Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

I was called to try the 30-day $4.95. I had 30 days to cancel the subscription. I was provided the following cancellation number: [protected]. After two weeks I called the number and it was disconnected. In less time the subject company charged my bank account and credit card for about $90. Unfortunately I did not check my credit card for about 30 days and they hit me again with another $60. In all I am out $150 plus the $4.95. Let's joing together and file a class-action law suit against this company.
I want all my money refunded.

I ORDER THIS PRODUCT AND CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD WAS OVER, I WAS STILL RECEIVING THIS PRODUCT, CALLED ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND CANCEL AGAIN. I EVEN SENT ALL THE BOTTLES ALONG WITH THE PACKAGE UNOPEN, IT WAS RETURN TO ME THAT IT WAS A TRIAL PROMO STATING I DID NOT NEED TO PAY. THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WITH DRAWING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM. THEY HAVE CAUSE MY ACCOUNT TO GO INTO RED. THIS IS A SCAM AND PEOPLE LIKE THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE DEALT WITH ACCORDING TO THE LAW

This company claims you can sign up to a 'free' trial of the product and pay only for post and package costs. The small print states that you have to cancel after 14 days or they will charge you £55 for the next supply. However, what they have is a debit/credit card number not permission for a direct debit. When the goods come there is no invoice and the only way of tracking them down is by the name lagondissolutions on your statement. My bank (go Halifax!) kindly cancelled my card and issued an new one putting a note for their fraud dept on my file. When you find the website the email address supplied sales@LagondisSolutions.co.uk bounces back. I called [protected] and cancelled on the phone and explained about the email address. They said I should contact acaiberry.com even though it is Ladissolutions who take the money -Very Very fishy. Hope this is the end of it, and if your're tempted, don't be. Made me ill anyway !

My husband got scammed! He placed an order for the Acuriburn for a $1.95 trial basis. They sent him a message via his phone to verify his phone number & I think thats what they thought was permission to send us all this crap. We have gotten three additional charges of $42.95 for some colon cleanser, Dazzle white-teeth whitening product that looks like it cost $5.00 and charge us $42.95. One other item that I have yet to received but have already gotten charge on my credit card.
I am so sorry to hear that you got scammed as well, but a helpful tip is to immediately cancel the card that you have now, and request that your card provider send you a new number or in cases where it was a debit charge you may have to set up a new account. I hope this information was helpful and good luck getting the charges reversed.

I had ordered this and was rudely spoken to on the phone when they were calling back for confirmation. I asked that I would like to cancel this order and was told that they were only the line for confirmation. I asked could I have your name please the confirmation person hung up on me. I have also heard that this is a scam and that is why I was trying to cancel the order.

THanks for your assistance.

I am another ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe.
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills, which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, he is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878) and their plan is to scam as much possible and, then, go for another product and do the same (SCAM).
It is easy to contact them through the information who appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com. Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US:

Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:

LB states for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:

Hosting for Local Billing and for the pills sites is held in the Netherlands, in a company called RedBee.
Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.

Has anybody found a contact number or email? I was scammed. I was getting the 15 day tria, but apparently somewhere in the fine print it says you're accepting responsibility for a membership. I paid $3.97 for shipping. Two weeks later, I was charged $89.95. And now another month has past, and I have 2 charges for $133.67 and $133.79. The bank cant help me. Says I need to put in a cancelation. Please!? If someone has a contact number or email or fax number.. I really need it.

I too was dumb in ordering this product via the internet which was highly suggested by Britney Spears, Dr. Oz, OPRAH! Now I am being charged by a different company and different phone number every month. My question is HOW DO WE STOP THESE CHARGES?! I have "supposedly" cancelled with the company via email and phone calls to no avail. Now what do I do? I have cancelled every month to be charged the next month.

The charges I received are as follows:
7/27/09 Detoxcleanse [protected] - $1.98
7/27/09 Detoxcleanse [protected] - $2.04
8/11/09 Oxiberry [protected] - $88.87
8/26/09 Ultihealth Prod [protected] - $84.84
8/26/09 Ultihealth Prod [protected] - $2.04
8/26/09 Ultihealth Prod [protected] - 1.98
9/24/09 Oberry [protected] - $81.54
9/25/09 Oberry [protected] - $4.02

Every month they change the name of the company and the amount they are charging so it makes it impossible to dispute with your bank.

IF ANYONE HAS AN ANSWER ON HOW TO STOP THIS, PLEASE ADVISE!

