اسمي سعاد عبدالله ولدي حساب مصرفي مع بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي خلال حياتي المهنية تعاملت مع بنوك عالمية وأجريت تحويلات نقدية مع بنوك دولية رحلة تعاملي مع بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي كانت من اسوء التعاملات . البنك قام بإعطاء معلومات خاطئة عن رسوم التحويل وتغدى موظف البنك ان رسوم تحويل هي ١٥٠ درهم اماراتي وعند اجراء التحويل من قبلهم تم استقطاع ٩٠٠ درهم اماراتي من النقود المحوله. عند الاستفسار ورفع شكوى زعم موظف رئيس قسم الشكاوى ان البنك غير مسؤول عن خصم رسوم اظافية من قبل وسيُطهم لإتمام إجراءات التحويل. هذا الإجراء هو من مسؤلية البنك وفِي حال وجود رسوم اظافية فهو من مسؤلية بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي في إعلام العميل بوجود هذه الرسوم. بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي لا يرتقي في إجراءاته البنوك العالمية ذات السمعة الشريفة وللاسف لن اتعامل مع هذا البنك في المستقبل ولا انصح اَي احد في التعامل مع بنك لا يعترف بأخطائه ولا يطور من إجراءاته الضعيفة . ومن قبلي تم رفع شكوى للبنك المركزي بتعاملات بنك ابوظبي الاسلامي واتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية لحماية المتعاملين من تجاوزات واخطاء البنوك حتى لا يتحمل المتعامل ضرر إجراءاتهم الركيكة.

Hello,
I would like to make a complain about how um quwain Adib branch is running. It is very offensive how they treat people differently and they prioritize locals over foreigners. First, the receptionist does not have access to any computer, so even if you have a small enquiry, it will take you an hour to be attended, however the receptionist will still interrogate you about your enquiry infront of everyone by the door entrance a perfect welcoming .Second, after waiting for more than hour, as two customer service counters are there only and the branch is crowded, and when my token number was finally called, another customer occupied the seat sent by one of the empolyees. My token number hanging there, when the counter next, called for the number after me! what a mess ! i approached the desk, he said politely that i need to wait ! But i have been waiting already and my number is before. My token number should have been transferred by other employee to the next counter to avoid this embarrassing scene. I was not the only one complaining there of the delay. However, some special customers are guided directly to the manager office or other desk to help. You need to treat you customers with care no matter what as per the law of uae.

I am a student and went to bank (al twar branch) to open a student account at 1:20 and took a token (R-047 - customer service) and waited till 2 and in the middle one lady (who was sitting in customer relation ship manager room) came and asked me what is the service you need and I told I need to start a new acc and she told the person is in the prayer time and wait till she comes. After that the token no. Went directly to R-51. When I asked the person in the counter he told me to take a new no. But it was after 2 and the branch was closed so it was not possible to take the token. And when I asked that lady (sitting in customer relationship manager room) she told there was system issue thats y tokem went directly. And atlast I didmt get any service and was asked to go as fhe time was over

adib transfer and 25 aed deductions for account being less than 3000
I have not being able to transfer through the app from my isic to my adib account. It keeps showing an error message which I added below.
Also 25 aed was deducted from my account for lack of minimum balance of 3000. I believe there shouldn't be a deduction because it's a student account. And even if there is a deduction it's a fault from the issue above.

