Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

I also ordered for the free trial bottle and when I also got my credit card statement 83.13 was charged to my account plus 2.95 for a foreign transaction fee. My credit card co. notified me of possible fraud on my card that's when I noticed the charges. I never even received the first bottle. Notified company they gladly credited my account the 83.13 within 3 days. That same day I closed the account. The next day I received a bottle of Acai Berry, I called company the same day to get a RMA number to ship bottle back to them. Fortunately I got a delivery confirmation from post office. Make a long story short it has taken 6 wks and finally threating with the BBB and my attorney yesterday; today they said a refund was issued yesterday. I will check my credit card in 3 days to see. If not I will be back on the phone again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Go to https://www.myordersupport.com at the top right of the page there is a live chat option, choose it. I just cancelled my order through the live chat, it took about 5-8 minutes to do, very easy. You will have to tell them the last 4 degits of your credit card number. Have pen and paper ready to write down the agents name you chatted with and your cancellation order #'s Waiting to see if I get a refund.

I ordered a free sample (a full bottle according to the website) on July 30th for just 99 cents shipping and handling. The following week I received a phone call asking if I would like to double my order and receive a free 5 day/4 night vacation. I said no I just wanted to try the sample first. I did not receive the sample. Today I noticed that I was charged a full month supply for $87.83 to my debit card I used for shipping. I called Acai Berry to ask why this happen and was told that after 15 days of receiving the free sample if you don't notify them they will charge you monthly. I informed them that I had not received the free sample and the customer service rep was very uncaring about that. She said she would inform accounting but that is all she could do. I am filling a complaint with the Attorney General in my state. It is ashame that now a days customer service has drastically declined in helping customers.

i just cancelled my card. my bank (wells fargo) says its all a scam and they are seeing alot of it. I only get paid once a month, and until next week, i was running low on funds, but since i have another credit card attached to my checking in case of accidental overdrafts, the thieves were able to take my money. i have the two 99 cent charges for what i ordered, then the two $87.13 unauthorized charges. i just shredded my card, and sent back the fax to report the unauthorized charge. i get to go to the local branch in the morning to get a new temp card until the other gets here in the mail. i feel sick. im not rich, and i think my hubby is gonna go bananas when i tell him how dumb i was. im really glad he has his own checking account right now, so we havent lost more. you may think your orders are cancelled, but the banker i talked to says the only way he has seen to ultimately fix the prob is to cancel your cards. class action suit? i'm in if anyone figures it out! dvilandre@yahoo.com

hey guys...

i found them listed under the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in Berlin, New Jersey under the name CleanseGold. I believe this is the company we are after. They have different numbers than advertised, but are in the vitamin and food supplement industry.

i put in my complaint. its up to you if you want to back me up against them.

I received a phone call from this company after placing an order on the internet. Their website stated that you could try a one month supply of their product (acai berry) for free and only pay .99 for shipping and handling so I placed an order and gave them my credit card information.
A few days later, I received a phone call from a sales rep. who thanked me for my order and tried to sign me up for an automatic refill of this product. I told him that I did not want to continue the program and just wanted to try the free sample.
When I opened my credit card today, there was a charge for $86.42 from this company that I did not authorize. I will try calling today but am now convinced that I should not use my credit card to order any product that is advertised.

We purchased the internet Acai Berry Cleanse and they took out of our Debit Card the shipping fee which was fine. However, we were called no less than 3 times a day by two companies (6 calls per day).I turned in a complaint to the FCC when they would not stop calling at my request. Then we were charged $88 for the product which we had cancelled. We never received the product but we were charged. The Bank we use cancelled the charges. We contacted the company a second time to cancel the order and they said they could not cancel. No supervisor would get on the phone. The next time we called we recorded the call. Today we were charged for wire transfer, handling charges, another $88 and an additional $83 for something again. We canceled the card on Sunday, but they had "pending" charges outstanding. Our Bank manager said anyone that has ordered this Acai Berry product needs to cut up their card, cancel it and get a new number, because these people are not stopping their scam. The product is actually not made here, nor are the people here, it is a phone line only. This makes them very hard to prosecute or persue. If you don't want six charges at a time, which is what happened to us today, then get another Debit Card. I would assume if you use a regular credit card you should do the same thing. They will not stop if the law can't touch them because they are not in the US. You will be robbed blind.

Andy said that i can get my money back but i must send the shipment back to them once i received it in the mail. THe address i was given to send this package back is 3007 Greene Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. He said once they recieve the package back, they will refund me my money within 5 business days. Viv3lab is now acting in France! my mum got caught, she has received free samples, but has now received products she never ordered. She has been charged €166.
She has tried to call the numbers given, and obviously could never get hold of anyone. She has now to call her bank and try to get a refund as it is a scam. I have asked her to send a recorded delivery letter to the address she's got, but not sure it will get anywhere. I have drawn a letter as per Sarah 223 recommandations.
At least she will not get charged anymore stupid money for some stupid products!

Tried the live chat option, but it wouldn't register me, so that was a dud for me. I will have to call. With all of these complaints, you would think the company would turn tail and run.

My credit card co. contacted me because they were concerned about the foreign transaction fees; thank goodness they are very quick to notify me about possible fraud.

