I was charged for an order I never received. I tried calling them and left messages, but they never returned my call.

Spouse has been trying to cancel for 3 months now. Email. Phone. Message. Nothing. Ill be contacting ComplaintsBoard.com and states attorneys general offices.

Offered a promotion to try their products. I submitted my order but it never came. I contacted them and they said they are not full-filling any of the orders with the promotion. Never did they contact me to let me know until I contacted them.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE EMAILS YOU BACK. I SUBSCRIBED FOR A ONCE A MONTH DELIVERY AND THEY CHARGED ME 4 TIMES SENT 4 PRODUCTS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND WONT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS. FRAUD ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The product isn't bad but the service is horrible. Multiple times I had issues with shipping and had to make multiple attempts to get their customer service to help. Unfortunately with the most recent issue, they have completely ignored all emails and phone calls to fix a problem that is their fault. I canceled all my subscriptions, yet they still charged me and sent me an unwanted product. I will never buy from them again.

Agree that you cannot get a soul on the phone! I was able to get an email reply faster than I could get someone on the phone. Company seems to have a setting on their subscription page that will not allow the user to cancel, but it sure does look like you should be able to. Got my subscription cancelled via the email outreach, all while I was continually calling into to try to get a human. I will buy this on the shelves if I need it again.

Scam! They lied ran a fake promotion to get people information to get a free 5oz sampler pack after 2 days they canceled the order saying it was only intended for smaller audiences and i could have a 30% off discount. It was a lie and a scam now they have all my info to sell and they think im going to but anything from them they are crazy i would have ordered from them had they not been liars dishonest people should be ashamed of them selves

Vital Protein charged my subscription twice in one month. I've spoken to customer service twice and each time they said they would send me a return label so that I can return the item that I did not want, and they have failed to send me a return label. Both times they said they would send me a return label but all I've received is an email with a case number without a return label. All I want is my money back and a return label to return something I did NOT order. Case # CASE193353 Created: Return Label

I would give them negative stars if I could. This company has no customer service or business honor at all. They do not honor their coupons claiming bogus exemptions even though one rep, via an online chat, verified that the coupon was valid. Even after that, the coupon code still would not work. They do not return emails or phone calls. They do not accept incoming calls. It makes sense that they are not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited after looking at all the complaints people have registered in regards to bad faith business practices. People need to read these reviews before ever contemplating a business transaction with this company.

I'd leave no stars if possible. So we signed up for a subscription and the advertisement said you save 35% if you auto-renew. So we set that up. After our first 2 shipments the price went back up. I talk to customer support and said "what gives?" they say the 35% is only for the first 2 shipments. I said, "didn't say anything about that in your advertisement" she says 'it's in the terms and conditions' I could have accepted small print on the ad but this was straight up false advertisement. I bring this up with them and they could have cared less. I said cancel my subscription then and they say 'OK' not a bit of how can I make this right, i'm sorry etc.

I was made aware of this site through a coupon site that they were giving away free sample bundles. I ordered mine, got a confirmation email along with order #. A few days later I seen my order was canceled so I reached out to them asking why. Autumn replied that the sample bundle was only intended for a few people and that the promo code was shared on a website without their permission so they canceled all orders related to that promo code. I never had to put in a promo code to get this so I don't know how my order is related to it. I feel it's unfair to cancel orders when it's the businesses fault this info got out and worked for people it was not intended for.

I have subscribed to Vital Proteins for products over the last 2 years. I never had a complaint until May-July . My last 3 orders all had problems. One I was charged for and never received the product. The second package, the safety seals on the bottles were broken and product was leaking. My third packaged arrived with live mealworms in the box. The safety seal on the supplements was broken. I I have reached out to customer service through emails (with photos) and I have tried calling with no response. I have waited on hold several times and been disconnected before ever reaching a live person. All I want is for the company to acknowledge these complaints and refund my money.I am so disappointed and do not recommend ordering products from Vital Proteins.

