I got charged $99.99 for this thing even though I canceled it before the free trial was up. Now I got hit with overdraft fees and I want my money back and my account fixed up.

I dunno what this company is, but they keep takin' 14.99 bucks from me every month! They got this phone number on my debit charge, , but when I call it, no one picks up. So I go on Google and find out that Aaptiv is some kinda fitness app or somethin'. I never signed up for that crap, man.

These guys are a scam. They charged me $99.00 on my credit card for a year subscription to something I don't want. I emailed them to put the money back on my card and send a screenshot of the statement and they claim to not be able to find my account. I will keep trying to contact them, but no reply yet.

I got a message in Jan sayin' my card was expired. I called 'em up to fix it and they said it was all good. But then a few days later, they went ahead and canceled my account 'cause I didn't pay. Yesterday (3/31), I was lookin' at my credit card statement and bank account and saw that they charged me twice. I reached out to Aaptiv and this person named *** told me I couldn't get a refund 'cause I used the app (like, seriously?). I never said they could charge me twice and I want my money back.

I used to have a subscription with Aaptiv. Actually, I had many subscriptions with them. But I decided not to subscribe again. This morning, on April 2nd, 2022, they got a charge of $99.00 pending on my account. I didn't resubscribe. It's not in my subscription list and I never got an email confirming my subscription, but the pending charge is still there. There ain't no reason for that pending charge. I want it gone and I don't want this to happen again.

I didn't get no notice 'bout the renewal 'cause they got a wrong email for me. I reached out to customer service last year and told 'em to cancel the renewal and gimme my money back. Now I can't even log into my account 'cause my email ain't right and I forgot my password. They can't even send me a new password 'cause of the email problem. I REALLY WANNA CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP FOR GOOD AND I'D BE GRATEFUL IF THEY CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION AND GIVE ME BACK $99.00. Thanks.

I tried aaptiv back in 2018 or 2019. I reckoned I canceled it, but they still took $99.99 from me in Feb 2019. I argued with my bank, but they couldn't handle the dispute. 'Cause of Covid, I didn't even notice they charged me again in Feb 2020. And now, in 2021, they charged me once more. I don't have an email on file with them, so I can't cancel. I got new credit card numbers a few times since then, but they keep finding the new one and charging me.

AAPTIV is the company I want to talk about. I made a transaction on 5/24 for $1.00 and another one on 5/30 for $99.99. The thing is, I never signed up for this service, and when I checked their website, it said that neither of my email addresses were registered there. I reported this issue to Capital 1 twice, claiming it was fraud. They told me to contact the vendor, but guess what? There's no phone number available. I also tried reaching out to them through their site's "contact us" emails, but they haven't responded. It's worth mentioning that this company has an agreement with Visa and Mastercard to get new card numbers when someone changes their card. This is definitely FRAUD!

They took my money for 3 years (and I only used the app for like a week... maybe). I thought the charge was for Google storage 'cause that's what it said on my credit card bill. But this month, I realized my mistake. I talked to Google and they gave me back 2 of the charges, but that's all they could do. They gave me an email and info about the charges so I could talk to the app people. So I reached out to them, hoping to get some of the $309 they took from me. I explained the mix-up and how I haven't even used the app. But all they said was, "Sorry, not sorry... you can get a refund if you ask within 72 hours of paying on Aaptiv's website or Google Play store." Thanks for nothing!

I signed up for Aaptiv like 2-3 years ago. I cancelled my subscription, and I got email proof with timestamps and stuff of them cancelling my account, and saying I had no other email addresses on file or any other subscriptions under the card I used. They told me my membership would end on May ,, since I didn't cancel last year in time to get a refund. That's cool, I read the fine print on refund policy. BUT. They charged me AGAIN in May even though I cancelled my subscription TWICE. And when I go on the Aaptiv website with my email login, it says my subscription ain't active no more and I got no membership plans. I'm so mad and annoyed, they charged me 99.99 again for a service I've been bugging them about stopping. I emailed the company's IT support this morning, but no response yet. I hope Aaptiv can fix this mistake, especially now when I need every penny I got.

I signed up for the free 7-day trial of Aaptiv on June ***. But by the 5th day (June ***), I realized I didn't like it, so I emailed the Aaptiv support team to cancel my subscription and avoid the $49.99 charge on my credit card. However, they still charged my card on June ***. I complained via email, and they said I would get a full refund within 5 to 10 business days by July *** because it was a trial offer with guaranteed satisfaction. Since then, I've exchanged multiple emails with them. They've apologized many times for not being able to give me my refund and blamed technical issues with their new payment processor. They keep telling me to contact my credit card company's fraud department to get my refund from their system instead. But I refuse to do that because it's morally wrong. Aaptiv needs to stick to their commitment and issue my refund, even though they shouldn't have charged my credit card in the first place. I have all the emails to prove everything. I'm sure if they couldn't process payments for themselves, they would fix the technical issue right away.
