiple times that we didn't want to make the final quarterly payment because of the poor data we got back from their platform. And what did they do? They refused to let us out of the last quarter of our commitment and forced us to pay for a product that we clearly showed was flawed.

So, we switched to Seamless, which is way cheaper and has way better data enrichment and UI. If you're thinking about using ZI, just be careful. #experience #management #zoominfo

ZoomInfo.com Nightmare Experience with ZoomInfo: Useless Features, Threats of Lawsuit, and Broken Promises

I'm a small biz owner and I usually don't write bad reviews, but ZoomInfo is a whole different story. My experience with them was a total nightmare. We didn't get any return on investment and now they're threatening to sue us for canceling our agreement.

They sold us on their "buyer's intent" feature, which is supposed to help us find customers who are searching for services we offer. We plugged in keywords like "merchant services", "credit card processing", "recurring billing", but the feature was useless. It seemed like they were just making up the information. When we asked our sales rep how it worked, he stumbled over his words and finally admitted that they use some kind of cookie/spyware through other online services.

We paid $21,200 per year in two installments of $10,600. After six months, we realized it was a waste of money and canceled the agreement. Now they're trying to sue us for the rest, even though we're not using their service anymore. I'm willing to pay double what I owe them in attorney fees just to make sure they never get another dime from me.

To make things worse, our salesman promised to connect us with the CFO so we could offer our credit card processing services to ZoomInfo's clients. But he never followed through.

ZoomInfo is a terrible company with a terrible product. If you try to cancel their service, they'll try to sue you. Stay away from them!

ZoomInfo.com Unethical Business Practices: My Experience with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is a company that offers a variety of services to businesses and individuals. I recently came across their website and was intrigued by what they had to offer. However, I must say that my experience with them was not a positive one.

It all started when I was trying to purchase a galaxy star projector for my autistic son's Christmas gift. I found it on Amazon at a good sale price, but unfortunately, I was short on funds. After searching for a long time, I finally found one that I could afford and it would leave me with almost no money left in my account. I placed the order and thought everything was going to be okay.

But then, something terrible happened. ZoomInfo somehow got ahold of my card number and put in an unauthorized charge on it. This made the payment for my son's Christmas gift declined. I was devastated. My son will sit there on Christmas morning and see everyone else in the family receive gifts except for him. He will think he did something wrong or that he wasn't loved. And that day will stay with him for the rest of his life.

What's worse is that my son is nonverbal, so I can't explain to him what happened. He won't understand why I couldn't just place the order again and pay another way. It breaks my heart to think that he will be crushed and there's no way I can stop that.

I don't understand why companies like ZoomInfo can't be stopped. The money they took from me is nothing to them, but for me and my son, it's the end of Christmas. He will never want to participate in another one again because it will do nothing but bring back that heartache.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ZoomInfo to anyone. Their actions have caused me and my family a great deal of pain and heartache. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid doing business with this company.

ZoomInfo.com Zoom all products

There was a website on zoom that used my old domain and pretended to be me. using text from my new website. I've lost count of how many times I've called and written saying it was a scammer. It worked with the help of a friend. But to my surprise I was suddenly on zoom with my own sites. Totally wrong information nothing was right.

Then suddenly I got a call from them. I told them what I had been through with them and suddenly the connection was broken and I was not called back.

After that I was finally allowed to change my information, but for that I had to create an account so I could access it. I do not think so! I couldn't and until now can't remove or change anything. I'm suddenly booked with a free plan. With 25 credits that I don't use by the way. What a horrible fake company this is! Be careful don't step in! They are scammers!

Desired outcome: That they remove my account and my business info added without my permission!!

ZoomInfo.com Immediate cancellation of services and invoice rectification

I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Zoominfo.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the flagrant breach of our agreed-upon terms. In our correspondence dated 10.05.2023, a clear pricing agreement was established and confirmed via email by your sale agent Mikey Minutillo. However, I have noticed that the invoices I have been receiving do not reflect the agreed-upon price, causing me great concern and frustration.

Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to communicate with your customer support team regarding these discrepancies and other related issues. Unfortunately, the level of cooperation I have received has been far from satisfactory. Despite my efforts to reach out and bring these issues to your attention, I have encountered consistent delays in response times, and in some instances, no response at all. This lack of responsiveness has only exacerbated the situation and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.