Hello Laique,

Thanks for your question concerning the lawsuit against Acai. Here is Dr. Oz’s statement:

"The companies that are using my name to hawk these products are duping the public. I do not endorse any of these products. By falsely presenting products as ‘scientifically proven’ and endorsed by well-known figures, these companies do a gross disservice to the public health and could even pose a danger to those who believe their false and unproven claims. I am taking this step in the interest of public safety. I feel compelled to stand up against these companies and their deceitful practices."

I ordered a free trial of Acai berry and colon clense. I received 2 detox and 1 colon cleanse. The person I spoke to didn't speak English very well and said that the Acai berry and detox were the same thing.

I was charged $150 for my free trial. I canceeled within the 14 days and received confirmation numbers and was told I would get an e-mail with confirmation numbers and my account would be creditied. So far I have received nothing.

How do I get my money back? I will not recommend this site to anyone. What is even worse, the person who had the ad online is from my hometown, so that's why I wanted to try it.

I have learned that nothing is free, but I want my money back.

Good day,

i'm very surprised and upset about what happened but reading on yr
web site I found many claims so i m not feel alone...

On 25th sept 09 I received 2 sms fm bank which advised that 2
payments of usd 119, 02 each have been made with my credit card, so
on
saturday morning I called

customer credit card assistance explained them that i had not
authorized them .They understood immy the situation and
stopped/closed/locked my credit card .

It was in relation to a purchase i made for Acai Berry tablets and
was getting this as a free trial so have no idea that after i
should
have bought the pills obligatory.

this manner is not acceptable, because in this way you have
shown
little professionalism' and respect for the client but you have
thought it about your profit.

I supposed that as per yr firm policybefore to proceed with another
purchase "minimum" you have to ask how we felt,

which kind of results we found and FOR LAST if we want to buy.

considering that you used my credit card last friday, and i
closed
it on saturday morning, pls check with yr account department

if operations have been input or if we are still on time to stop
everythings FOREVER!.

pls also advise in case operations have been already registered,
how/what I have to do in order to refund my money .

WAITING FOR YR PROMPT REPLY .

This is a FRAUDULENT Company. I ordered the ACAI BERRY & COLON CLEANSE. I read all the fine print and I knew that my 14 day free trial began the day they actually shipped not from the day I received the product. I used the tracking number to check when it actually shipped and was in my city Post office to call them. I called on Oct. 14th to cancel and was told it needed to be return postmarked in 6 more days. With the RMA# which was the same as the order #. I was told it was canceled and would not be charged if I returned it postmarked before the 20th. They had not even shipped the Acai berry yet but was told it was shipping out that day and needed to be postmarked by the 26th. I received the colon cleanse on the 15th and I took out my 14 days worth for my free trial and went directly to the post office. I paid $1.80 to return it with delivery confirmation. I checked it made it back to them on the 20th which it only needed to be postmarked by. I did the same thing with the Acai berry, I received it the 21st, I took out my 14 day trial and went directly to the post office, they also received it the day it was supposed to be postmarked on the 26th of October. GUESS WHAT? MY VISA COMPANY called this morning to say that a known fraudulent company had placed two charges on my account. One was charged on the 20th, and the other on the 26th. those were supposed to be postmarked dates not actual received dates. Anyway my charge company said they were an overseas international company and are running a SCAM! When they saw the second charge a red flag went up and they called me to verify the charges. I told them the story and they are denying the charges, and any future charges by this company. So I suggest anyone who has ordered from this company to call their charge card company immediately and let them know when you have canceled the product, and to deny any further charges from the company. To be honest I haven't even tried the product I am too afraid too! If they are a fraudulent company, how do I know the product isn't fraudulent also?

Ordered Acai Berry Detox on a free trial - only had to pay delivery. Cancelled the order. Have now received 3 bottles of the product, all have been sent back unopened with a letter asking them to stop sending the product and re-imburse me.

Today I received another bottle. Will be going to my bank tomorrow to put a stop on my account. I have had money deducted from my account on 6th August - $146.12, 24th August - $147.16, 29th September - $142.01 and 20th October 133.37.

I wish to be re-imbursed for $568.76 US as soon as possible. Where do these people get off sending you things you didn't ask for. I am extremely upset not to mention finacially devistated.

This company entices consumers with a free trial. I placed my order for a free trial online to make sure i was speaking with a real person.

I did not re-order the product becuase it made me jittery. However the company had already created an "active" account and I received a bottle of the product, charged to my credit card. When I called, they maintained that I had placed my order online and that i agreed to the terms and conditions. which isn't true.

