Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

Got scammed. Ordered two 'free' supplements, Acai Berry and Life Cleanse, just paid shipping. One month later, my MasterCard was charged $133.62 for each. When I called MasterCard, they gave me the company's toll free number (in England). I called to complain, and they said the samples were free for 14 days only, but if I didn't phone and cancel, I would be charged for them. They continue to hang up on me with every call I make. Oh yeah, they didn't work or do anything, either!

On September 29, 2009, I received an email from Acai Berry to try their product for .99 cents. They advertised it as a NO RISK SAMPLE. When I checked my Credit Card charges, as I do periodically, I noted a charge of $86.42 for "oberry-[protected]" posted on October 17, 2009 in addition to the .99 cents which was the original charge for the "no risk" sample. I immediately called and told the company I did not want their product; was told I had an account and was read their policy about three times. I was advised that because I had not called them within "their" allotted time period, the additional charge was for the .99 cent NO RISK SAMPLE...I requested that my account be canceled, which they did on Nov. 2, 2009 and that they credit my account, which, to date, they have not done.

The next day, I received another bottle in the mail and noted an additional charge to my account from "tophlthink [protected]" for $86.42 posted October 29, 2009. I called again and complained with no immediate satisfaction. I then told them this was a scam and fraudulent activity and that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau if they would not refund my mony. After a very long conversation, I was given a RMA number and address: Shipping Manager, RMA 2290214-[protected] and told to ship the unopened package to that address, but that they would still not credit my account. I sent the product back with a "delivery confirmation" receipt from the post office. Sometime later, I did however receive one credit for $86.42 on my CC in November.

I am still working with them and my Credit Card company to get my money back on the first "additional" charge for the sample.

I also was scammed and charged for a product that I never received a trial for. I guess I'm a bit luckier because I was only charged $79.95 but it was taken out of an account I rarely use or look at, and I was charged $105 in overdraft fees from my bank. This company should be put out of business and if there is ever a law suit filled against them I'd sure like to jump on board!

I ordered the free trail online and agreed to pay S&H charge of $3.95, I recieved a call from a represenitive and agreed to pay $29.95 after my free trail if i did'nt cancel. I received Aci Berry on Oct.17 2009 and I cancelled on Nov. 27 2009 due to my dr. advise. At this time I spoke to Casandra and she canceled my order and promised me no other charges would be charged, on Dec. 2 2009 I was charged $29.95. I called to complain and was told by Osha thatthe charge was from the order in Oct. and that the free trail was not listed on my account, and that it never showed up that I had registered online for the free trail offer-I ask her if it never showed up then where did the representive that called get my telephone number then she said offline!, but she just said that there was nothing online showing that i had registered----this is a big rep-off, and I exspect to take this is far as i can...

I am really confused, i ordered the Free trial of acai berry detox and colon clense, when i got them after 4 days i quickly cancelled them (From reading term and conditions i thought it was best) when i phoned their customer support line it didnt work, typed it on google. This is where i found out it was a scam, i got the real number from poland and quickly cancelled it. I got the cancelling information from the woman and apparently its all cancelled.
The bill was £5 on my mobile, but i hope it has worked.

I have heard people saying they still get billed, but i havent seen my bill yet so i dont know what has happened.
My bill was still £5 each for shipping even though i put in the discount shipping which should of been £1 each. I just hope they have actually cancelled it and i am free to go, do not want to cancel my card or bank.

Any help/ideas? Thanks - Rory

OMG, I wish I would have checked out Acaiberry complaints prior to ordering. My account was just hit today for an unauthorized $87. It is 3 days before Christmas and I am the mother of 4 children. I really could have done without the scam on my account right now. I ordered a "$1.99" bottle of the product a couple of weeks ago and now I am paying the price.

