I subscribed to ZOOSK for a 3 month membership and what a load of tripe this site is. Whenever I logged on there was never more than 3 or 4 people online regardless of the time of day, so after 4 boring days without even so much as a "wink" ( how lame is a wink for God sake) I decided to make sure that another £47+ was not extracted from my bank, only to find that they were about to take another 47 quid the next day ! Having trawled thro their endless Ts & Cs in search of a "Contact Us" (there wasn't one) I even tried phoning California ! Guess what ? Answer phone even though it was the middle of the day there !So I contacted my bank and cancelled all payments to ZOOSK. How many people have been conned by this bunch of crooks ! WTF you pay for I don't honestly know because if you should want to persue a relationship in any form it would cost a bomb cos at every opportunity there is an extra charge. So much for our friends across the pond, just a bunch of crooks.

I'm on Zoosk now. But I would never advise anyone to join. About half my messages get kicked off and have to be rewritten from Zoosk pop ups wanting you to spend more coins. Spend more money. Go to another dating site. It just isn't worth it...

Zoosk is just another terrible scam dating website. Stay far away from it! When I signed up they spammed my mailbox with tons of messages from some really attractive women. I'm 45, just a regular man, there is nothing special about me. But all these ladies were about 25 and looked like models. It was impossible to read emails without paying some extra money. Most of the people on this site are fake! I canceled my account and I'm never coming back! Disgusting place!

I joined back in December 2015. I never met a normal person there! People I received messages from are horrible, rude and impolite. I got many dirty messages with some disgusting photos attached. I just wanted to find some friends or some normal guy to go on a date with, but men on Zoosk are interested in only one thing! It seems that all the guys I meet really want friends with benefits. I will delete my account in March when my contract will be over. Avoid this horrible website!
absolute scam!
This website is an absolute scam! When I joined the site I had to pay $140 only to subscribe. They actually charge you $30 per months and it does not give you anything. The only thing you get is that now you can check the profiles and wink at people. Zoosk is just taking peoples money for who knows what. I thought I'll get something interesting after becoming a member. But there is actually no difference between free accounts and membership. Don't waste your money! There are much better websites that don't cost that much money.
100% fake
Unfortunately for me, I didn't read the reviews before I signed up. By the time I realized that all pictures and profiles are fake, it was too late. Most of the pictures and profiles are photo shopped or stolen from Facebook. People there are too perfect to be real. Once, I received a call from my back and was told that several charges were made. These thieves used my credit card information and were charging me for 2 different sites! I contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card. All they want is your money! Their customer service is absolutely useless, they never help and never respond. Save your hard earned money! Avoid Zoosk at all costs!
I was stupid to try Zoosk a second time after being off for quite a long time. Before I "weakend" and joined again they said I had sever email of which 3 were guys I would be interested in. But as soon as I joined when I responded to them not a word back and they have not been online the many, many times I checked. They are a scam!

This site is absolutely a scam! I joined Zoosk just to have fun, because I had nothing to do. When I completed my profile I received some messages from handsome men. Pretty strange, but they all were very attractive and rich. Anyways, when I wanted to read the messages, I realized it was not possible without subscription. I was very excited about it and wanted to know what will happen next, so I paid. Once I paid never heard anything from them again, even the profiles disappeared! I was sent a lot of messages when I signed up. Majority of profiles on Zoosk are fake. Better avoid this site and save your money.

I joined zoosk and immediately noticed that you need to subscribe to do anything in zoosk. So I subscribed, I started to try to communicate with people, and notice you get automated responses at time if you wink at a person. When I have individually wrote to someone, I never received a reply, and I know that not every one replies. But, when you have two people who say that are mutually interested in the site z (Zoosk) and you send them a message and have no reply. I don't understand why I have not received a response. Then I see when I was sending a message, upgrade to make sure that everyone can respond to your messages. I was confused, so I clicked to see what up grade was, and it was another $9 a month, on top of the $75 I already paid for 6 months subscription. So I may been sending messages, and they are not getting the messages, cause they want more money. Also they have another annoying notification, that advertise, join to make sure everyone can see you profile, of course that is additional money. Zoosk, you pay a subscription which do not give you the basic of online dating and then you get asked to pay more, to add more features as needed. This is not described in the initial enrollment.

I would like my money back, I have not had any response from any source, I paid for 6 months at $75 and have, I am not paying any additional fees, for this site. I just want my money back and cancel the subscription. I would not want full access as compensation. I disgusted at their business practices.