Dear Sir, This is PAVAN GOPAL SHROFF and am holding a ADIB VISA Platinum Card # [protected] since quite a few years. All this years my payments have been on time without any delay or any problem. In the month of October 2017 i made a payment for the due amount for AED 87, 890 on 25th October for which the payment from my Bank by cheque on 25th October, 2017 But ADIB credited my amount on 29th October, 2017 and hence recorded the delay charges for the amount of AED 2452.21 as Marhaba payment and despite of my numerous complaints and request calls, they refuse to reimburse the amount which is purely due to their faulty procedures. We feel that this is unethical, unacceptable and unjustified behavior on the Banks part as it appears that they are just waiting to extort the charges from their Loyal customers like this what they have done. Dear Sir
Having an Account with adu dhabi islamic bank, rim 1089528 since December last and with a loan from them for which payments were done without fail. Lately as of November 7th 2017 my end of service was frozen for 135% of the balance amount + Credit Card (Visa and Master) even though they were never activated, since I left the company. Following instalments have also been paid for November and December With just 3 more instalments remaining.
Visited the bank branches as follows as they had instructed (for loan and credit card close out)
ADIB Sharjah Buhaira corniche branch on the 28/11/2017, Token#031 and was directed to visit the loan dept. at Deira after an hour of waiting.
ADIB branch Sharjah opposite Etisalat building Token# R025 on 29/11/2017 as advised by Mr waleed from the loan collection Centre that for cancellation of the cards or loan settlement to visit any Branch. The lady after a two hour wait just took the card details and said that's it the cards will be cancelled and for the loan to visit the loan collection center at Deira.
ADIB loan Dept. at Sapphire tower, Luster Wood Work 24 B Street, Deira - Dubai on the 03/12/2017 after a long wait one gentleman by name Bilal Mohammed (operations officer ) instructed to go to any nearest branch and do the settlement
ADIB branch opposite city center on 03/12/2017 Token# R 027, Mr. Ahmed Moh'd Almeri there again was very rude and to close the loan he said the network was not working and needed a cheque evn though he can very well see the amount is there, to cancel the cards he just took two printouts entered something into the computer and said to leave.
ADIB branch at Riqqa street on the 03/12/2017 Mr. Nimer Ahmed Abdo took the application never knowing whom to send the details to and again the same result.
Called up the customer care with no result finally on the 8/01/2018 visited the ADIB JAFZA R/A branch Token3 004 and presented the new Visa, Emirates ID, Salary Certificate and new Mobile and email Details (as the Mobile and email were of the old company) and I never received any info from the Bank but no result of any update so far.
Lodged a follow up Request# [protected] with customer care on 10/01/2018 ON Special Number [protected] waited for 3 working days no result and now a complaint # [protected] on the 14/01/2018.
All this for an update to no avail and a wait of three to four working days each time for results that never came.
Rude customer care, delay on calls and no result has finally put a n untold misery to which I look forward to for a positive result.

I applied for a loan from adib to pay my other banks debits and this started at 01/07/2017, they paid other banks money and this completed after 4 months due to laziness of the bank representatives and after submitting the clearance letters and salary transfer letter and my salary already transferred to adib for the last two months as of today 19/12/2017 the remaining amount of the loan amount of loan did not credit to my account and nobody is doing anything to close this issue.
When I ask them about why still not finish my loan always answering the verification process for your salary transfer letter is still pending and every time they have another excuse to not close this issue and I do not know why, I need the remaining money and they did not credit it into my account till today and I started this loan 01/07/2017, is this acceptable to get loan in 6five monthes and 19 days and not finished completely?

On one fine day I receive a call from a person from ADIB about a loan offer. The offer was that ADIB is offering personal loan with no extra charges (interest and processing). Since it as quiet attractive I asked the person repeatedly whether it is zero processing in reply she confirmed it is 100% sure.
So I started my loan process. Mean while one more person from the same bank sends me an official email about the same that there is no extra charges. With big hassle I managed to get the clearance letter from my existing bank and after submission I have requested my loan advisor to send me the loan details. I never received the details till now. On the day of my loan approval person from the bank called to confirm all details and at the time of ending the call she asked I hope you are aware of the charges for your loan. I got lost I asked her to confirm with my loan advisor, since she said that there is no charges. No one came back to me after that and I called my loan advisor and when asked about the charges she replied again that there is no charges and the person who called do not know the procedure.
The day came when I received my payment with all charged deducted. I called my loan advisor and in return she said it was a mistake.
It is been two months now there is no response from the person and when I escalated the issue to customer service they replied that all charges are correct and they cannot do anything about it. This is an Islamic bank and I never thought I will get this kind of experience.
Iam in Dubai for the past 10yrs and was banking with emirates NBD without any hassle. They are very open and no false promises.
I really regret to open a account with ADIB because of there poor customer service and false information. It is not about the money but about trust. I will close all my loans with this bank asap
I have sent messages to the loan advisor at least to give my loan contract to find out whether there was any charges mentioned. But no reply

