I tried to get in touch with *** SEAMLESS 'bout the warranty they gave for their steel siding fadding. I did what they asked, sent 'em a registered letter and the company got it. But the folks who put on the siding ain't returnin' my calls. Can't get a call back from nobody, neither local nor OFFICE!

After I signed the document saying the work was done, I found 2 problems. I only told them about one. They pick up the phone, but the receptionist can only pass along messages. The boss won't call me back. I complained about a clear problem before I signed the paper saying it was finished. The issue was that the top layer of siding wasn't seamless. They said they don't promise it to be completely seamless. I feel like they tricked me and lied about their product and service. They have an A+ rating with ComplaintsBoard.com. I think they should be rated as dishonest and unhelpful. They won't stand by their shoddy work.

I've been contacting ABC Seamless 'bout the lifetime warranty on my sidin' since 2013. The sidin' and trim are both peelin' off. They told me last year (2019) that *** would be refinishing the sidin' on my home. *** says they ain't responsible for the trim. I also bought 5 new windows from 'em in 2018 that they ain't finished installin' and completed the trim on. My *** Sidin' Claim is #***. I'd like to have the sidin' replaced 'cause I don't feel refinishing it will do the trick, along with the trim and the windows installed. The last I heard from *** was on 7/15 and from ABC Seamless was 6/4.

I think they just scammed me for my cash. They said they'd come in October to do the job, right after I gave 'em the money. Then last year, they said they'd come in July, but I ain't seen or heard from 'em since. I even hired a lawyer, but they scared him off 'cause they're a big company and don't care. We contacted ABC Seamless in late August after a hail storm to get a quote on the damage repair. Our home already has windows, siding, gutters, and a metal patio roof from this company so we wanted to use them again to ensure all our materials matched. The owner of this company, Larry came out to do the estimate and since he was here, my husband and I let him know that 2 windows in hour home had gotten mold inbetween the pains of glass. This is something that is included in the lifetime warranty of our windows so we expect a replacement especially since we have one window in each of our children's bedrooms. Larry told me he would email the estimate from the hail damage as well as send it to the insurance company. After some time with no email, I called and received no response. Over this past year, my husband and I have called this business dozens of times with no answer. At this point, we are getting our hail damage fixed from other companies but we need them to honor their warranty on the windows and fix them before we have health problems for our two small children.

Seamless did my siding on *** of March 2022. I couldn't be there on the last day due to medical reasons, which they knew. They left a hole in the foundation that was covered with the old siding and didn't board up a doorway that was being sided over. They also left the existing insulation. I called them the next morning and told them I wasn't happy about the hole and wanted it fixed quickly. I also mentioned that they used the existing insulation, so I should get a refund for the insulation I paid for. It's been 2 months now, and I've called many times, but no one has called me back. Just last Friday, 5-27-22, I got an email saying the price for the insulation on my statement is wrong. They said the insulation is $801.00, and that's what my refund would be. The rest of the money was for fuel, equipment mobilization, etc. On my itemized statement, I paid for fuel, equipment mobilization, etc. The insulation cost was separate. It seems like they're charging twice for the same thing. I'm on a fixed income, and I won't let them take advantage of me. Shame on this company for trying to take advantage.

On July 3, we signed a contract for $45,119 to have our small house and garage sided. All vinyl siding was supposed to be replaced. On or around April 24, the job finally started. The crew would come and go without telling us when they would return. We called the Billings office many times, but often got no response. We contacted the regional office and sent them pictures as requested. We had a concrete front porch poured, so no siding was needed there. Larry G from the Billings office said Travis would come back, but only for one day. They forgot to put on the storm door, light fixtures, and doorbells. They also didn't do any siding around the bottom back of our home. We reached out to ABC Seamless in Missoula to buy siding to finish the house. They sold us the siding and came to repair it so we could hang the front door. They even hung the door for us. We contacted the regional office again and sent more pictures. On March 11, they promised a response the following week, but we haven't heard anything yet. We have copies of the contract and all communications with both the Billings and regional offices.

The contractor company informed me that ABC Seamless was the only one who could provide the matching siding for the hail damage on two sides of my home. However, ABC Seamless refused to sell their siding to the contractor and insisted on doing the project themselves.
I was skeptical because I had looked into local ABC Seamless reviews, which had a one-star rating and horrifying feedback. I expressed my concerns to both my insurance adjuster and mortgage company. They reassured me that everything would be fine. I paid a down payment to secure my place in line, and I was told the job would be completed by the end of May or the first week of June . They said they would call me a week before the start date.
On August 14, when I arrived home from work, I saw the ABC vehicle in front of my house. I received a call from one of their workers at 6 pm, saying that the work would start the next morning and that they planned to complete the side of my house first. The following day, the worker left me a voice message asking when the fencing guys would be out of his way. I reminded him that he had told me he would be working far from where the fence replacement was scheduled.
I asked him to have Larry G call me because there were issues with un-squared corners, dents, scratches, damage to gutters, unsecured siding, and unfinished work. There were even wires connected to my AC, which turned on unexpectedly. When I notified G about my concerns, he said it was "totally safe" and that no electricity was being generated. I urgently called *** after my breakers kept blowing, and they advised me to contact ABC for circuit overload. The same rude employee showed up, flipped me off, and left with *** standing by. The next day, I addressed the same concerns to the workers, but they didn't acknowledge them. They promised to fix everything before completion.
At 4 pm, when the employee said, "Yep, we're about done!" I looked around and once again expressed my concerns. I told them that if they needed to stop now (since it was Friday), they should make sure to do a good clean-up because I had my kids running around. The employee said, "OKAY." I also asked him to have G call me. As I looked out onto the sidewalk in front of my house, I saw trash everywhere, unfinished work, and what I assumed was the lead employee entertaining a young woman who was seductively putting on his work belt while he took pictures. The younger employee was scrambling around, wrapping cords to the ABC siding vehicle while this was happening. I told both employees not to return until I heard a response from G.
Anyway, it's been four weeks now. Two employees showed up unannounced the following mid-week, but I sent them away and informed them to read the posted note I had taped up, which said, "ABC/G*** do not enter prior to contact." I told them that G needed to contact me. The next day, when I returned home from work, I found that one of the employees had entered my fenced yard, disregarding the sign, and had attempted to paint silver screws that I had noticed were unpainted the day before. They also made an additional dent in the door entry. It felt like trespassing.
So here we are in mid-September, and I haven't received any return calls, even after leaving multiple messages with G and the corporate office in Fargo, ND. And now, I received a certified letter from ABC, from G, notifying me of their attempt to file a lien against my home for the balance due. It's quite comical!
Please, please, if anything good can come from my long post, lost sleep, stress, and ignored attempts so far... DO NOT USE ABC!
