I joined zoosk under a free trial membership. I couldn't send or receive e - mails. I had to buy zoosk coins to be able to send any messages. After fianally spending $29. 95 for the free membership and $9. 99 for coins i was finally ready to chat with some men.

After having the membership for only 1 1 / 2 weeks i decided i didn't like the site, and of course, i can't get any of my money back. So i canceled with over three weeks left on my premium membership. I thought well i guess i lose this money, but at least they i won't have to pay for may, or so i thought, imagine my surprise when this am i go to my bank account and find that zoosk has taken another $29. 95 from my account.

Oh man, i'm hot. Now i'm wondering if something is wrong with the cancel link on the web site? Then i realize that that's not the problem, because on my profile it says, for upgrade, click here, which to me means that they have canceled my preium membership. So then why are they charging me for another month. Also, they did not remove my profile when i asked them too.

Is it just me, or do all the dating sites have employees that don't know what they're doing? It's obvious to me that they canceled my membership, but they still want money from me.

BEWARE OF ZOOSK SITE ...THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING AND DECEIVING, I paid my 3 month membership and so far, after 1 month of sending off numerous numbers of emails to so-called female members, I HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINGLE RESPONSE AND AM SERIOUSLY WONDERING IF THESE LADIE'S ARE ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THIS SITE .
PEOPLE ... PLEASE !... Do NOT send your hard earned money to these charlatans as they are preying on vulnerable souls . I TRULY HOPE THEY ARE CAUGHT OUT AND GET WHAT THEY DESERVE ... AND THEN SOME MORE !

I received literally dozens of views, dozens of winks. I became curious as to why not ONE lady wrote a message, NOT ONE. This simply defeats the averages. I have the exact same wording and photos on Match.com and have received several genuine letters from lady subscribers.
I became curious as to what Zoosk is up to. A Google search of the user names of "views" I received was telling. More than a quarter of the pictures used by the ladies that "winked" or viewed me are fakes. The photos are on the web, and have absolutely no correlation to the Zoosk members.
To add insult to injury, they took another month subscription from my account. I signed up for one month only. The day before the draw from my account, I cancelled my profile and membership.
BUYER BEWARE! This site is worthless! Rampant with fraud.

I paid 22.74 GBP for a months subscription. Contacted Zoosk 13th August to cancel my membership, and tried to withdraw my card details. It wouldn't allow me to do this because my account was still active. I emailed them to close my account and stated in writing that they do not have my permission to take any more money using my card details. I received an automated reply, and then an email from STEVE, to say my request was being dealt with. 26th August they took another months payment, sending me in to unauthorised overdraft on my bank account. I emailed them yesterday to say that they have taken money from my account without my permission and this is theft. I also told them that I wanted the money returning to my account or I will contact the fraud section of my bank. I've received an email to say they will return the money. I shall wait and see!

Hi I buy membership with zoosk for 3 months and after 3 month they took money from my Account for another 3 months renowned without my permission I contact my bank they cancel it how can they renowned themselves without asking the person I'm going to seek Advise from citizen Advise beuro I request today to return my money back but they didn't answer me back

I am disabled recently widowed and 65. Never did I even go to Zoosk sirre let alone register. So far they have charged me several times in a row ea h month $29.95 and these charges cause me to have insufficient funds which caused a cascade of $39 overdraft fees. I'm on a fixed income barely getting by and now can't pay my bills and the stress of all thIs is making me ill. I got someone on phone who said they would refund the charges and close account it's been 7 days and no refund plus another charge and another bounce fee. They said account closed was fraud and I gave statement. Why are they still. Charging me 0please I need this stopped need my refund of $29.95 x3 and I think they should also at least py yhe $39 insufficient fees well at least one. I can't afford anyymorevmoneywise or my health. Please assist thanks Anne Toy 272Business SH 6 marlin tx 76661
