unethical behavior?
I just got a very creepy letter mailed to me from someone who said they saw my profile and that they actually know mutual friends of mine. I have been married for 30 years and have never been on any dating sites. I am going through a separation but again never have I been on a dating site. Can you tell me if I have a profile on this site?
email address: [protected]@prodigy.net
Thank you, Dawn DePalma
dating service no more support now charges $5 to answer any support call
Without notice, zoosk renewed my subscription without my permission. Tried to contact them and that is no longer possible. They have turned over support to a third party. If you want support, you must first pay $5. There is no alternative.in addition, I did not subscribe with any "auto" renew. So two days ago, it appears that my 6 months were up but I did not know that. I kept trying for support and it would fail unless I paid $5 up front. Zoosk used to be a good service. Met many nice ladies. But based on the changes they have made... I am going back to ourtime.
member who scammed me richard lee or haupt
Beware of a Richard Lee Haupt supposedly from Germany he gets you to chat via WhatsApp and deletes his profile after. Claims he has no parents and he works with investors and he wanted to collects payment from an investor but he is in Germany caring for his dying uncle. Got all my info and paid my credit card so I would buy things he needed. I got him iPhones and cash advance -well the payment did not go through he paid with cancelled account. Got $5300 from me. I uploaded the pics he gave me himself.
Be careful for a Richard Lee supposedly from Germany and lures u off of Zoosk to chat on WhatsApp with number [protected]
He will take your money and profess dying love for you. I added a picture that he uses. He states he lives in Newport, RI and his parents are deceased and he's an only child. His uncle is in Germany and wants you to accept a payment from a client with your credit card. But beware the payment will not go through menwhile he asks for u to buy iPhones and take out a cash advance. Ship to a guy in Florida. Beware it's all a scam!
Pictures of him
zoosk dating application
I zoosked messaged and texted, talked to a person, believe under Zoosk member name, age was 63, advanced degree, lived in Carlisle, IQ, had a much younger profile displayed than his age. only 4 lines of a profile content. His name he told me was Antonio Krikman from Amsterdam, self-employed as an oil buyer/reseller to Japan/China. Was just getting ready to retire. Last contract in South Africa, where ended up asking for $6, 000 which I did pay him. I do have photos and the account/address of this information. Today, he asked for $75, 000 and I blocked him.
Hindsight, his facebook looked spoofed, as well as his linkedin. I also captured his facebook photo. I have other photos he sent to me.
Please remove this person, as he is a scammer in my opinion.
dating information
I signed a contract with zoosk. A question asked about my yearly income, I answered the question. I was puzzled because I had 3 attempts to be scammed.in reviewing my profile I noticed that my income was posted. I feel that zoosk assisted the scammers. I also believe that most of the profiles and individuals do not exist. The profiles sound like a paste and cut operation.in contacting customer service I spoke with an extremely rude individual. They refused to refund my
Entire money due to being scammed and false individuals or profiles being used. Beware of this site!)
online dating
I have used other online dating sites such as Match.com and eHarmony in the past. They both have good customer service in my opinion. I heard about Zoosk via email. What an absolutely horrible experience from an organizational and customer service perspective. It's generous even giving Zoosk one star out of five. Buyers beware. They are a nightmare to deal with.
I purchased a 6-month subscription around mid 2018. Just before my expiry in December 2018, Zoosk sent me an email offering me 25% if I renew. Along with the email, and just after my subscription expired, I also received notifications that people on Zoosk had sent me messages. So I bit and renewed again. Only to discover that I was charged the full amount for 6-months and the messages from these so called "people" appeared computer-generated?
So I attempted to contact Zoosk on both the non-discounted price and the assumingly fake profiles out there. They informed me that I needed to pay by credit card (which I did via PayPal) and gave no answer to the seemingly "computer-generated" email messages received from potentially fake profiles. I then contacted PayPal to at least recover the 25% off ($19) --- which they did.
About a week later, Zoosk emails me informing me that my subscription was cancelled, yet I paid for 6-months? So I called them. Zero help and wouldn't even allow me to speak to a supervisor. Exact words from the customer service agent were: "I spoke to them and they do not want to speak to you. Your account has been blocked as it is our company policy to close an account when a dispute is raised via a 3rd party." I then inquired that when I get my full refund via PayPal (for obvious reasons), what would stop me from re-joining Zoosk (just to see what he would say)? To which the agent responded, "Sir, you have every right to attempt to re-join, but there is no guarantee that our system will not pick it up and block you."
I'll end by saying I simply wanted to be treated like a customer who has genuine concerns and honest questions. Why they chose to skate around the "real truth" and force me to gain mediation via PayPal is mind-boggling? Save you money folks and happy searching.
scammers
I like to warn anyone that uses Zook to very careful of scammers that out to con you innocent people, for your money ...scammers are using photos of innocent people as victims to form fake relationships, don't be taken in by anyones scheming plans, just be wise and say No...and report them to the police..