I am saddened to write this negative review as I was very excited to try Vital Proteins. I experienced an issue with my first order and wrote to *** customer service on June 5. Their automated return reply indicated that they would respond to me within 48-hours and, despite writing them an additional 2 times requesting customer service, I am still waiting for someone to get back to me nearly 3-weeks later. I have held off on writing this review as I was hoping for a reply and resolution... disappointingly, I have received neither. Problem: There was a bug in my container. I wasn't "grossed-out", or mad, or upset, these things happen and are impossible to control 100% of the time. I understand that and simply wrote to customer service, attached a photo, and requested a replacement container, just without the extra protein (funny, joke, haha). And, nothing, crickets... So anyway, that's what happened to me... bug in my collagen peptides, sent a nice note to *** and received no reply nor any customer service accommodation. I gave *** every opportunity to rectify the issue and again, wrote them 3 times with zero response. So, customer sends money, *** sends product with insect then ignores customers attempt to notify and rectify. I'm a nice person... just wanted my peptides without the attached. Thanks for basically telling me in no uncertain terms, by your lack of action, that you 100% don't care about your customers. Also, I attempted to post this review to the *** website twice and they refuse to post it... shocker!

Tried to cancel an order that had not shipped but was charged for. They finally after about a month shipped the product that I just received and expires in less than 2 months. I am asking to refund my money and provide me with a shipping label. Spending $85 on an item I will be ingesting that expires in less than 2 months from when I received it is unacceptable. Now I know why they had it on sale, no longer fresh. I want a refund. Or at a minimum I want a replacement that is fresh and does not expire in less than 2 months. I don't plan on using this everyday therefore much of this product will go to waste.

On 10 Sep 2021, i placed an order with Vital Proteins online for $53.55. I received an email confirmation complete with a *** tracking number on 14 Sept 2021. I've checked the tracking number and it only indicates a label has been made, no movement for 10 days. That's weird. Contacting this company is a NIGHTMARE! There are several ways to do it, but never any contact with anyone and obviously No resolution. I am currently #1 in the que to "echat" with someone. My wait time is down to 2 minutes. It's been that way for over an hour. No one is going to answer or call me back. That's no way to treat your customers.

I ordered a hair supplement from this company and on June 28 I received a notification that it had been delivered. Except it was nowhere to be found, even though I checked immediately after receiving the notification. I have tried emailing Vital Proteins, calling them, leaving voicemails and even sending them a direct message on *** No response whatsoever, even though they claim they will respond within 48 hours. Covid can no longer be used as an excuse. If a company is able to take your money, they should be able to answer you when you dont receive what you paid for. Whats worse, I never want to buy from this company again, but I have a subscription to this supplement. I need someone to tell me what happened to my order.

I ordered the wrong thing and within a few hours emailed them and called them to cancel the order. No response. No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. Next thing you know I am getting the cancelled order in the mail. I did not open the box or product and want to return it. I also want to ensure I am not subscribed to anything and will not be getting any more products from them in the future.No one is answering me to get a refund or to confirm that i have zero subscriptions on the books.Thats all I want. To be able to return the product, and get a full refund, and confirm I have no subscriptions. This business has very sketchy business practices and should be heavily investigated for alleged consumer fraud and deceiving business practices.

This complaint is because the original ComplaintsBoard.com complaint #*** was not satisfactoraliy resolved as promised by the business. In the previous complaint, I described how I was sent product in the mail and charged for that product after I had ended my subsciption with the company and all attempts to deal directly with the company were ignored. After filing the ComplaintsBoard.com complaint #***, the business emailed me on July 19th and said they were issuing a refund in the amount of $20.45. THEY DID NOT. (Their internal email subject line Update for Case CASE241602).I don't know if this company is just profoundly inept or corrupt, but they should not be in business. Clearly, they don't know how to run a business. I'm still waiting for my refund of $20.45.

On May 2, I emailed Vital Proteins stating that I found spider remains in a container of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 10 oz. container seeking a phone call to discuss restitution. The email states to wait two weeks for a response & not to send another email. The company assigned a *** number. However, no response so I called on Monday, June 21, to speak with a representative. I was placed on hold then disconnected. I called back and needed to leave a message, then a few hours later my call was returned only to hear that the representative needed to look into it, but after four days no response yet again. On May 15 Vital Proteins did an automatic withdrawal of $42.50 for items that have not been sent. I called on May 25, and was sent to an answering machine. I left a message about the missing product, and they changed it from not fulfilled to fulfilled, but have not shipped anything. When you click on the UPS link they provided, it states that they created a label, but never dropped of the items to be shipped. I have contacted them numerous times through email and on the phone. I always get sent to a voicemail, and never get a response. I have since cancelled my subscription with them, and just want the $42.50 they took without sending a product in exchange. It has been a month since they withdrew the money, I should have have the product, or at lease a response by now.