I was offered a free sample of ACAI BERRY detox, agreeing to pay only postal charges. I have not received any thing yet, 26 Dec 2009, I was charged couple of time £4.oo pound and £76.65 UK pound under the name of SUP*Exclusive-Berry. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.
BEWARE OF ANY FREE TRIALS OFFERED AND READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE AGREEING TO ANY FREE TRIAL
I have also had to cancel my credit card and the company is investigating it. But please can you do something to stop this kind of fraud. I, will never buy anything again over the internet, and allowing this kind of activity will certainly not be good for bona fide businesses. Ali Akber, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK

I too had cancelled my account with acai berry after receiving the trial offer yet there was the $89 deduction taken out of my account. After ordering the trial order, I did look up the reviews to see how many other people were fraudulently charged and immediately got concerned so I cancelled my account. I now know that these peoples complaints were legitament and this company actually make duductions even though the business relationship between the client and business was resolved. I too, like many others are not in a financial situation to where I can afford unauthorized charges to be deducted... It was my daughters 16th birthday party and I went to take money out to pay for dinner and found the money that was suppose to be there... wasn't. I know some people make invalid complaints because they don't read small print or follow thru the cancellation process and want to complain later, but this is not the situation with me and now I know this business is unethical... do not trust them... and don't give them your hard eared money. I am waiting now to see if they are willing to refund the money... We will see...

TO ALL OTHER FOLKS WHO HAVE BEEN DUPED INTO BUYING THIS PRODUCT...CALL THE FOLLOWING NUMBER [protected]). i TOO CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE ORIGIAL WEBSITE AND GOT NOTHING. SOMEHOW I FOUND THIS NUMBER, AND THE WOMAN WAS WONDERFULLY HELPFUL IN TAKING THE CHARGES OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND STOPPING FURTHER SHIPMENTS.

ALL THAT SAID, AS THEY SAY, "CAVEAT EMPTOR"...OR 'BUYER BEWARE'...IF ANY OF US HAD READ TEH FINE PRINT (MOST PEOPLE DO NOT), WE WOULD HAVE SEEN WHAT WE WERE AGREEING TO. ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE LEGALITY OF WHAT THIS OMPANY IS DOING, THEY DID TELL US AHEAD OF TIME HOW THINGS WOULD PROCEED. THE ONLY EXCEWPTION IS THE 12-DAY TRIAL BEFORE CHARGINGG YOUR CREDIT CARD...I TOO DID NOT GET THE PRODUCT UNTIL AFTER THIS TIME HAD EXPIRED...AND THAT WAS NOT ETHICAL IN ANY WAY.

WATCH OUT FOLKS...NICK

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites like www. Vitality-clean.com with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol), and fake cosmetics products (dazzle white, face factor, etc.) . They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

I agreed to the a trial bottle which i knew the condition of it. But when i recieved my first bottle only 4 days later a charge for another bottle went on my account. May i saywhich i didn't ever receive! I had many phone calls that ended with no help stupid ppl who gave me the round about. I thin get someone in December that tells me to send back the bottle to the company well i paid the postage to do so along with insurance. I just made a call last night(1/5/2010) regarding the bottle i had sent to them. They told me that they had not receive a bottle i had sent and that the 15days were up in august. Well the person that i talked to in dec told me to send it back! They also told me that i had to take up the postage loss with my postal company! I did call and they said that is was acai berry tropics responability to do that! But i did, and found that the package made it to delaware and that a person from the company had signed for it! So they straight out lied to me! Companies can't be run like this! People don't have the means to be screwed over like this! This pill didn't even work, they didn't even give me time to open the bottle before they charged me for another, which i didn't get ( nor do i want) . If the company doesn't want to deal with me i will go to ever consumer report place, and report what they have done! I want My Money Back they took out of my account!

I had been on the ITV web-site and noted the advertisement for acai-berry detox 30 day free trial. I was linked to feedback from an American newsreader who had used this product saying how wonderful it was and then on to payment options. To be honest I am usually a bit suspicious of anything for "free" and athough now I feel I have been "stung", at no point did the advertisment lead me to even consider looking for the terms and conditions. When I realised that the money (£152) was taken from my credit account, I telephoned the UK number on my invoice. The voice mail was in English that evening and adviced to contact them between the hours of 8am - 5pm. On phoning the following morning at 8am, the voice mail was in Spanish although still a UK number, and I was kept on hold for quite soom time. I wonder is this also part of the scam, in that this will be a deterent for customers to cancel their orders as they may not understand what is being said.