These photos below is a victim used by a scammer by the name of Roy Travers on Zook, claims to be American personal Trainer working in Quatar American Millarty Champ training troops.
I've reported Zoosk thru google, so i hope i get a replay! But we really should all get together, and file a lawsuit!
I took a 6-month deal, should of costed me 400nkr, they ended up charging me on the first day 800nkr.
ive send them a complaint and i reported it to google.
not answers for connection members...
I signed up with Zoosk for a month subscription. Due to, apparently a lot of ladies were interested in my profile (After 2 years just looking). The fun of this is that some of those ladies literally disappear after I made the subscription including those that were my connections(Messaging and not receiving no replies back).
Also, when I signed for the subscription, I was requested like a second monthly subscription in order to allow me to know if my messages were read or replied...(they call it Premium).
How will we know when somebody is a Member and is available to interact with the the subscriber and not simple Picture or profile that has Facebook Account?
science behind match aking
I joined Zoosk after hearing about the site on the Steve Harvey show over a year ago. I have made a match with three gentlemen during this time and they all were predators looking for someone to take care of them. They lied about their professional and financial status. Two of the three turned out to be unemployed. I can't see the science behind I was matched with these guys. The caliber of men on Zoosk should not be trying to date. They could not put gas in there car or buy a lunch. Each of the men eventually asked me for money. This site is a scam, there is nothing scientific about the match making process. I would never recommend this service to my professional friends
customer service lie
After paying double what a years membership normally costs I spent a long time talking to a Customer Service person who apparently spoke to higher up and eventually they agreed to give me a discount and a total new payment that I would be paying, all of which I documented word for word.
Two days later I see a charge on my credit card for over twice the amount that was agreed and promised to stop me cancelling my membership. Bottom line is they lie, don't expect them to honor anything and you bet I will be cancelling.
Lots of other dating sites out there many are free. You have been warned!
zoosk
I had closed my account years ago on zoosk
Then suddenly I get email saying account was reopened.
I never reopened the account. And want it deleted immediately!
There response was that I can do it.
This is the second time this has happened!
1st time I did go deal with it and delete it.
Yet somehow they reopened it? Wtf!
Next step is BBB complaint
Thank you

dating service
Here we go. Subscribed, tried, saw no replies. Either bots or people who are using dating service as another version of meaningless instagram - who cares, not interested in neither. Canceled my account. They still charging me monthly, bank asks for recipient's consent to cancel payments, but as we all know, it is hard to receive consent from someone who is not contactable. Long story short - had to cancel my card.
Honestly, i think there should be a class action suit or something. Sure, it is not much they steal per person, but at the end, they are a big scum.
Stay away from THAT.
online dating service
I am absolutely at the end of my tether with this site. I requested for the service to be discontinued on 03 May 2018. There is no contact number available, so all I could do is email a 'no-reply' service to submit my request.
It was confirmed that my account had been deactivated and that no further payments would be debited. I however, have had a debit at the end of May 2018.
I have sent this query and have not even had an email response.
Furthermore, a colleague said that he saw my profile on Zoosk a week ago! This means that my profile has not been deactivated. I need to take action now, as I anticipate another debit at the end of this month. Absolutely unacceptable!

false profile views etc zoosk
I've only been on Zoosk for about two weeks and have noticed that I'm getting repeated views from certain profiles, showing that they are regularly viewing mine. I'm now aware that Zoosk are running an algorithm that makes this appear to be the case, but in reality is false. I've also had Zoosk notify me that some of them want to chat with me, this is not the case. I have contacted many people who Zoosk are trying to lead me to believe are regularly viewing my profile and sending chat requests and they have stated that they haven't been viewing me, or sending chat requests and that they are having the same experience as me, we're being scammed in short. I've Googled this and it's a common complaint of Zoosk, which I'm sure you've got a well rehearsed response to.
I'm not interested in your standard response to this common complaint, I just wish to have my subscription returned to me in full. I will be deleting my profile with Zoosk very soon, as it's a common scam, making people believe that numerous people are interested when they are clearly not, manipulating them to return regulartly to Zoosk, manipulating people's emotions for financial gain, shame on you.
scammer
Scammer on zoosk, was on pof where I met him, then chatteredfor over 4 months . Claimed to be a gold bullion Dealer, got into trouble in Johannesburg, needed money for lawyers, asked for $24, 000 . I said no . The amount got less, I said no, until he actually asked that I but a iTunes card $200 and send him code. I said no .
He said he list his phone so could only email, these emails got less frequent, I actually feared that something had happened to him in Africa.
