Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it
I ordered a free sample of Max Acai Boost on 8/21/09, received AcaiBerry Detox on 8/28/09. I always feel something is hinky about these types of FREE trials (but I like free stuff). I solve my dilemma like this:
I have a PayPal debit card that generally has a balance of under $10.00 and use it for stuff like this. I used that account for the S&H charge and was billed for $.99 by Lifeberry. I also went to myordersupport.com and cancelled the account. If they tried to charge me anything more they were sucking wind because I have no backup funding connected to the PayPal debit card.
Though I've never tried it, I wonder if a low balance generic gift-type card would work.
I wish all of you who have been impacted by this company and others like it the best in getting your money back but if you're like me who enjoys trying new products, I hope you find my solution somewhat helpful in the future.

I decided to try Acai Berry because of the energy benifits it claims to have, but I have to say that it will take me more energy to get out of this mess than the pills ever gave me - plus you can get a generic form of them at WAL-MART! Wish I knew that to begin with. I ordered 3 different brands to try them out; to see which one worked the best on me. Well, over a month and a half later, and about $400 later, the boxes arrived. But instead of 3, I have 7! It seems that the order confermation call that they make is just another sells promotion and that is how I ended up with MORE than double the amount I wanted. I still would like to know how a trial period can be shorter than the amount of time that it takes to receive the ordered item; 14 day trial for something that had to travel across the state (I live in the same state that they are shipped from!) Plus when I tried to contact constomer service I was on hold for hours - I do admit that I hung up at that point and kept trying at different times. When I finally got ahold of someone, I could hardly understand her, she didn't want to help me, and kept saying everything was my fault. Now I am getting to send the bottles back to the companies for a refund. (You have to get a refund auth # before you can do that though). They need sued. By the way, ALL the different Acai Berry Products that you see advertised and the Colon Cleaning products that go along with them come from the SAME company - or at least they are being disperst by the same company. I was given so many different numbers and they all led to the same voice promted answering service. It is time that something is done about this, and fast.

I am having the same trouble as everyone else. I had a $87.13 charge to my bank card on Aug. 19, 2009 from CLEANSEGOLD that was an unauthorized charge. I called the number on the statement, but never talked to anyone...was on hold for so long. So I went to my bank the day of the charge, but all they told me to do was to call the number to cancel. I decided to cancel my bank card to see if that works. But now I see that didn't work. I am glad that I check my bank account online on a regular basis. As of today, I have 3 more charges to my bank account that wasn't through that bank card. One is for $79.95, the others are for $1.95, and $2.00 dated Sept. 2, 2009 and it says pre-authorized to TOPHLTHLINK...whoever that is. I had also just went to that www.myordersupport.com. I clicked on the live chat, and tried to send a message. But I received a message in my email that it was undeliverable. I am also finding that all the phone numbers to call go to the same recording.
I also just went to the Better Business Bureau website. I typed Cleanse Gold in the business section, but I get no results. I also tried all the phone numbers that I had, but still no luck. This is driving me nuts! I am on unemployment, so I can't afford to have all these charges for something I didn't buy. I am about ready to close my bank account over this mess! ladyridr@sbcglobal.net

Ordered free trial of Acai Berry Detox after seeing advert on internet claiming rapid weight loss from stomach area. Sent away for free trail and paid £3.95
Once item received I read the label and noted that the product is not suitable for Diabetics - and as I am a diabetic this product was useless - however the website does not state this.
I find that they have now taken payment for a further supply for $74.91 and when I eventually managed to contact them they say that this fee is for subscription and not a product - What a total rip off

This company takes your money without letting you know. I was suppose to just get charged 3.95$ for shipping. Not only did they charge me 90$ straight out of my bank account but now because of them I am in debt with my bank 600$$ because of their unauthorized charges. To anyone reading this I really recommend buying your products at your local GNC because trust me when I tell you that you will regret ordering the acai berry or any of their products from this company.

