Placed and Order and paid for it. Since then never got it, no possible communication back from customer service. Only senseless automatic emails
Placed and order and paid for it on 9/22/23. On 9/27 got an emails that my order was on the way, however no tracking information was provided. 12 days later - no order delivery. Trying to reach to customer care via email- automatic senseless messages in return, trying g to call- phone rings for ever with no answer, left a FB message- no replay. I don’t know what else to do !

check out these reviews, man. I had the same thing happen to me. I copped an item online like 3 months ago and it never showed up. I hit them up like a million times asking where my package was and for a refund, but they never gave me any info or offered to give me my money back. They straight up took my cash and bounced. I had to go through my credit card company to try and get my money back. This place is a total scam, don't waste your time or money.

I ordered from 260 Sample Sales on Aug. 19th, 2020. They said my order would be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, but it's been 3.5 weeks and my order still hasn't shipped. They charged me right away though. I tried to find out where my order was by emailing 260 and the brands (***), but they just said they'd look into it and never did. I even messaged them on *** and commented on their posts, but still no help. It's frustrating because I spent a lot of money with them and my neighbor got their order weeks ago. It's now Sep. 7th, 2020 and I still don't have my order. Be careful if you shop with them and don't expect much from their Customer Support team. I won't shop with them again.

Bad customer service/ management
Toxic work environment created by management by screaming at staff and taking extended breaks leaving the staff to pick up extra work. Additionally the staff would hide in corners on their phones and give minimum assistance. There is also a camera pointed directly into the fitting rooms that is not being monitored by loss prevention or the same sex. Any manager can walk up to the computer and watch people undress. There is no sign that says that you are being recorded in the fitting room therefore the customer cannot consent.
Desired outcome: Give people the privacy they deserve and expect or a warning that will give them consent.

I got four things that added up to $125, but they only took off $12 instead of the 40% they promised. I emailed them about it, but they straight up lied and said the deal was only for 25% off if you got 1-4 things, or 40% off if you got 5 or more things. But the signs clearly said I should have gotten 40% off. Even if it was only 25%, I still didn't get the right discount.

However, they forgot to take off the magnet from the blazer and because I didn't have a chance to try the dress on it doesn't fit me. I live 2 hour distance from the store and forced to come back to the store to take the magnet off. Yet my complaint is about no refund policy that the store doesn't inform rather than on their page in Instagram and the receipt. There is one sign behind one of the registers but the register where I purchased didn't have any visible information about their policy. There is nowhere at the store information about their policy and employees don't inform either. Therefore I believe I'm in title of refund within 30 days according to NY Law. When I contacted the merchant they refused to help me.

They talkin' bout "all sales final, no returns" but that ain't right. I done bought from the same brand they sellin' before and a size 1 is a 34, not a 36. They straight up sold me somethin' different and now they actin' like it's my problem. They need to own up and let me return or exchange it.

When I got home, I was surprised to find that the quality of the clothes was really bad and they didn't fit well. The tank top had armholes that were all messed up and showed my chest, the skirt was see-through and had waist ties that were different lengths, and one pair of jeans was made of cheap-looking denim. The other pair of jeans was three sizes too small in the hips, even though I ordered my usual size. I asked for a refund for the tank top, skirt, and jeans that didn't fit, but they only gave me a refund for the top and skirt. They said they don't do refunds for the jeans, which cost $45. It's not right to sell something that's not what you say it is and then not give a refund. It's like stealing. My order number is ***.

I wanted to wear it as a set, so I bought both. They gave me 24 hours to change my mind, but I didn't. They confirmed my order and said they would ship it. But today, they said they sold me the shirt that goes with the skirt, but they don't have it. They said I could cancel the skirt, but I wanted a refund because I bought it as a set. They said no because they sell the pieces separately. But why would I want a random skirt without the matching shirt? I spend a lot of money there, but I feel like they scammed me. I want a refund for the skirt or the shirt they sold me in the first place. Their customer service is terrible.

When I bought them, they looked brand new and I even checked them out in the store to make sure they were good. But when I wore the sneakers to a family dinner over the holidays, the rubber soles started falling apart and chipping on the sides. I didn't step on anything crazy, so it's clear that the sneakers were messed up from the jump. I've never had this problem with any of my other kicks, including my other ones from the same brand. The worst part is that 260 Sample Sale sold me these busted sneakers for over $300. I hit them up to try and get a refund or exchange, but they hit me back with some canned response about how they don't do returns or exchanges and that I should've inspected the items better before buying. They didn't even try to help me out or offer me store credit. I even tried to get the sneakers fixed by the brand's repair team, but they couldn't do anything. So now I'm stuck with a pair of kicks that I can only wear once. Don't waste your money at 260 Sample Sale. They'll sell you messed up stuff and won't give you your money back or help you out in any way.

However, on 3/24/2023, I received an email saying one of the dresses was sold out due to a technical glitch and was canceled. I thought the other four dresses would still ship on time. But on 3/26/2023, I logged into my account and found out that 4 out of the 5 dresses were canceled without notice. I emailed customer service to cancel the last dress, but they shipped it out anyway. I asked to return it on 3/29/2023 because the shopping experience felt like a trap. They listed popular items to stimulate purchases, but then canceled them without warning and only shipped out the unpopular one. I pointed out that they violated the original deal and we as customers should have the right to reconsider. They declined my request.

But the 2 piece bikini set is missing the one shoulder bikini top. So I sent an email to their customer service on 7//20 requesting if they can send me the missing item or give me a refund. I purchased Montblac suitcase from 260 Sample Sale on 11/14. I realized on 11/18, bag strap was not included in my purchase. I could not find any information regarding their CS on their website so left a comment on their instagram account. They advised me to send a dm and then to send an email to ***. Shakia who replied to me requested me to send a copy of receipt. The receipt was provided and she advised the issue will be dealt. Since then, I sent multiple follow up emails requesting a reply but I was barely answered and she is waiting on reply to find a solution. I even called the number that was in the email and was told it may take time but I will be surely answered. I was never answered and had to leave another comment on their Instagram account. The person who I talked to on the instagram replied to me saying "You never contacted Customer Service to receive help." And the items are sold as it. I understand that their products are sample sale. However when I visited their store on 11/14, I had to wait 90mins in line and when it was my turn to enter the store, the store staff notified the people that we will only have 20 mins to shop. I do not think I could check if all the items were included in the product within that time. Also, when I was paying for the product, the store staff took out all the stuffings and things in the bag so I trusted the staff that the product is good since she notified me that there was no dust bag and she would have notified me if the bag strap was not included. If I was answered in time, not after 4 months, I would have requested refund or further deal with this. I do not think it is fair that 260 Sample Sale consumed my time until now and say they will not do anything since their products are "sold as is."