Then nothing until yesterday, another new profile, same man in the profile picture, on zoosk, claiming to be from Brisbane, Australia. I messaged this profile, omg, your ok. I thought you were dead.
The message came back, saying I had wrong person, and could he get my details so we could chat. I spent over 4 months chatting to the profile picture after meeting on pof .
I looked and searched . Put the image in to a online image recognition site, and there he is.
The person I was talking to on pof, now on zoosk, is using the image of Roberto Justus, a very wealthy man, married with children . All of the photos I was sent during the period I chatted to him, I found on Roberto Justus Instagram page. Roberto has a young daughter, the man on pof has a daughter, same pics, Roberto daughters name is not Angeline as claimed via dating chat. I have hundreads of emails from this person claiming to Peter Martinez, gold bullion trader. I don't know who the hell he is, but he image and his photos are that a millionaire Roberto Justus. He appeared only yesterday on Zoosk. It is a huge scam scam and needs to be stopped immediately.
dating site
I has disgusted with Customer Services. Sent me 6 emails stating that they could not get the person I accidentally deleted to contact me. Was it a scam? Also they sent me lots of men typically not my type. If I wanted to search, I had to pay for it. This has been the worst site ever. I'm going to take off my picture. I'm not happy since I paid £44. Support also sent me a message with a link, I could not even get into the link to read. What more am I gonna be able to do to get them to listen? I'm fed up already and its only a week since joining.
Not coming back that's for sure!
dating site
Zoosk is terribly pricey and outdated by far very poor and $ again and again for = not much
Expensive and very very poor website, not very interesting to join I did for
1 hour then went and canceled my subscription,
They charge you $60.00 to start but if you want a bit more $9.99 and then pay
For and again and again,
You guys must go do your homework, this dating sites the program is for
Grade school, it is so so so poorly made that you have to pay $
And then see, way to limited for the amount
Pof = same price although they do have discounts & thats it no more
$
You get everything for 1 price, and is very very very well made they even have
Psychology test, and other types that lets us see precisely what we want so answering questions gives us * a big portrait: it is not rocket science but it is really really good
And in my case nail on!
So many advantages, you will understand why I joined zoosk for only 5 minutes
Not worth the money and when I said I want to cancel guess what they dropped the price to $45.00 = why not give best price at the very beginning and when that
Happened well that really really confirmed that it is not worth staying
We are looking to spend a bit or long-term plan with the person that it clicks
The most with instead of having to pay $60.00 + $ which isn't even
With all the $ money go look at pof
I am not paid to say this I am on my own will saying this and I want
Everyone to get what they need and pof has the best i've seen so far
You can do so many things and see members, and chats you can have specific
Pages of likes - ignores, so all the members names & pictures are there,
You also see when you write to someone if they read and if they are online without
$ zoosk $ $
Unfortunately after trying to find the specific place to send my complaint to zoosk i've come across you guys hoping please please let them know they are really really out of the market ancient website that lacks...
Zoosk is Outdated - Poor Web Site $$$ $60.00 to join then add $9.99 for a stupid advantage get to see when the person read our message = Whippy do dah with POF you pay LOWER Amount and The Sky is Your Limit because
Everything is Included, Keep Likes - Dislikes - Wrote to Reply Wants to meet you or You want to meet them
And with all this you get their Pseudo and Picture so each time you need to check if / or you have complete Access
and Their Are Surveys getting to know ourselves a bit better which depending on answer gives a* Brief Seem to be
which obviously is NOT Perfect but Personally in my case A+ nothing needed to be changed nor added
Once you take 1 second Type: POF and then if you do not like what you see then Their is something really really
off with your wanting to get the best best best Dating Site advantages that I've seen having visited others I have not
found one even at bit at there level
I am not being paid by POF I am a client there and I do believe in their system and feel safe secure and they
review all there clients and if they do not get the stamp of approval = OUT
You can Contact Them Always = Zoosk = NEVER Haven't even seen after searching over 30 minutes closet to Zoosk is this
They are so expensive and Offer = 0 Cannot even Contact them Ever they do not want to talk to there clients they
dish the website with the prices and that is, pretty pretty self- explanatory of how they look after clients and not one person available nor e-mail to send our Input
Would you put money in a Pit without any way to contact them, its like anyone can create their site and pretend to
be interested in their clients, well dating sites are not for pretend, it is a serious serious matter that is Extremely
Important and MUST TRUST DATING SITE
my account
Just joined .been sending messages getting no reply's but yet they r still viewing. Sent a message to one lady who viewed me a few times. So sent her a message . She said she had not been viewing me at all and other men had sent messages and she had not viewed them either. Should give your money back. Do not be leave this site. They are a total rip off site.