I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A SHIPMENT. It's a freaking circus dealing with these people. I'm all for shutting these jerks down. I just went thru H*** with these people charging my credit card $200.00 for a sample product that was .99cents. They basically told me not only did I have to ship the product back to them, and they only wanted to credit my account for $79.95. It's a load o crap just like this company. I was suppose to have 15 days to try their product. (Acai berry detox and their colon clense) People this is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I have learned a vauable lesson here. Don't trust these people. And those of you who want to take a legal stand, can let me know. I even told the woman I was recording her telling me How I had to send everything back and still have to pay $120.00 for something I did not get until today, and that I would have nothing and that I still had to pay them for this and she said yes! I had posted another comment last night. And since then I had finally figured out how to cancel my account with that company. I went to their website...www.myordersupport.com. I didn't know my member log-on info, so I clicked on Lookup my account at the bottom of the member log-in box in the upper right of the page. That took me to another page to enter the last four digits of the credit card number, email address, order number, and zip code. I didn't know my order number, but I entered the rest of the info and clicked "Lookup". The website then emailed my log-on info to me...check your spam box...mine went to the spam box. I then used the log-on info and was able to get to my account and check it out. I then clicked on the cancel your account button on the left side of the page to cancel it. Then I went back to the main support page, and chatted with the person online...(CA-003) Raffa. They confirmed that my account had been cancelled right away, and that there should be no more charges to that account. But I did find out that I had cancelled a day too late. Another shipment was sent out today, and my account was charged just yesterday for that shipment. She did give me the info to send that shipment back to get my refund. Even though I was pissed off at the whole situation, she was very patient and courteous with me. I am hoping that this is done! I also hope that I have helped others having this very same problem. i aslo ordered the one time free shipping bottle and i receieved my credit card statement and noticed the 83.13 was taken out, i called the number that was on my statement and it took me an hout to get a hold of someone and when i finally did, they said i authorized another bottle. I told them i never called to place another order and that i wanted my money back. in order for me to get my money back, i have to send the bottle back, it was issued 8-25-09 and i still have not recieved the bottle to return it. stay away from these people!

They keep telling me the refund hasn't been processed, because it is up to the Warehouse to process refunds. I asked them to contact the Warehouse. They said they cannot, as they do not have a phone number for them. They said I can contact the Corporate Office to see if they will process the refund, I said fine, give me their phone number. They said they can't because they do not have a phone number for them either. Their customer service phone number has changed since I returned my product, now it's 866... However, that is the number I called and they will not give me any answers. I am going to see what needs to be done to file a class action law suit! This is illegal!

On May 20, 2009, I ordered Acaix3, Natro Pure, and a facial cleansing product Define. The ad said they were endorsed by Dr.Oz of the Oprah show. I thought they must be legit. One product, the facial product, did not clear my debit card so I called my bank and asked why. They told me they had been having problems with companies who offered free trials for s&H ONLY AND IF I ORDERED TO MAKE SURE I canceled the day I received my product or the company might continue billing my debit card. I immediately called the company and cancelled the orders. Several weeks later, I received the ACAI and they had already billed me for shipping and handling plus the full amount. I called the company again and got the runaround. One day they billed me twice for the full amount. I went to the bank and cancelled that card. The bank says they don't know if it's fraud, "you gave them your number." The full amount they have scammed me for is $339.00.

