AAA Utica has terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment today with a representative to plan an important trip. When I arrived at the appointment I was informed that the person with whom I made the appointment had called in sick. I informed the supervisor that it would have been common sense for someone to contact me prior to traveling to the appointment to let me know that it was canceled. The supervisor said that I didn’t have to “insult” her. No effort was made to reschedule my appointment or no apology was offered for the canceled appointment. In addition, last month I contacted AAA Utica regarding passport renewal and left a message; no one returned my call. These are examples of terrible customer service received from AAA Utica.
Recommendation: Go to another AAA location.