My name is Ahmad onnab and i am currently holding a new account with ADIB, in fact I used to have an account with Barcleys and I have not used it since the acquision of ADIB IN 2009.
I was using mashreq bank and my salary used to be transfered to Mashreq, until a moment that one representative convinced me to start transfering salary to ADIB, when I requested a cheque book and Debit card, an employee called me and informed that I need to pay 25 dirhams since this is a second cheque book as they claim.
I called customer service and I raised a complain, since I have not received any ADIB. Cheque book earlier nor apply for it, as per the employee who called me he stated that I received a cheque book on 2014 though my account was deactivated, if so I asked for an evidence that I received a cheque book but they failed to provide.
Today I received a call from a complain department and they said to me that I have a cheque book from Barclays, then I asked her a question if I submitted a Barclays cheque to my my land lord would adib Accept and cash it, then she said obviosly not, cause we are different banks, she basically answered her self.
I am writing you here to waive this charges away, otherwise I will close my account, just for 25 dirhams, cause I dont see it right, and this is abusing people.

I have applied for my ATM debit card under the account holder name Zeeshan Rasheed Khan and A/c No : [protected]. further I have updated my mobile No with ADIB by visiting a branch of yours in Fujairah.
I have spent lost of time on your customer care but these guys are only sitting to go through the customer security check but eventually they are not bother to solve the customer issue eventually and after informing them many a time they did not updated my contact no with Aramex who is saying until the bank will not inform us they will not accept the correct number.
Now the customer is handing between you and your supplier. This matter is on since 25 days.
let me know if I deserve to receive my ATM card or kindly refuse me straightly so that I could go to any other bank.

Today 29/10/2017 I found a complaint officer named sara called me at 11:59 am from the phone number [protected] and she was asking about my mother in a very rude and aggressive way, she told me that there is a late payment regarding my mother's card, I told her that someone called my mother yesterday at 28/10/2017 regarding this issue and she settled with them a payment date and everything because she is out of the country right now, she didn't give me any chance to explain or complete my words and started shouting and used self abusive phrases and then she hung up the line with a last word of if u did not pay I will send a lawyer to your place. I tried calling her several times on the same number but she pickups and hang up at the same time, I tried contacting the call center but I wad on hold for 10 minutes until I picked up. Please this issue is considered massive and her attitude is totally unaccepted. I need someone to contact me to solve this issue.

I would like to raise complaint about my requested clearance cert. i requested it first last aug 30 and the customer service personnel in nadja st branch told me to pay the ramaining 540aed balance in my credit card so i did. I give him the receipt and he told me that my agent could come and pick up the requested cert, unfortunately it was not been release for no reason. Again last oct 1 my agent came to adib nadja branch to pick up the clearance but he was being told that he needs to request again as it is already a month ago so he did and were advise to return after 2 days to pick up the clearance, but when he returned again customer service personnel advise to pay again another 100aed before they will release the cert so he did and again advise to return last thursday. When he came back customer care inform that i need to deposit 50aed in my account before they will release the cert so i deposited the amount last friday, and wAs advised to return this sunday oct 15, but then again it was not release as the customer service personnel said that according to their record it is on hold for reason he doesnt know either. Why did adib is doing this thing i dont have any pending issues in your bank and yet you keep on giving me hard time to release the clearance cert. my deposited money is adcb is on hold also because they need the clearance cert before they can release it... kindly please respond to this email as i am really pissed off of this issue. Very Very Very outdated services. If we call their call center or visit ADIB branches for most of the services they ask two working days. Truly, even after two weeks our request will not be resolved. Very strange banking service.