I purchased the Acai Berry for the free trail period. I cancelled my order 5 days later. I have noticed that this company has charged my card 5 different times. Once for 3.95, another for 2.01, another for 2.06, another for 84.78 and now for 92.31. This has caused my account to receive several NSF fee charges at 36.00 a pop. This is not fair to consumers. I was charged without my authority for AcaiBerry and Colon cleanse to my credit card. It thru my acct off by about $400.00 or more dollars. I called the 1866 they had on the bottle and told them I would return the rest of only one week of having them in my possession. The man clearly xplained to me that he would credit my acct back the full amount of both bottles. This was Tuesday when I spoke him. He left the customer ID of Ben IDHA-147. Nothing was done! I get the address then they give me a conformation # and said wrtite this on the package mail it back and we will refund you with in 7 business days. 3 weeks go by after cancling this product and hoping I'll my money ended up a transaction again for 39.95! Being furious I call my bank they helped me out with this I had to fill out paper work about being scammed.And also cancel debit card. I hope this ware house of theres burns down and who ever is getting rich off us people who are maybe not so fit or thin gets caught for this [censored] and gets handled by bubba and MURDERED!

My husband ordered the free trials back in July. He said there was no fine print specifying future charges or shipments. Our credit card company alerted us when charges started arising from a foreign country. We've been charged $79.95, $87.13, the original free trial fees, and now we have foreign transaction fees as well. I really thought our card number had been stolen by someone working at the company since we have not received any other shipments, nor did we authorize these charges. I just happened to notice that the charges were all from various supplement companies and decided to look into. That's when I found all these complaints. I'm shocked! We are extremely careful and frugal people that are careful not to fall for scams. This makes us all look like idiots! I'm furious. I found the company on the BBB website, but it looks like there are no complaints filed. Everyone go file complaints!
I ordered on line for 99 cents a trial offer of Acai Berry for weight loss. Once the order was placed I received a phone call that issued a number to call if I should decide to cancel "any future orders." I never agreed to Future Orders. Of course within two weeks of receiving my 99 cent order I received another bottle of Acai Berry. With repeated calls to the provided number the order has never been canceled. I also tried to cancel on line with the password & account information but to no avail. I need help to cancel this $86.42 charge each month.

Hi all, i was also scammed by this company, they get you details by asking for it to pay for postage and packaging. In the small print of the terms and conditions they say if you do not cancel the order, they will send you a monthly supply. So i now have 4 charges against my card at £82.95.
There is no one to speak to, their call centre staff handle all calls and then they forward them to "someone".
They don't know who the owner of the business is, there are no numbers to call anyone, it is a scam. Unless of course you are happy to pay £80 per month for these products. They say you can be refunded but it fact you can't.
Anyone know anything about these people!

Another option is to contact your tv station, my area wrtv 6 has a consumers' rights segment and they will get these people on live tv and help you get your money back.

Today I have discovered how to cancel all 3 memberships associated to the Acai Berry Scams...I originally cancelled my membership some 6 months ago but have discovered that new fees have been coming out of my account for the last 2 months. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO...Go to www.acaiberryscamsreport.com/acai-burn-scam-review/ you need to then click on Order Free Trial and then on that page click onto live chat. You then give them your membership numbers...I told them that the phone numbers for insider secrets and Comprehensive Weight Loss Ebook Package were disconnected and they cancelled it for me. I have been trying for months to find a way to cancel all these memberships and this seems to be the only way...for now at least. Good Luck.

I tested out the Acai Pills, let them bill me monthly, later i couldn't afford it and i had sent back 2 bottles in the same package they sent it too me in in hopes that they would refund my account what they took out for the 2 bottles i returned back ! they wouldn't ! Also told them too then send me back the 2 bottles that i sent back too them and they refused that as well ...basically throwing away 200.00 that i needed at that time which is why i stopped my order to began with ..with rude customer service operator agent on top of it all !
I stayed on the phone with them for over an hour arguing the situation, and they ended up hanging up on me .
I think it's totally wrong to do that too people who try too be honest with them, i didn't even open the other 2 bottles i sent back, they was still sealed ...but i got s*#@t out of the whole scenerio !

I turned them into the Kansas Attorney General for consumer fraud and am sending samples of the pills to see what is in them. I was able to get in touch with all of them and cancel but today I received another bottle of vitamins that I didn't order. I had my credit card company cancel my old card and issue me a new one so they shouldn't be able to charge me and I just got off the phone with my credit card company to warn them that there may be a fraudulent charge coming on the destroyed card. I have also sent this additional information to The Kansas Attorney General.

