Called to pay my bill which was 8 days over-due. Got into exchange with ivan who stated he is going to shut my car down, because he didn't attitude.
I called ac auto pay to pay my bill which is set up to come out bi-weekly. I was 8 days past due, when I called I spoke with ivan or mr. Neimann. He proceeds to go through a series of questions to verify my account number [protected]. I answered the questions quickly with a short tone, to which he responded, I am sorry mr. Parrish are you getting an attitude?

I pay my payments on time normally the full payment the first week of every month. This time I happened to be 8 days over. My frustration stemmed from the fact that I tried 4 different times on friday may 11th 2012 and was continually put on a timed loop. Never got an actual person. I then call on saturday may 12 2012 and receive this gentleman who proceeds to tell me that if I payed my bills on time, I wouldn't have this problem. I have paid my car loan with these guys every month and have never missed a payment. For them to treat me like a pile of dog (you know what) is unacceptable.

To top it all off I told him that I would make the whole month payment today, he decides that he still doesn't like my attitude and hangs up on me. But not before threatening to deactivate my vehicle.

We both went back in forth in an aggressive tone, but I do not understand how someone in your company can just threaten to take someones vehicle away and make statements that make a customer feel that even if the bill is payed on time, he can still have his vehicle deactivated based on the call center rep not liking the attitude.

I asked multiple times to speak with the supervisor to which I was told. "the supervisor told me to tell you he has nothing to say to you and to pay your bill" wow, then when I called back to finally have someone take my payment, I was told by tito that yes if we do not like the way you are speaking to us, we can do what we need to do to take care of it. What does that mean, basically if you are nice to us you have nothing to worry about? I made my payment of $337.76. And I still have to worry about some trigger happy call center employee deactivating my car.

I find this completely unacceptable to make a customer feel as if no matter what their car can be deactivated even if they are current on their payment.

I know that you all feel that someone who has a loan with you is a deadbeat or a #, but you know what we aren't I am just trying to make a car payment. I blame nobody but myself for having to take a loan with 29% interest. It's not your companies fault. I just find it completely disgusting that you would allow your employees to threaten such things.

I know this will end up getting thrown right in the garbage, and that you will tell me that our employees have every right to give an attitude right back. But you know what I am still current on my loan, I have never missed a payment. And you still treat those people like garbage.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing that.

Yeah, This company is a joke. Did they disconnect your car? I am about ready to tell them to go pound sand and come get the 29% interest car! I will go to court with documents proving that they threaten people just because they don't like your attitude! Good luck man, I hope you got your issues resolved. If you need any help exposing this company I would love, love, love to help!

Currently through EXACTLY the same thing! Everything from the dergrading attitudes...to the threats to cut the car off! I am attempting to contact SOMEONE because this is beyond unacceptable!
I am emailing due to my recent experience with you AC Autopay. I recently spent 2 months requesting a due date change because my rent is due at the beginning of the month and its easier making the payment on the 20th. After going back and forth it was finally approved this month. I spoke with an agent named Carlus, who talked while I was talking, rude, and eventually hung up in my face while I was talking. With the compliant “ I don’t need this.” Spoke with a supervisor who was even more condescending. Letting me know that they couldn’t take partial payment, which is fine, and my car would be disconnected. He advised me that this is a BUSINESS. My thoughts exactly, a business with no regards to their customers. Only in it for the money. He went on to state that I should go ask someone or get a payday loan. I advised that those were not options for me. I told him what I had and he told me they don’t take partial payments. Like I said in my calls I’m not requesting any sympathy of any nature. I just wanted to either make a partial payment or late payment. Because I wouldn’t tell them what was going on in my life other than it was personal, he advised they can’t help and would cut my car off. In the past I was more than 15 days late, due to my due date change situation, and it was never cut off. He continued to go on a rant about how you guys didn’t need customers like me and I should get my car refinanced. I advised him to do what was needed. I was and am a frustrated customer. As I attempted to pay something and want to do something about this. This is horrible customer service and a company should be built around such. I will post this message EVERYWHERE I can. Review this place on every website I can. EVERY person I have the non-pleasure of speaking has been rude and not very customer service oriented. To deal with a company who’s focus is money is extremely frustrating for the average citizen such as myself trying to make it. I understand that most BIG companies don’t care about small things like this but to me it means the world. And I truly hope this is not the type of customer service that is promoted within this company. As I stated fine, cut the car off I do have other modes of transportation and take FULL responsibility for all of this. But keep in mind I attempted to give what I could in an effort to relieve an account that is not even 30 days late. My thoughts were any other company would take the payment and he advised me that no company he knows does that. Just very degrading. My attitude may not have been the best, but mostly because I attempted to do SOMETHING and was torn down because I couldn’t pay it all. This should not be acceptable and hopefully this company reinforces CUSTOMER SERVICE because the fact that I talked to THREE people and every single one was RUDE and one even hung up in my face while I was talking.

i was with leap financial. . i was a month ahead when ac auto pay took over. they messed my account up and have me 23 days late. i am not losing 400 dollars plus. i told them to come get the car . i am over banks ripping me off l they can keep it i am over rip off artist . that is all they are

this is the worst financing company I don't even know how they are in this business, i am 15 days behind on my payment and I called to explain my situation they told me if i didn't make the payment by the next day they will repo my car.I try ed to explain that i could't make that payment, this Jaime guy told me to go and ask a family member for money or do something.I told him i am almost finish with the loan only owe them $2, 800.00 he said he did't care that this was a business and needed to run there business, and if i could't make the payment then maybe i did't need my car.how sad of this small ac autopay business, and more sad that the management team is all for this kind of treatment to there costumers.

well i guess we all fell for it ! i have had words with so many different agent on the phone that its ridiculous they are so very rude. now normally i can give them the money order number and put it in the mail no problem now all of a sudden now they cant take my money order number over the phone and im forced to pay by moneygram or by credit card when they give u the options to pay by money order. so hear it is martin luther king day i was suppose to be in the parade with this disabled young whom i work with and we couldnt make it over fear that my car my be turned off after being threated several times, so we didnt make her debut in the parade because i didnt want to be in the parade and my car being turned off ! i seriously hate and i mean hate this company and all the rude employees who are employeed there !