I texted over 50 women on Zoosk and only one was a real person. This website is full of girls and they all look perfect like models. They all claim that they are 30-40 years old but according to their profile photos they are only 18-25 years old. All of them having master degrees, are beautiful and rich. Well, it is obvious that these girls are fake. They send you messages, which all look he same, and when you reply you wont be getting a reply back. I joined the site and even before I uploaded my photo I've started getting tons of messages from girls. Don't waste your time on this scam website. I deleted my profile several days ago because this site is a complete fraud. There's no chance you'll meet someone special or at least real there.

taking money from my account for a service i did not sign up for
I keep finding a bank deduction on my bank statement from ZOOSK yet I have no account and when I contact the site to email me any proof that I signed up for a service provided by Zoosk, they do not send anything and when I put my email in for this info to be sent to me, they say it is not a valid email. I will have to go thru old bank statements to see how many times this withdrawal has been taken from my account, but the last transaction was 12/28/15, transaction #[protected], for $29.95. It is impossible to send a complaint to the site, as you have to log in and since I don't have an account, it cant be done.

This is the worst dating site ever! It's full of liars and fake profiles. I am a single girl and wanted to try finding someone using dating sites. But I totally shocked about Zoosk. I get tons of messages everyday from dirty men, risky and dangerous individuals. I don't reply on these kind of messages, but it does not help. And there is a big problem with fakes. Sometimes I write messages to good looking men, but I get only disappointment. All of them were not real. There are also people there who send you messages just for fun. Those are real people, but they have this strange sense of humor. They think that it is funny to laugh at desperate people. Don't take this site seriously. And one more thing. If you sign up to this site and give the site access to one of your social media profiles, they may make posts on your behalf on that platform. Also by signing up, users agree that all profile information is public. So don't be surprised if you'll find your private photos somewhere else. Well, users photos and personal details can be used in advertising. You should remember about that.
Have now met two men on this scam of a dating site. I live in South Africa. One by the name of Ferrans Smith and the other one under the name of Kindheart. The first one eventually landed up by asking me to lend him a large some of money. Needless to say I told him to take a hike. He then became verbally abusive and used the most foul language. The second one declaring his undieing love for me and now also hinting at the money aspect. Both of these men also stated that they live in the same area as me and both turned out to be in different parts of South Africa. HOW CONVENIENT. Both stating that they do not have banking accounts in South Africa and both of them said they have lived here for a number of years. Very strange. Quite sure that these two men may have stolen someone elses profils and try to CON women out of money. Please investigate this and if I do not get a response I will not hesitate to take this matter to the Press.

This site is full of male scammers who use fake pictures from other legit guys. If they look to good or say they have money RUN. They will text, call, email and sweet talk for a while until they need some money. Don't send anything and block them.
I have try to contract the site its all crap have talk to guys which turn out be nothing but scammers . Have try to remove my profile with no luck . So sick of guys that try to rip me off .Then you think a guys are looking at you so you start to talk to them some of them come back sorry don't looking at you. blocking access to my account
The dating/social site zoosk is blocking me from accessing my account. This then keeping me from deleting my pictures and profile. You have to login in to do this and they say my account has been blocked by a zoosk administrator. No other way to contact them to delete or cancel the account. I can go on to the site by someone else, but can't access my profile unless i log in. And when i do . Blocked! ! This is a scam, if it was legitimate there would be no need to do this. This is there way to control flow to their site. Kidnapping peoples pictures and profiles to keep things looking like people just love advertising themselves on their site. Class action suit.
Zoosk owned by Spark Network and many other dating websites has blocked me on every single one of them so I cannot use them. What recourse do I have? This is blatant discrimination for no reason! When I tried to sign up, it "assigned me" the location of Dubai. I was unable to change this to my actual location. When I checked the FAQs, I was told that to change country, I would have to contact customer support. The catch is that there is no way to contact customer support. No email contacts, no in app chat or feedback, nothing. The website directs me to download the app. I get the impression that there are NO customer support people working for Zoosk. I feel sorry for those that paid money. I feel sorry for the investors. I feel sorry for me for wasting a half hour trying to get it tow work.

I am trying to make a complaint about Zoosk and for some reason the website wont let me. I met someone online and he asked for my email address and he emailed me, then I emailed him back but never received a response. I realised that he spent a good amount of money to send me an electronic gift to encourage me to respond. It doesn't make sense that all of a sudden he wont respond. I had deactivated my account cause I noticed he deactivated his account. And when I just went to reactivate my account, Zoosk is asking me to renew my subscription when it hasnt even expired yet. I now think my contact with this guy is a total scam and Zoosk just led me on.

They have taken my money after I had sent many complaints regarding the methodology being utilized in their dating platform.