Im sure most of you know the story, you order a trial package for .99 cents and then your credit card gets charged $87.13 or whatever. Well Im going to tell you how to get your money back. First its going to take alot of phone calls but if you are mad as I was its worth it. The box that your order comes in has the return address for the product, mine was 3007 Greene St, Hollywood Floridia, 33020. But before sending your product back call [protected] dont select the option to return product select the the 1 to talk with a customer rep, now this is where the waiting starts but dont give up. Tell the rep you want to return product and cancel your account, ask them for a return of product code mine was 14 digits, its your cancellation number-a return number. When you get that number take the box to your local postoffice and send the package back to them certified mail requireing a signature. Make sure that you write the return number that they give you on the front of the box that your returning. Check your postoffice for signature confirmation once they receive the package back. Then its back on the phone with the customer rep who will then process your refund request once you give them your signature confirmation code from your local postoffice. I sent my package back on 8-12 and had my refund credited back on my card on 8-24. I hope this information will be of help to you all, but I've learned my lesson, check out a company first

I am on the phone with CLeanseGold as I am typing this message. They all from India and have a very heavy accent. They are saying that I need to return the product to receive a refund. My credit card was charged for $86.42. The bank does not want to refund it; they are saying I have to deal with the merchant. This company has to be sued for sure. They told me that the President of the company is Berry Folgers. I was also told that they don't have managers just supervisors. Well, good luck to all of you who is trying to recieve money back!

I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD... I HAD TO PUT MY CARD ON HOLD SO NOTHING ELSE CAN BE CHARGED TO IT UNTIL THIS MATTER IS TAKEN CARE OF..THIS IS SUCH A BIG SCAM WELL MORE THAN A SCAM IT IS FRAUD STEALING PEOPLES MONEY FROM THEIR CARDS... I BELIEVE THEY CALL THAT CREDIT CARD FRAUD SO WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING CHARGED WITH ANY CHARGES ON THESE MATTERS? DR OZ OR RACHEL RAY OR OPRAH SHOULD ALSO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE SINCE THEY SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT IS NO GOOD..

I had placed an order for this dietary product"Acai Berry" from ph. # [protected].I tried the product for the free trial which is 14 days. After taking forever to arrive I called them and they stated that they would extend my free trial just to call them the day i receive the trial and they would restart the free trial for me. So I did.I called ther cancellation day which was 20th and they took for ever to answer, they said i was late on my cancellation, and they had already charged my account, I fought that charge and at the end they said they would credit my acct. Just today i spoke to my bank and they still show that on my acct, and no refund from the co.

I just ordered this product several hours ago for the 14 day free trial for the $0.99 s & h. After reading some of the complaints about the company or scam partners, and how customers have been treated, made me call to cancel. Upon doing so, all you get is a repeated recorded messge along with a accasional hang-up and the read out of other peoples cc number, yes that's right, other people's card number is being read out. While on hold listening to the numerous repeated and back n forth messeges, I've heard (3) three different cc numbers. It's says the number quite fast. After this, I hung up and immediatedly called my bank to nip a potential problem before it gets started.

Unfortunately i have fallen victim to the same mob, they have managed to fleece me for over $320 au so far. Even today, a week after cancelling my card, they are attempting to take more money, as it was dated the day before cancellation.

I you have become a victim, it is very important to contact your bank within 60days.

I initially dealt with Viv3 and MAXACAIBURNCOM for the free samples which i did receive, and only paying postage, but since then these following company names have been taking money from my account NATUREBERRY, FOCUSCLEANSE and NUTRITIONALSUPP

My bank is trying everything they can.
Be very careful!

I just got charged $ 87.13 and $ 39.95to my credit card for a product that i did not even get to try. According the company I placed the order on Aug 7th and the free 15 day trial period ends on Aug 22nd.
They themselves confirmed that I got delivery of the product from USPS on Aug 24th 2009. How am I supposed to try out a product if I got it 2 days after the trial period ends. I called them to complain, but they kept reading out their terms and conditions, the SUpervisor James, yelled at me and hungup. When i called back, I spoke the agent Maggie, who now said she is the Supersviser and that James is not in today (I just spoke to him just 10 mins ago!) and when I asked for her supersvisor, she said that he is out of town.
I want to take legal action against this company.

I actually ordered a trial a 30 day supply but I ended up cancelling the membership because they only give you 14 days to cancel. I only got billed for the shipping with no addtl cost. I e-mailed them in I received a prompt response informing me that it was cancelled. Make sure you read the fine print ladies and gentleman. This is what I did to ensure that I would not be bill $74.95.

I also ordered the ACAI BERRY diet pills and should have only been billed s&h for .99 but when the credit card came I was billed for 86.42. Believe me I will never order anything from the internet again. It seems like this happens every time someone orders anything. I should have read the complaints before I even ordered. So, I am going to try to get a credit back and hope I will be able to. But I sure did learn a lesson, never order untill you check the company out first.

I encourage everyone that has become a victim of this scam to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau: www.bbb.org . There has been a lot of people that have been caught in this scam. I tried to cancel my order before I even received it when I heard about other peoples compaints. They refused and sent the product anyway. I returned unopened as soon as I go it. I never was able to contact another person after that. My only solution was to cancel my credit card before they could charge it anymore.

I havew been scammed by the so called free trial products, just pay postage. Once they have your credit card number they keep sending the products and charging very high fee for an item I did not intend to reorder.
I was fortunate, my bank did inquire and removed the charge,
A TIP i received from mu jcredit card company, change your credit card acount so its not avaible to unwanted reorder charges.

I've been burned on this same issue. I in fact called 3 days after ordering the trial for akai berry and told them to cancel any future orders as I know how some of these firms operate.
Also sent email. Took numerous calls to get through. I did not receive any order after the trial so thought I was home safe but sure enough, billed $86.42 on my credit card from Cleanse Gold
Somehow these crooks need to be stopped and not only refund to all customers defrauded but hit with a hefty fine. Canthe attorney genral for New Jersey be contacted or is there a consumer complaint division in New Jersey - seems t=like that would be the quickest and most effective action