Please, tell your credit card companies what is going on so that these folks merchant accounts is revoked.

I (along with many others i have seen), signed up for a 'free' trial of acaiburn and only had to pay the postage. A fortnight later i recieved the trail sample as well as a charge of $98 AUD on my bank statement. I called my bank and they explained that this was from a company that i had signed up to and they had signed me up for monthly payments, not just the postage of the 'free' sample. There are no details on their advertisement they sent me and on any website with their products. It is impossible to cancel this so called subscription they have signed me up for. Today i have just received another payment of the same amount has come out of my account. The bank can not stop these payments as technically i have signed up for this. This is wrong! I can not afford to throw away $100 a week.

I ordered acai slim from a web site called wellbhealth, it stated a free trial and I would only pay the shipping. It further stated that If I was unsatisfied with the product for any reason, I could return the unused portion and my credit card would not be charged. After taking the product for a week I realized it was not really helping. I then returned the unused portion insured to the company on . However I notice that they had charged my credit card was charged two days before the 14 days trial ended. I call the 800 number they told me that the money would be refuned to my credit card of the 9/20/09. I still have not received it. I went on the site and had a live chat they told me that it was credited back .I called my card company it was not credited back. Today 10/23/09 I called again and was told that it was credited back today. I call my cc company and once again it was not there.

It is so unfair I paid to insured and send back the passage, and every time the money is not credited back the cc company charge me $39 on the 15 of the every month. To date there is two months charges of $39 for over the limit fee. Because this was not suppose to take this long . I desperately need help in getting back my money.

In early September, I signed up for a FREE sample of the acai berry and life cleasne tablets. The website said I would only pay the shipping (about $7.00 CND) The free sample arrived very quickly. About three weeks later another package arrived from Health Science? with a customs declaration value of $130.00 CND. I was shocked and tried to track the company down to contact them about this order that I had NOT put in with them. Today two customs packages arrived - I had to pay $12.00 on each one! I have not ordered these - only the FREE sample. Now I will have $390.00 charged on my credit card and I am out $24.00 for the customs payment on a product that I did not order. This is a rib off! This company should be put out of business. I will be contacting the authorities here in Canada to see how I can be reimbursed for these expenses.

Like any other product I wanted to see what the fuss was all about so ordered for this free sample wher I only had to pay for the postage worth 4.29 for postage. The product was shipped to me in 15 days. The bank called up and explained the situation and said to me that the company called Global Wellbeing is trying to debit your account 3 times in 2 weeks and now they have finally succeeded and taken 31.29 from my account. This is bloody unacceptable that anyone can just take money of your account without your concern. Can't trust internet shopping anymore..

Need a good explaination from this company and they should be out of business.

I received a partial confirmation number but I have a feeling that he did not cancel my order. I kept asking for him to repeat it, being that when he spoke it cut out. I will never order from this company again.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR "FREE TRIAL" TRAP, IT IS NOTHING BUT A HUGE SCAN AND THINGS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I SAW THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY FOR 4.95 AND I SIGNED UP FOR IT; HOWEVER, WHENEVER I CALLED TO TRY AND CANCEL I WOULD KEEP GETTING HUNG UP ON BY A VOICE ACTIVATED OPERATOR. SO.. I SEARCHED AROUND FOR MORE NUMBERS AND FOUND SEVERAL OTHER NUMBERS ONE IN PARTICULAR SAYING "WE ARE NOT OPEN AT THIS TIME PLEASE CALL BACK MON-FRI BETWEEN 9-5 WHICH IT WAS WITHIN THEIR SUPPOSED OPERATING HOURS. WELL, I LET IT GO SINCE I HADN'T BEEN CHARGED ANYTHING UNTIL I LOOK ON MY BACK ACCOUNT THIS MORNING AND THERE IS A CHARGE FOR 79.95 I WAS SOOOO PISSED OFF, I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND WORK FULL TIME AND WORK VERY HARD FOR THE LITTLE MONEY I DO RECEIVE. I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID SINCE THE CHARGE WAS PENDING THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL IT WENT THROUGH AND THEN THEY WOULD FIX IT. WELL I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THAT, I HAVE A TRIP TO DENVER COMING UP THIS WEEKEND AND THAT EXTRA 80.00 WOULD HAVE REALLY HELPED ME OUT, SO I CALL THE NUMBER ON MY BANK STATEMENT FOR THE FIRST CHARGE OF 4.95 (YOU KNOW THE NUMBER THAT YOU CALL TO ACTUALLY ORDER THE PRODUCT SO OF COURSE ITS GOING TO HAVE LIVE PEOPLE TO TALK TO) SO I SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE NAMED ANDY AND I TELL HIM I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW AND IF THEY HAVE BE SCHEDULED TO "STEAL" ANYMORE OF MY MONEY THEY NEED TO CANCEL IT RIGHT AWAY. SO, HE TELLS ME THAT THE CHARGE IS PENDING AND IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH HE WILL GO AHEAD AND CANCEL THE CHARGE. I AM WAITING TO SEE IF THAT HAPPENS OR NOT, BUT LET ME PLEASE TELL YOU ALL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THIS HUGE SCAM THAT IS ALL IT IS, A RIP-OFF. DO NOT ORDER THE SUPPOSED "FREE TRIAL" UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CHARGED A UNGODLY AMOUNT EVERY MONTH. I DO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT SOMEONE WILL ANSWER FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT OR WHO HAS HAD PROBLEMS SPEAKING TO A LIVE REP. THE NUMBER IS [protected]. HOPE THIS HELPS!