I originally agreed to take a jar of Acai Berry and a jar of Life Cleanse and only pay £3.95 postage, I then realised that I had to cancel and tried several times on various phone numbers listed to cancel but the connection was either broken or the person asked me to hold on and never came back. Eventually having paid £484.31, , . I managed to get an answer from "Health Science, Ordman House, 31 Arden Close, Bradley Stoke, Bristol. BS32 8AX. The cancellation number that I was given was my original customer number. I have tried to get some compensation through the Bank but so far nothing has been forthcoming. The shipping dates were 28/9, 28/9, 14/10, 15/10, and 16/10, . On each of these dates there was a jar of AcaiBerry and a jar of Life cleanse shipped.

For future reference...You need to send it back via registered mail and require a signature so that you have proof that it was returned. You also need to call their 1-800 number and cancel any future orders and get it in writing or an email. Last ditch effort to stop any future charges is to file a complaint with your credit card company or bank and put a stop payment on any transactions coming from that company.

Guess I am one of many who ordered Acai Berry Tropic. Not only did they send me a substitute product of Natura Cleanse and charged me for the Acai Berry free trial they would not give me my money back for the Acai Berry Tropic I did order when I returned the substitute product unopened with the RMA # on it. I have tracking confirmation and dates from the usps and they would not pick up returned package. I don't believe I should be charged for a product I did not order! My wife received several orders and after a few months decided the product was not as advertised. She tried e-mailing and calling the company and never had any luck in contacting them. She finally went to our bank today (2/18/10) to cancel our account so as to terminate any further charges. Our bank started making some calls and miraculously finally track these guys down. Here is Acai Products' most recent contact information: The person taking the call was Larry Roberts and the phone number was [protected]. Once my wife finally made contact with these guys they did cancel her order and gave her a cancellation number.

I have been absolutely scammed by this company.www.stevegetsripped.com. This Scam targets just about everyone who uses the internet and has given their personal details on web sites like Hotmail. MSN, Facebook, etc... The Advertisements that are on the right hand page of all most all these sites, there will be one there FOR YOU ! Weight loss, Muscle Building, Wrinkle cream, ALL ACAI BERRY. ALL the SAME company. They Offer 15 day FREE trial, BUT read the small print (by the way the terms and conditions box is already ticket for you, HOW CONVIENIENT) you don't have to read it. haha. You send for a free Trial and give your card details for postage and packaging £3.95. 16 days later if you havn't cancelled by then they take £69.00 plus £3.95 out of your bank through your details you gave them. Depending on what you ordered, it could be as much as 3 payments of £72.95, your bank are POWERLESS because it is a debit card payment and not a direct debit. Persist and persist to get your money back, these companies should be stopped!

I signed up for the acai berry supplement free trial online. The only thing I had to pay was shipping and handling. I did read the fine print that said I was to cancel my order within 14 days if I didn't want to be charged a one time membership. I placed my order on 2/2/10, received my order on 2/11/10 and cancelled my order online (per their company confirmation e-mail that I could do so) on 2/12/10. I was given notice that I had til 2/18/10 to cancel. I even have a confimation #. My credit card was still charged $149.95. I have contacted the company and they informed me that I was to also call a toll free # to cancel that I couldn't do it online. Therefore, my charge is still valid. For a free trail this sure has cost me alot of money.

WHY is no one doing anything about this company? They are a SCAM and even when you can get thru to customer service, IF you can get thru to customer service, they give you a complete run around! I've been hounding them since October of last year about getting a refund for the products that I 1) didn't get within the 15 day 'trial' period and 2) sent BACK unused product for a refund once I realize I had been charged $178 for. Today I finally got thru and they will be processing a $35 refund...because I'm "calling outside of free trial period" - fine, I realize all I'm going to get out of this debacle is the $35. At least it's something.

WOMEN, beware! DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS! If you want to lose weight, do it like I ultimately did - with diet and exercise. That way it will be a lifelong change!

I have a charge pending to come out of my account for 300.00. I called acia berry and they sd I needed to contqact this website for a refund . I signed up for a trial bottle of their product and I am not satisfied and I diod not know they were going to charge my account for three hundred dollars. I feel like I was mislead being that I received a pop up on my computer from them and said all it would cost me to try is 2.24 or something around that for shipping and it turned into a 300.00 charge on my denit card. I am requesting a refund and my financial institution will be filing a dispute on my behgalf as well. I think it was very unfair how I was mislead to ordering this product. I called the customer service number and she cancelled for me the cancellation numb. are826139 and 826328. Besides I didn't use the product because it made me sick. I just would like for my funds to be refunded back to me.