I purchased protein bars from Vital Proteins on 6/16 and received them on 6/21. On 6/21, I called the company and sent them an email regarding the fact that I received a product that was not sealed properly. How I knew this was when I opened the box and the chocolate on the protein bar had melted and run into the box. Seeing that, I looked at the packaging and noticed that they were not sealed properly. I received a case # CASE241134 which stated that I would be contacted within 2 business days. It is now 7/14 and after calling multiple times, not getting anyone on the phone, but leaving voicemail messages, emailing, and even emailing the *** I have had no response from the company.This is a huge concern for me as I have an autoimmune disease and have to be very careful about what I put in my body. Because the packaging was not sealed properly, I could not use the product. My expectation is that I would receive some sort of response which I have not.

I have a subscription to Vital Proteins. I moved in April and and changed my address on their website. Somehow the subscription keeps going to my old address even though my account shows my new address as the only option. I have reached out the company via email and phone with no response. I have tried changing my address again on their site and again, it shows correctly. The tracking keeps showing it was delivered to my old address. I now have two missing orders from June 12 and July 10 both at $18.75 each. I have sent multiple emails where their website says they will respond within 48 hours, it has been several days with no response. Their chat feature is always unavailable. I have called multiple times and can never get through to anyone, I just wait on hold for a long time and am forced to leave a message. Their business hours are the same as my working hours. Someone did try to call once, but I was on a work call and could not answer. They did not leave a message.

I subscribed on their website to automatically receive periodic shipments of their Collagen Peptides. When I received an email from them saying that the next order was about to ship, I went to their website and cancelled the subscription (because I did not want to receive the order). Still, I got another email saying "your order is about to ship." I went to the website and AGAIN, cancelled the subscription. After I tried calling customer service on the phone and not getting through (no one answers) I sent an email saying "don't send it". They sent it anyway. They never responded to my email and never returned the five (5) voice messages I left on the phone. I can't get through to them on the phone or by email. When I received the package, I took it back to *** and told them I want to refuse the package. Please return it to sender. They attempted to do so, but there is no return address on the package. They have no record of who the sender is. I want my $20.45 refunded.

I ordered some product for my daughter to try. The initial order came. She has not used much of it and earlier this week we got a notification that a second shipment was on its way. I tried emailing, calling, and online chatting and no one was ever available. When I called a few days ago the automated system gave me an option to have someone call me back when they were available. That was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I've called yet a few more times and she thing. I have yet to speak to someone and now the shipment will arrive tomorrow. I am really upset about this. All I want is for someone to cancel this order and refund me when this shipment arrives. I will return to sender, but I first want to know I am getting refunded. This may be a great product, I don't know at this point because my daughter didn't start using it right away. Regardless I will not do business with a company that has zero customer service. I've removed my credit card information from the site.

Ill reputed practices, False advertising, spamming and cancellation of order without any intimation. They falsely floated the advertisement to harvest email addresses like mine and are adapting practices of ill repute, and did not deliver. I have ordered three sample vital proteins of 5 oz capacity bottles each, of different flavors as Vital Proteins advertised, and also provided a discount code 'PERFBUNDLE5OZQR' as advertised, to avail of this opportunity to get those bottles to try their products for "Free of cost" order number [protected] This order was placed on jan 23 2021 and an email confirmation was received by me. There was no communication after that at all and I was under the impression the order will get fulfilled and I will be communicated accordingly. As nothing of that sort happened, I checked status of the order online and was surprised to see the order was unilaterally cancelled by the company, no communication or explanation was given. They have not sent communication regarding cancellation of an order or even a reason, but they are perfectly capable of bombarding my inbox with marketing spam. I want the business to keep their end of the bargain. The reason I let them harvest my data was in consideration and accetance of the offer of three free bottles. This is breach of contract