Additionally, it is alarming to note that I have been receiving invoices for services that I am not currently utilizing. Despite my efforts to communicate my non-usage of these services and my intention to rectify the situation, I continue to receive invoices and reminders to onboard for your services.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Zoominfo in handling this matter. As a valued customer, I expected a much higher standard of service, transparency, and cooperation. Instead, I have been met with disregard for our agreed-upon terms and a lack of responsiveness when attempting to address these issues.

Considering the circumstances, I request the following actions to be taken immediately:

1. Cancellation of any existing contract or agreement associated with my account.

2. Removal of all outstanding invoices related to services I have not used.

3. Confirmation in writing that my account has been closed, and I will not receive any further communication or invoices from Zoominfo.

I have no interest in pursuing a resolution or continuing any form of engagement with Zoominfo. My sole objective is to have my account and any associated invoices completely canceled, as I have neither used nor benefited from your services.

I expect a prompt response to this letter, acknowledging the cancellation of my account and the rectification of the invoice issue. Failure to address these concerns satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to explore alternate methods of resolving this matter, including seeking legal advice.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Ruxandra Nica

Unicorn Media Tech Ltd.

ZoomInfo.com Beware of ZoomInfo: Sneaky Tactics and Auto-Renewal Trap

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of ZoomInfo. I mean, I know I'm not the only one - just look at all the other 1-star reviews out there. But seriously, this company is all about tricking you and using sneaky tactics to get your money.

Let me tell you about my experience. In Year 1, we got hit with the auto-renewal trap. You know how it is - they don't give you any way to cancel, even if you try to do it 45 days in advance. And then they schedule a renewal talk for after the auto-renew date, so you're stuck with it. It's so frustrating!

So we reluctantly renewed, but then in Year 2, we got hit with another problem. Apparently, we were sharing a license with one of our employees, and they wanted us to spend thousands more on licenses we didn't even need. It's like they don't care about the relationship at all - they just want to squeeze every dollar out of you.

Well, I wasn't having it. We terminated our contract with them 10 months early this time. I mean, be careful if you're thinking about using ZoomInfo. They're not exactly the most trustworthy company out there.

ZoomInfo.com Horrible Sales and Customer Service Experience with ZoomInfo - Not Worth the Price

So, I was checking out ZoomInfo, and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. At first, I was told that the price was $15,000, which seemed a bit steep for me. I mean, who has that kind of money lying around? So, I told the salesperson that I would prefer to try the free version. But, get this, the salesperson said that the previous email was automated for enterprise accounts who use their platform at a greater level. What does that even mean? I was so confused.

Anyway, the salesperson insisted that I have a meeting with her boss. So, I agreed, and I got on the call with the boss. And guess what? He told me that it's $20k and they never go below. Can you believe it? And to top it off, he had no idea what my position was at a hotel (Corporate Travel Sales Manager). But, he insisted that thousands of hotels use them. I mean, if so many hotels use them, they must be doing something right, right?

But, here's the thing. If plenty of hotels use you, it's mainly for leads of corporate travelers to try and secure business. And you know what? He didn't even bother to show me how the platform worked. Instead, he ended the call abruptly saying let's not waste anyones time. Can you believe the nerve of some people?

Overall, I have to say that the sales and customer service at ZoomInfo were quite horrible. It was quite a joke, to be honest. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Violates CCPA and Ignores Customer Requests for Personal Info Deletion

Zoominfo ain't following the California CCPA, which is a big no-no. I've been trying to get them to delete my personal info for weeks now, but they ain't listening. It's a legal requirement, but they don't seem to care. So, I'm here to tell y'all that ZoomInfo is just another one of those companies that's all about making money off of us. They don't care about what we want, they just want to use our info to sell stuff. It's called surveillance capitalism, and it's not cool.

I'm so mad about this that I even went and filed a complaint with the BBB. That's how serious this is. I've tried emailing them at a bunch of different addresses, but I haven't heard a peep back from them. It's like they don't even care about their customers. So, if you're thinking about using ZoomInfo, I'd think twice. They don't seem to care about following the law or treating their customers right.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Inaccurate Data, Fake Profiles, and a 15K Contract Scam

I recently purchased ZoomInfo for my small business, a recruiting agency. I was promised that the data provided would be 95% accurate, but unfortunately, that was not the case. They locked me into a 15K contract and I received nothing in return. I downloaded 555 contacts, but had a 60% bounce rate due to invalid email addresses. I reached out to ZoomInfo for an explanation, but they were unable to provide one.

