Zoxoro Products ordered and not delivered no return contact from company

I purchased 2 items from Zoxoro on the 11th July and recieved shipping confirmation on the 14th of July they stated that delivery was from 10 to 12 working days. When looking at the tracking the items have been stagnet for some time when the delivery time had passed it just kept changing until such time that there was no estimated delivery time anymore. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls leaving messages without any reply. The sad part is i thought being an Australian website that the items would come from Australia i guess not. All im looking for is to now get my money back.

Zoxoro Horrible experience

I have placed an order with these guys and never got it! They gave me nothing but stress! Paid for my order over six months ago and still nothing! Zoxoro still has my money and it seems like they are not planning to refund me.
I spoke with them many times and it was terrible! These people are extremely rude and customer unfriendly.
I don't want to give up until I get my money back!

Zoxoro Terrible company to order from!

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from Zoxoro! These people scammed me and stole my money.
When I went online and saw all the reviews I was shocked how many people were scammed and robbed by Zoxoro.
I have placed a big order and purchased many things for my new flat but nothing ever arrived. They did not respond to my messages and phone calls.
So I contacted my credit card company and opened a fraud dispute against Zoxoro! This fraudulent company must be stopped!

Zoxoro Refund never provided despite their 'Change of mind return policy'

I purchased some cocktail forks for my mother for Christmas online through Zoxoro in December. The reason I purchased them from Zoxoro was the fact they have a 'Change of Mind' return policy clearly stated on their website, which allows you to return a product you are not happy with and receive a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee).

I was disappointed with the quality of the forks, so contacted the Customer Service department who gave me the details of where to post them and so I could obtain a refund.

I returned the product in early January to them (and have the tracking number from Australia Post). However, I have not received a refund from them despite three emails and two phone calls.

Zoxoro have apologised for the inconvenience in not acting but have now stopped responding to me. They only have a voicemail so I cannot speak to their Customer Assistance department.

Zoxoro Complete liars!

These people are liars! I placed my order and got a tracking number. Few days later it showed that my order was shipped and everything seemed fine, but weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I went online and asked Zoxoro about the status of my order. Spoke to different reps and one told that yes my order was shipped a long time ago and the second person told that it was never shipped. Their tracking system is a complete garbage and provides fake information. After weeks of waiting I still know nothing about my order! And last but not least, they claim that they are located in Australia, but they are not. They even lie about their real location, definitely not a trustworthy company.

I have the same problem paid money and no package. I have now waited over a month and they dont reply. How do you get your money back?

Zoxoro The order was out of stock and the company still hasn't solved this issue

I have placed the order on www.zoxoro.com. I got the confirmation; the seller would process the order and inform me about the details. I waited the whole week and didn’t get any information. After 6 emails I finally received the response that the order was unavailable and they would try to order it from other vendor. I waited another 3 weeks and the seller again and again gave me some fake promises.

Zoxoro The seller kept silence within 4 weeks

I am so angry that I bought from the website www.zoxoro.com. I have ordered chairs from the website and within 4 weeks I didn’t get any news from the seller. After 4 weeks I finally received the email that the order was cancelled, because it was unavailable. I still can’t understand what this person did within all these weeks. I asked to return money back, but he again disappeared. I hope only that he will refund me, so I will wait.

Same story as everyone else. Paid $250 back in September (now Nov). Nothing has arrived and I can't raise anyone from customer service. Complete scam. I should have checked for reviews first. Lesson learnt. I doubt I will see that money again.

Purchased a highly toilet seat for my disabled parents, toilet seat had been in transit for over three months. We were promised a refund and yet nothing in any way shape or form has been received. I cannot believe the Australian government is unable to control these dodgy vendors for consumer protection

On the 12/12/2016 I ordered a rain gauge. After constant waiting and requests to track my order I finally received advice that the amount of $106.99 would be refunded, which it was, but on the same day, 11/2/2017 it was deducted again.

Order placed over a year ago for a wall mounted hat/coat rack. First item was refunded after order was unadvisedly cancelled. Placed order again with order no: 3323876 and item never arrived and continual attempts to contact have failed. So damn rude!