I agree I just let them come take it. I could get my car back but I don't want to deal with them any more. I'm just gonna for file bankruptcy and start over. Only buying used cars fully paid for from now on. Done with this joke of a Company and their, you need me I don't need you attitude.

My vehicle was paid off in May. When I called to make sure everything was good to go to get my title they said yes and assured me that the payment would not be drafted out of my account anymore...which was a lie. Not only did they take another payment, but over drafted my checking account. I am a single mom with two kids and now have a negative balance in my checking which has never happened to me! When I called to get this fixed they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Then after not getting a call back like they said they would I finally called again to speak with Tito. He said they would overnight a check for the money and it will be brought to my house to be signed for. I told him that wasn't good enough I need my money back now! If they are able to take it out they can put it back in or have it wired. Then he wanted to know why I didn't check my account sooner like it was my fault I am having this problem. I told him I work and wouldn't be able to sign for the check. He then said "That's not my problem". This is not the way a company should be ran. Since they took over there have been nothing but problems and apparently with everyone. I barely have enough gas to make it to and from work for the rest of the week because of them taking what is not theirs. It is time we all take this further and have them looked upon by someone higher. Let it be known they owe me $375.16. This may not be a lot of money, but to me I work extremely hard to take care of my family and now am left with nothing. Thanks Autopay for your thieving ways!

Has anyone checked their credit file this company claims they report when in truth I have found that they do not. Trans Union and the others have not even heard from them. They are a pay here pay here loan company.

i was done the same way same day i received this letter is the same day they called and wanted to know why i was late making my payment even though they just uploaded my account i bought my vehicle through carheart in danville wva they sold all of our accounts to this company i have been harassed by ac auto pay further more when i tried to pay my vehicle off they wanted me to pay all of the finance charges which is against federal laws further more they are over a month behind in given credit for my payments and they charge me late fees for this and additional finance charges even though the finance charges are built into the payments and iam paying more on the monthly payments now then what was set up i also filed a complaint with the BBB as well as Consumer Complaints AC Auto Pay never answered even more they are trying to make me pay bi weekly when i am to pay monthly and they have me oweing more on the car then what i actually do

I got this awesome letter in the mail about refinancing my vehicle with the company. Boy am I glad that I read customer reviews before I take a plunge. I'd like to that everyone who has posted to this board because you have helped me to make up my mind. No thank you AC Autopay...I don't have the time or patience for reps like Tito and I certainly don't have time for a company who says they want to help to jack up my credit score. Keep your offers until you can run a company that offers good customer service. I'd much rather pay an interest rate of 15% to deal with the crap these poor customers had to.

I'm so happy that I came across this website. For over the past two years I thought I was the only one that had to deal with the disrespect and nasty attitudes that I got from the representatives at AC Autopay! I always made my payments in a timely manner or called to ask for an extension. When I was only a few months from paying off my car, I was RUDELY REPREMENTED by the supervisor of AC Autopay that I would not longer be granted any more grace periods and that all of my payments were due on the due date. Please keep in mind...my car note was always made! But she was feeling some kinda way that day and was fussing at me...the customer. Needless to say, my car was valued at less that 1 Payment and I still owed $2700! During the same month all this happened, my car broke down and the repair estimate was valued at well over $1500! $1500 repair + $2700 still owed ÷ $378 current value of actual vehicle (per Kelly Blue Book website) = no more business with AC Autopay! They are such con artists!

There is more than one instant where we have call AC Autopay and been talked to like dog poop. Everyone there is rude, mean, and act like talking to customers in not in their job decription. We were 14 days late on our recent payment. We let them know a month in advance that we would be late, they originally said that wouldn't be a problem since we were giving them notice. They called us wanting to know why we were late, we explained why we were late, when we would be paying, and also the name of the last person we talked to that gave us the ok. They then said we had to pay the amount now or they would come get our truck. We have a contract that states we must be 60 days late before they can reposess our vehicle and when we told them that, they said it didn't matter. We told them to please listen to the recordings and they first said they didn't have time to, then stated that they got a new phone system so they couldn't pull them up. We asked multiple times to speak to a manager and they down right refused. The issue still isn't resolved. When we call again, hoping to speak to someone more accomodating, we get people who talk to us the same way. We couldn't believe that it was ok with the company to talk to their customers the way that we were being talked to. We will never use the company again and would advise against anyone using them. I hope they go out of business soon and everyone there gets attitude adjustments!

i have noticed that there was a payment deduction of USD 10.46 in every 15 days from 09/05/2018 from my credit card [protected]. could you please please take the necessary action as i am not using any kind of products or please let me know how can i stop this auto deduction.