After doing some research, I found that many others have had similar experiences with ZoomInfo. It seems that they are creating fake profiles of real people and taking advantage of companies. This is unacceptable and they need to be held accountable. I am currently pursuing a class action lawsuit against them and encourage anyone else who has been taken advantage of to share their story with me at ***@nursehustle.com.

I strongly advise against purchasing ZoomInfo. Save yourself the stress and frustration. I wish there was a negative rating option, as the price they charged us per quarter (see attached invoice) was not worth the headache.

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Beware of Auto-Renewal Clause and Threats of Lawsuits

I recently signed up for ZoomInfo, thinking it would be a great advantage to have. They gave me a week to preview how the software works, but I quickly realized that I did not like the auto-renewal clause. I don't like those auto-renewals, you know? So, I explained to them that I wanted out since it was in the trial phase. But, to my surprise, they immediately began to threaten me with lawsuits because I had signed the contract.

I mean, come on! I didn't even make an account with them, never even got to access their server to see the information, and they want to send me to collections and are trying to haggle me to pay them for a service I never received. According to them, there is no trial period with them. What a bunch of thieves!

I have all the emails I sent wanting to back out and their legal team telling me it didn't matter if I accessed their database or not. They said I signed, so I have to pay, and they will enforce the contract. Can you believe that?

So, my advice to you is to stay away from them. Don't make the same mistake I did. They are not worth the hassle and the headache.

ZoomInfo.com Unprofessional Behavior: My Experience with ZoomInfo's Free Trial

I recently tried out ZoomInfo for a free trial, but unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to test it out. Instead, I received a call from a representative who wanted to schedule a videoconference meeting for 15 minutes. I agreed to it because I was curious about what ZoomInfo had to offer. However, I decided to do some research before the meeting and found out that the starting price was $14k. That was way out of my budget, so I sent an email to cancel the meeting.

To my surprise, the representative called me from a spoofed number that matched my cell's area code. It wasn't a ZoomInfo corporate number, but a number that was close to my cell. I usually ignore those types of calls because I consider them spam, so I sent it to voicemail. However, the representative called me back, and I made the mistake of answering the call. He asked about rescheduling, but I was taken aback by the fact that he called me from a spoofed number. I told him that it wasn't professional to call someone from a spoofed number, and I hung up on him quickly.

Since then, I haven't heard from ZoomInfo, but based on the reviews I've read, I'm guessing that I might be harassed throughout the week. I would advise anyone to avoid ZoomInfo because of their unprofessional behavior. It's not worth the hassle.

ZoomInfo.com Disappointing ROI: Our Experience with ZoomInfo

We're a small company and we thought that ZoomInfo could help us expand our reach and find new clients. We decided to purchase ZoomInfo with a 2-year contract for a total of $35,500. However, after using it for a year, we realized that we weren't getting any return on investment.

We were only able to attribute one client to ZoomInfo after a year of use. This is a very low number compared to the industry standard of 20% to 16% open rates for emails. ZoomInfo's open rates were only between 5% and 2%. We think that this might be because the companies listed on ZoomInfo are getting flooded with emails from all the subscribers.

We tried to negotiate with ZoomInfo to let us out of the contract, but they were very firm that it was impossible. We explained that the pandemic had almost bankrupted us and we simply couldn't afford to keep paying for the service. Unfortunately, we still have another year left to pay.

We'll try to negotiate with ZoomInfo again, but we don't have high hopes. It's frustrating to be stuck in a contract that isn't providing any value to our business. We hope that other companies will have better luck with ZoomInfo, but we can't recommend it based on our experience.

ZoomInfo.com Zoominfo Review: Deceptive Practices and Auto-Renewal Scam

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Zoominfo. I signed up for their service a while back and paid over $4,000 for the first three months. But after that, I just wasn't feeling it, you know? So I tried to cancel, but apparently you can't just cancel whenever you want. You need to give them 60 days' notice if you're not going to renew. And if you miss that window, they just auto-renew you and you're stuck with them for another year. It's pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Anyway, I tried to settle things with them through my attorney, but they wouldn't budge. I mean, come on, I've already paid a quarter of the contract and I haven't even used my credits in 7 months. But they don't care. They just sent a collection agency after me. And let me tell you, I'm not exactly rolling in dough right now. We're in the middle of a pandemic, for crying out loud. I'd have to borrow money just to pay them off.