What good is all of this? I have submitted complaints to the Florida BBB and to you, I am still being charged for items I have not ordered and nothing is being done. My next step is to contact the FBI regarding Internet fraud. ACAI Berry has told the BBB that they have refunded $177.00 to my credit card. My credit card company has no record of any such transaction, and I am still being sent the items I do not want and my card is still being charged.

I talked to them on their website, they told me to ship back free trial and I would receive my refund 5 days after they received it. I ordered the trial bottle and was expecting to pay $3.99 and the next day a thirty day supply came in the mail. The trial was suppose to let you try it. Then my HSBC Credit Card was charged for 89.31. Then another bottle arrived and another charge for 89.31 on my charge card. I sent both bottles back in the mail to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I called the number for the acai berry numerous times and they put me on hold for the longest time every time I called. They said I would get a credit on my account which I never got. I also called HSBC and disputed both charges. HSBC told me they could't help me. I have my suspicions that HSBC owns this company because my card should have a $0 balance and it keeps getting higher.

I am having the same trouble as everyone else. I had a $87.13 charge to my bank card on Aug. 19, 2009 from CLEANSEGOLD that was an unauthorized charge. I called the number on the statement, but never talked to anyone...was on hold for so long. So I went to my bank the day of the charge, but all they told me to do was to call the number to cancel. I decided to cancel my bank card to see if that works. But now I see that didn't work. I am glad that I check my bank account online on a regular basis. As of today, I have 3 more charges to my bank account that wasn't through that bank card. One is for $79.95, the others are for $1.95, and $2.00 dated Sept. 2, 2009 and it says pre-authorized to TOPHLTHLINK...whoever that is. I had also just went to that www.myordersupport.com. I clicked on the live chat, and tried to send a message. But I received a message in my email that it was undeliverable. I am also finding that all the phone numbers to call go to the same recording.
I also just went to the Better Business Bureau website. I typed Cleanse Gold in the business section, but I get no results. I also tried all the phone numbers that I had, but still no luck. Ordered free trial of Acai Berry Detox after seeing advert on internet claiming rapid weight loss from stomach area. Sent away for free trail and paid £3.95
Once item received I read the label and noted that the product is not suitable for Diabetics - and as I am a diabetic this product was useless - however the website does not state this.
I find that they have now taken payment for a further supply for $74.91 and when I eventually managed to contact them they say that this fee is for subscription and not a product - What a total rip off

This company takes your money without letting you know. I was suppose to just get charged 3.95$ for shipping. Not only did they charge me 90$ straight out of my bank account but now because of them I am in debt with my bank 600$$ because of their unauthorized charges. To anyone reading this I really recommend buying your products at your local GNC because trust me when I tell you that you will regret ordering the acai berry or any of their products from this company.
These people will not stop just to let you know right now. I really suggest you to report your mom's credit card stolen so you can cancel that card and get a new credit card with a new credit card number. this is the only solution there is that I found.
It's all a scam and they can't even speak fluently which only intensifies my anger. These creeps took me for $86.42 x 2. They say I can get a refund when I return the shipment. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A SHIPMENT. It's a freaking circus dealing with these people. I'm all for shutting these jerks down. The people I've spoken with are out of Hollywood Florida, but the bank says the charges are coming from the country Cyprus.