I have had about $300+ dollars taken from my account.. I've called numerous times to try and cancel and get refunded but the amounts that i've mentioned they "don't have any products for that amount." I am now, out a lot of money and nothing has been done about it. I'm infuriated. I canceled the " automatic shipping" so i don't get charged anymore but am still left without the reimbursement of the money i'm owed. The number to call and cancel is [protected].
They had said to me on the phone that for the first month i paid for one bottle. The second month 2 bottles, the third month i paid for all 3 which is why the price is escalating. They won't give you back any money that was taken from you because if you had read the terms and conditions it says it in there that this is how it works. I read it, and that is not the answer i got from that..
I'm pissed and broke.

I purchased two sample products online. The bottles came with no invoice, no return address and no instructions other than what was on the bottle. The products made me ill so I discontinued taking them. I called to cancel after I discovered they had taken $86.42 and $79.95 from my checking account. I was assured that if I returned the remaining product with the RMA numbers to the shippng manager in Hollywood FL that I would be refunded the money. I was also assured that my account was closed after several "let's discuss the issue at hand". I returned the product via certified mail, got the green card back and tried calling the [protected] number which is always busy. I have been able to get the direct line for FWM Labs and have been calling them. I will continue to call them (I'm sure I havn't gotten through due to the time differences but I will do so again tomorrow. I'm also planning to add my name to the list at the BBB in Fl. I'm sure if I was to ask where their sales associates were that the reply would be India or some other foreign country!

Total Scam and it's here in NZ now..becareful what you read in the term and condition too as other parties can also charge to your c/c aswell..it happen to me. I

It look really tempting with the free trial but you still have to pay for postage and the supplement come with no address for you to return, then you will get full charge on your c/c. Couple of week later you get another couple of chargers on your c/c from different company.

My advice if you have purchase it, only way out is to cancel your c/c.

I ordered the Acai Burn from AcaiBurn.com and it said free one month trial at only $4.95, so naturally I did it. Well when I got to submit my order it said my card was declined and to run it again, so I did, and the same thing happend. Now today I looked on my bank statement and it was debited twice! I talked to a rep and they say they have no history for my account and basically there is nothing they can do. i dont want to be charged the monthly fee as well as the FREE TRIAL. I would like my money back!

i unfortunately ordered a "free trial" of absolute acai berry so i only paid for shipping. i did this a few days ago. since then i have searched the internet and found hundreds, if not thousands of people have ordered the same and every month are charged upto £100 in "monthly membership" i have not yet been charged but it is proving near impossible to find contact info to cancel my order/membership. it makes me sick that i was stupid enough to put my details in but now it is too late i dont know what to do to try and stop these disgraceful people. how can i go about invloving the relevent law forces/ legal action etc?

Website [www.acai-advance.com] (link: http://www.acai-advance.com) stated that yo pay S&H of $5.95 and receive 30-day supply...return within 15 days if needed...but when you cal for a RMA# you continously get bsy signal or someone say they can't hear yo or just hung up on...try these numbers [protected]...This order is also linked to another company called Lean for Life and your credit card information is linked and they charge a fee of $24.95 a month for 3months, plus a charge of $9.95 s&h...you don't know this until you see the charge on your bank statement...Their phone line is constantly busy, as well...try their number [protected] or [protected]...They refer you to their web address, but you never get to any viable information...www.myordersupport.com ...the entire experienced has been AWFUL!
