My policy has roadside assistance included. AAA is wasting your $. The other AAA benefits can be found on the internet at less cost than AAA.

We took our car to this shop to have gaskets repaired. Supposedly they were repaired. We had other work done as well. Car is still leaking oil and the Manager *** Smoke will not return our calls. Paid slot of money to have this work done and its not done.

I called for tow service twice and was never helped. First time they told me to wait about an hour but I should receive an update from driver. They never called with any updates. I called back and was told I would be next qouting about an hour again. I advised location was not best both times and still no one came. I had to find my own way to get my car home. I was extremely disappointed with service and have been a member over 15 years

on February 26 I called AAA roadside assistants for a lock out. I was told that they would be there in 60 minutes. my wife ad I had pain medication as well as my heart medication.I told AAA no problem with the medication because they would be there in an hour. Three hours later I used another persons phone again,AAA stated they had tried to call me, but my wife as well as my phone were locked in the vehicle. another 4 hours pass and still no AAA. I had to break my window to get our medication and when breaking the window I broke the wind-deflector. I asked AAA to replace the wind-deflector and I was told that AAA didn't advise me to break the window so they refuse to replace them.

Also the remote they replaced is not programmed right also the other remote I had to the car is now not programmed so now I have two remotes not programmed right and that needs to be fixed.I contacted *** to file a complaint and the lady hung up on me and then I called *** to file complaint and she said it would take 2 weeks for someone to contact me about the matter and I never heard from no one. The cost paid to get two working remotes programmed and the cover replacements I purchased from amazon $10.87

Asked for full size rental, got a mid size. These guys work with AAA and they are not worth the money! I was promised that someone would reach out to make this right and they never did! I have a *** Premier membership and have had it for about 7 years, I have used the towing benefit one time for maybe 3 miles

My membership includes long distance tows of approx 200 miles, 100 miles, and then local, I have NEVER used these before but have been paying for them for 7 years. Yesterday, 10/2, I requested a Tow of approximately 90 miles from ***, *** to ***, . I submitted the request on the *** app around 2PM, the App said about a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. I waited for over 2 hours, and no truck showed up, the app still said 'expect us soon'. I called *** the first time and they couldnt even locate my membership. I called again and they found me and said the tow was 'declined' because it was out of their service area. I asked to speak to a *** supervisor and they were absolutely zero help. I never did get a tow, I was completely stranded by *** and not a single person from the company has attempted to help me. Why am I paying for this service?

My Plymouth Sundance wasn't running due to a bad fuel pump on July 9th. A friend with AAA had the car towed from my house to a garage. The tow truck driver somehow caused the key to get stuck in the ignition, triggering the security lock. The garage has spent almost two weeks on it. They tested the fuel pump relay; it was fine, but it failed after installing a new pump. Replacing the relay led to the new pump's failure. Despite checking the distributor, coils, ignition timing, fuel lines, and throttle body, the car won't start. They suspect an electrical issue linked to the key-ignition problem, but the key remains stuck, and this issue arose while with the tow service.

I joined AAA in December. My car got high centered on a rock on the side of my driveway during a snow storm recently and I needed help getting it off. I called AAA, and when the tow company called, I sent them pictures as asked. The driveway was snow covered, although packed down well, and I wasn't in a hurry and was willing to wait until later in the afternoon for snow to melt more. The tow company called and said that because I was more than 10 feet from a paved surface, that they would not help me unless I paid out of pocket. The tow company also said that because we were a rural area and AAA would refuse to service cars on any dirt road (be it maintained or not), they frequently had problems. I was told that if my car had broken down in front of my house even if there were no snow, that AAA might not allow them to get the car because the driveway is about 100 yards long and unpaved. At no time were these limitations mentioned when I joined (and I talked to the person) and in fact, I know in other states they do not handle things this way. I feel that I was sold a product under fraudulent claims, especially as when I called my insurance company, they would have made sure someone was out as quickly as possible, and in fact have towed this car from in front of my house!

We are proud citizens. On December 2, we authorized the purchase of a vacation package from AAA Arizona Travel. Included with the package was a Travel Protection Plus insurance policy valued at $249.98. The vacation package was to include airfare and accommodations over a 2-week period to begin on February 12, 2022. The AAA Arizona Travel Agent charged a deposit to our credit card in the amount of $500 on December 2. On December 30, we questioned the AAA Arizona Travel Agent regarding the cancellation insurance that was to be included with the purchase of the vacation package. The Travel Agent's email to us dated December 30, assured us that: [quote] You have a travel protection plan where you can cancel for ANY reason and get future travel credits. If you do not want to have that large credit I can cancel now and you will only lose the $249.98 which is the protection plan. $500 will be in the form of a future credit. [end quote] We then referred to the actual travel insurance documents and found this disclaimer on the policy: [quote] Eligibility: This plan is only available to U.S. residents booking their travel with Travel Impressions. [end quote] We are NOT U.S. residents. Therefore, the $249.98 could NOT have been correctly applied for the purchase of said Travel Insurance policy. And further, the Travel Agent's offer to withhold the $249.98 portion of our deposit was also NOT valid. With respect to the Travel Agent's offer to also hold the $500 balance of the deposit for future credit; this was also NOT valid since the entire transaction and our agreement to place the deposit was based on the supposition that Travel Insurance would be a component of the vacation package. We have sent several emails to the AAA Arizona Travel Agent and to the Travel Agent's manager. Our requests for a refund in the amount of $500 has been denied. AAA Arizona Member #

I've been a loyal AAA customer, but recent service has been the worst and costly.
I've been a loyal AAA customer, but recent service has been the worst and costly. At 70 and disabled, I'm in pain and bedridden. My move was for medical urgency. Alone, I needed my car towed for repairs, but AAA refused. My son, also disabled, came to assist. On December 11, we tried towing again to a recommended station, but AAA wouldn't tow and hung up on me. I'm stuck in bed, distressed. My son was with the car, yet it took 3 hours to tow after repeated calls and disconnections. I'm also harassed about my name, which they say is masculine. My disability prevents me from being with my car, which feels illegal. I've faced disrespect, potential racism, and sexism due to my name. My health worsened from the stress. I paid for service I'm not receiving and feel discriminated against as a woman. My late husband's name was different, yet I face these issues.