So my advice to anyone thinking about using Zoominfo is to think twice. There are plenty of other companies out there that are less expensive and offer month-to-month service. Don't get locked into a full year with no way out. And definitely don't trust Zoominfo. They're very deceptive.

ZoomInfo.com Zoominfo's Fake Reviews: A Fraudulent Scam to Mislead Consumers

I was checking out Zoominfo's reviews on G2 and boy oh boy, it's a real mess. I mean, why is this the only review site that shows all the negative reviews? It's like they are trying to hide something. I spent a good 15 minutes scrolling through the reviews and it's clear that they are paying for thousands of fake reviews, or maybe even generating them via bot. Some of the reviewers don't even bother to switch out the instructions/template... I mean, come on!

It's so obvious that the reviews are fake. They keep repeating the same phrases over and over again, and some of them even call it "Zoom" instead of "Zoominfo". And don't even get me started on the poor and broken English. It's like they didn't even try to make it sound like a real person wrote it. And almost every positive review has a source of "invitation by the seller". I mean, seriously? That's just shady.

It's like Zoominfo is trying to hide the legitimate 1-star reviews by flooding the site with fake ones. This is so fraudulent and a total scam. Did you know that it's illegal to pay for or produce fake reviews to mislead consumers? I mean, come on Zoominfo, get your act together!

Props to sitejabber for apparently having way more stringent qualifications to screen out fake reviews. We should all report Zoominfo to the FTC for their shady practices. Don't be fooled by their fake reviews, folks. Stay away from Zoominfo!

ZoomInfo.com ZoomInfo Review: Useful Services, Shady Business Practices

I gotta say, my experience with ZoomInfo (zoominfo.com) has been a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, they do offer some pretty useful services for businesses looking to gather information on potential clients or partners. But on the other hand, their business practices can be a bit shady at times.

For starters, I've heard a lot of complaints from other customers about ZoomInfo's contracts. Apparently, they like to bury a lot of fine print in there that can end up screwing over the client if they're not careful. And if you do end up getting caught in one of these traps, good luck trying to get out of it without a fight. ZoomInfo has been known to harass and threaten their clients if they try to back out of a contract that they feel was unfair.

Now, I'm not saying that ZoomInfo is necessarily doing anything illegal here. But it does seem like they're playing a bit fast and loose with their business practices. And when you're dealing with people's money and livelihoods, that's not really something you want to mess around with.

All that being said, I do think that ZoomInfo has the potential to be a valuable tool for businesses. They just need to clean up their act a bit and start treating their clients with a bit more respect. If they can do that, I think they could really thrive in the market. But if they keep up their current approach, they might find themselves in some serious trouble down the line.

So, my advice to ZoomInfo would be to take a step back and reevaluate their business strategy. Instead of trying to screw over their clients for a quick buck, they should focus on building long-term partnerships that benefit everyone involved. If they can do that, they'll be much more likely to succeed in the long run.

ZoomInfo.com Fraudulent information posted with my photo.

LinkedIn had a major security breach. Info was stolen/sold to websites such as Zoominfo that requires you to verify an email that the account was made with. Only I NEVER made an account and my photos/info were taken without my legal permission.

They also added false information. I do not work at a music studio. Pretty sure the website listed is also a fraud/scam.

Here is the link to the Zoominfo page: https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Reesa-Guerra/-1484270131

I'm not listing the music studio website in case that's a virus.
Not my company. Not my email address. I give them NO permission.

Desired outcome: Account deleted from ZoomInfo. They have NO permission to use my photo, name, or info.

ZoomInfo.com inaccurate, unauthorized use of personal info

Everyone knows Zoominfo violates our right to privacy. Their publishing of info without the right to remove it, or correct it is a disgrace. They say you can correct or delete, but as the thousands of complaints from the BBB attest, they do not honor this commitment.

Folks, the only way to reign these guys in, without a class-action suit, is to focus on their parent Discover.org. Discover.org from my experience is a serious company. As marketers and sales professionals stop purchasing the services of Discover.org until they reign Zoominfo in and make them act responsibly. Hit 'em where it hurts.