I just went thru H*** with these people charging my credit card $200.00 for a sample product that was .99cents. They basically told me not only did I have to ship the product back to them, and they only wanted to credit my account for $79.95. It's a load o crap just like this company. I was suppose to have 15 days to try their product. (Acai berry detox and their colon clense) People this is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I have learned a vauable lesson here. Don't trust these people. And those of you who want to take a legal stand, can let me know. I even told the woman I was recording her telling me How I had to send everything back and still have to pay $120.00 for something I did not get until today, and that I would have nothing and that I still had to pay them for this and she said yes! I had posted another comment last night. And since then I had finally figured out how to cancel my account with that company. I went to their website...www.myordersupport.com. I didn't know my member log-on info, so I clicked on Lookup my account at the bottom of the member log-in box in the upper right of the page. That took me to another page to enter the last four digits of the credit card number, email address, order number, and zip code. I didn't know my order number, but I entered the rest of the info and clicked "Lookup". The website then emailed my log-on info to me...check your spam box...mine went to the spam box. I then used the log-on info and was able to get to my account and check it out. I then clicked on the cancel your account button on the left side of the page to cancel it. Then I went back to the main support page, and chatted with the person online...(CA-003) Raffa. They confirmed that my account had been cancelled right away, and that there should be no more charges to that account. But I did find out that I had cancelled a day too late. Another shipment was sent out today, and my account was charged just yesterday for that shipment. She did give me the info to send that shipment back to get my refund. Even though I was pissed off at the whole situation, she was very patient and courteous with me. I am hoping that this is done! I also hope that I have helped others having this very same problem. i aslo ordered the one time free shipping bottle and i receieved my credit card statement and noticed the 83.13 was taken out, i called the number that was on my statement and it took me an hout to get a hold of someone and when i finally did, they said i authorized another bottle. I told them i never called to place another order and that i wanted my money back. in order for me to get my money back, i have to send the bottle back, it was issued 8-25-09 and i still have not recieved the bottle to return it. stay away from these people!
They keep telling me the refund hasn't been processed, because it is up to the Warehouse to process refunds. I asked them to contact the Warehouse. They said they cannot, as they do not have a phone number for them. They said I can contact the Corporate Office to see if they will process the refund, I said fine, give me their phone number. They said they can't because they do not have a phone number for them either. Their customer service phone number has changed since I returned my product, now it's 866... However, that is the number I called and they will not give me any answers. I am going to see what needs to be done to file a class action law suit! This is illegal!
On May 20, 2009, I ordered Acaix3, Natro Pure, and a facial cleansing product Define. The ad said they were endorsed by Dr.Oz of the Oprah show. I thought they must be legit. One product, the facial product, did not clear my debit card so I called my bank and asked why. They told me they had been having problems with companies who offered free trials for s&H ONLY AND IF I ORDERED TO MAKE SURE I canceled the day I received my product or the company might continue billing my debit card. I immediately called the company and cancelled the orders. Several weeks later, I received the ACAI and they had already billed me for shipping and handling plus the full amount. I called the company again and got the runaround. One day they billed me twice for the full amount. I went to the bank and cancelled that card. The bank says they don't know if it's fraud, "you gave them your number." The full amount they have scammed me for is $339.00.

I was charged without my authority for AcaiBerry and Colon cleanse to my credit card. It thru my acct off by about $400.00 or more dollars. I called the 1866 they had on the bottle and told them I would return the rest of only one week of having them in my possession. The man clearly xplained to me that he would credit my acct back the full amount of both bottles. This was Tuesday when I spoke him. He left the customer ID of Ben IDHA-147. Nothing was done! I am so upset...how do hire crooks to work for a company which rips people off. I hate this company and what it represents! Im Just Furious...

I get the address then they give me a conformation # and said wrtite this on the package mail it back and we will refund you with in 7 business days. 3 weeks go by after cancling this product and hoping I'll my money ended up a transaction again for 39.95! My husband ordered the free trials back in July. He said there was no fine print specifying future charges or shipments. Our credit card company alerted us when charges started arising from a foreign country. We've been charged $79.95, $87.13, the original free trial fees, and now we have foreign transaction fees as well. I really thought our card number had been stolen by someone working at the company since we have not received any other shipments, nor did we authorize these charges. I just happened to notice that the charges were all from various supplement companies and decided to look into. That's when I found all these complaints. I'm shocked! We are extremely careful and frugal people that are careful not to fall for scams. This makes us all look like idiots! I'm furious. I found the company on the BBB website, but it looks like there are no complaints filed. Everyone go file complaints!

I ordered on line for 99 cents a trial offer of Acai Berry for weight loss. Once the order was placed I received a phone call that issued a number to call if I should decide to cancel "any future orders." I never agreed to Future Orders. Of course within two weeks of receiving my 99 cent order I received another bottle of Acai Berry. With repeated calls to the provided number the order has never been canceled. I also tried to cancel on line with the password & account information but to no avail. I need help to cancel this $86.42 charge each month.

The amount has already debited from my A/C. Neither I have received the products nor any information regarding this.

Hi all, i was also scammed by this company, they get you details by asking for it to pay for postage and packaging. In the small print of the terms and conditions they say if you do not cancel the order, they will send you a monthly supply. So i now have 4 charges against my card at £82.95.
There is no one to speak to, their call centre staff handle all calls and then they forward them to "someone".
They don't know who the owner of the business is, there are no numbers to call anyone, it is a scam. Unless of course you are happy to pay £80 per month for these products. They say you can be refunded but it fact you can't.
Anyone know anything about these people!
You need to contact your congressman. They will check on it for you.
Another option is to contact your tv station, my area wrtv 6 has a consumers' rights segment and they will get these people on live tv and help you get your money back.
I too got tricked by this creepy company...but I was lucky enough to get my credit card cancelled before they charged it.. I feel very fortunate to have gotten one on them before they did it to me..

Today I have discovered how to cancel all 3 memberships associated to the Acai Berry Scams...I originally cancelled my membership some 6 months ago but have discovered that new fees have been coming out of my account for the last 2 months. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO...Go to www.acaiberryscamsreport.com/acai-burn-scam-review/ you need to then click on Order Free Trial and then on that page click onto live chat. You then give them your membership numbers...I told them that the phone numbers for insider secrets and Comprehensive Weight Loss Ebook Package were disconnected and they cancelled it for me. I have been trying for months to find a way to cancel all these memberships and this seems to be the only way...for now at least. Good Luck.
I tested out the Acai Pills, let them bill me monthly, later i couldn't afford it and i had sent back 2 bottles in the same package they sent it too me in in hopes that they would refund my account what they took out for the 2 bottles i returned back ! they wouldn't ! Also told them too then send me back the 2 bottles that i sent back too them and they refused that as well ...basically throwing away 200.00 that i needed at that time which is why i stopped my order to began with ..with rude customer service operator agent on top of it all !
I stayed on the phone with them for over an hour arguing the situation, and they ended up hanging up on me .

I turned them into the Kansas Attorney General for consumer fraud and am sending samples of the pills to see what is in them. I was able to get in touch with all of them and cancel but today I received another bottle of vitamins that I didn't order. I had my credit card company cancel my old card and issue me a new one so they shouldn't be able to charge me and I just got off the phone with my credit card company to warn them that there may be a fraudulent charge coming on the destroyed card. I have also sent this additional information to The Kansas Attorney General.

What good is all of this? I have submitted complaints to the Florida BBB and to you, I am still being charged for items I have not ordered and nothing is being done. My next step is to contact the FBI regarding Internet fraud. ACAI Berry has told the BBB that they have refunded $177.00 to my credit card. My credit card company has no record of any such transaction, and I am still being sent the items I do not want and my card is still being charged.

I ordered the trial bottle and was expecting to pay $3.99 and the next day a thirty day supply came in the mail. The trial was suppose to let you try it. Then my HSBC Credit Card was charged for 89.31. Then another bottle arrived and another charge for 89.31 on my charge card. I sent both bottles back in the mail to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I called the number for the acai berry numerous times and they put me on hold for the longest time every time I called. They said I would get a credit on my account which I never got.
