Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

I received a so called "free sample" of Acai Berry around 1/22/09 and about a week ago $ 79.44 was charged to my Cr. Card. I called the number [protected] and they told me they can do nothing because the sample was only for 14 days. The bottle of pills they sent me was 60 capsules. For 14 days I guess you would only use 28 capsules, using them twice a day per the directions. I also ordered the Total Cleanse and have not opened it. I want to send it back but do not have an address. I'm trying to find it somewhere. What a scam going on. I hope someone can give me an answer of what is going on.
Thank you.

I received this product in the mail I did not order this, After I called my bank I seen I had been charged 3.99 s/h. I called the company. the automated person said it would take normally 3 to 5 minutes to speak to customer service, Well, it took 20 minutes but, i hung in there i wasnt going 2 be charged for something i didnt order. the person told me after asking many questions . that i had ordered it when i know i hadnt becoz the product came 2 an old address i hadnt had in 6 mo. he argued the matter with me an i toldhim cancel me ! just cancel me! i didnt order it i wont pay for it.. an if i find ur company bills my account. i will have my bank get the company for taking money fm my account. it took me almost 45 min talking 2 this person but they finally said my membership has been cancelled an i asked him give me the cancellation number which finally they did! so be ware! they will make u think u just forgot all about ordering fm this company..

It is ashame how a company that is responsible for the Acai Berry Supplement product can advertise through the internet a trial product for $4.99 then charge your account over $79.00 for additional services without your permission. The website that I used to order the product, https://www.trynaturesacaiberry.com/, did not say anything about additional charges, not even in the small print on the bottom of page. The advertisement only stated to pay the shipping and handling. I am writing to advise people not to waste your time with this product or internet site unless you want to have money stole from you. The celebrities that advertise for this product should pull their name from it immediately. I only wish I had read all the complaints prior to deciding to purchase this product. I do not want to have anything else to do with them. I did receive my confirmation code of my cancellation which I am going to whole on too forever because if I see any additional charges, this company will catch Hell from me.

I am having the same problem. They charged my account $88.62 but I never received anything with my bottle stating that I would be receiving another bottle if I did not cancel. I thought it was odd that there was no paperwork.

Checking my cc statement, I discovered that they had charged my card and when I call they state that this is a 3rd party customer service and they will send my refund request but it will take 5-7 business days. I feel that I will never see my money. I am concerned that they will charge the card again. VERY FRUSTRATED!

Do not fall for the "Try a Free Trial" of any Acai Berry product or colon cleanse product. They get you with the adds that say that "Jenny, " or whoever, lost 50 pounds in 2 months and that you could get the same results by just getting a "free trial" of both the Acai Berry and the colon cleanse. Not only do you not loose any weight...but you get charged the full amount for this so-called "free trial." Then after being charged for the full amount, they charge you various other times for products that you don't even recieve. I was charged 11 times, each being over $80, without my authorization. Then you call to cancel each one (because somehow every single change is from a different account and a different company), and you are put on hold for and hour everytime. They never get cancelled beacuse they still keep charging you afterwards, and the only way for them to stop is to call your bank or credit card company to block them. I asked for a full refund on every single charge, then they said they would, and I haven't recieved anything yet.

Be sure not to block them until they have refunded you though, or your bank or credit card company has disputed the charges...because if they do try to refund you and that bank account or credit card number is cancelled or blocked, they won't be able to refund your money. :)

the exact same thing happened to me with this company, I keep sending it back but I haven't seen any credit to my card. This is such a terrible thing to do to people . They also used Opra's name in thier selling techniques.

I hope this company gets everything they deserve .

I signed up for a free trial of these 2 products and they were mailed on January 29 2009. I did not receive them until Feburary 9 2009 which only gave me 4 days left to try the products. I had to go out of town to work so therefore I didn't even get to try the products, nor did I get to read the fine print that came with them, and when I got home on the 19th of Feburary they had already billed my bank for $79.96 and $78.84. I tried to call the one for the ACAI BERRY and it took forever for anyone to answer and when I finally did get an answer they said that they couldn't cancel my first order and so I have lost all of my money to this scam. However I was able to cancel the rest. I still haven't been able to reach the other company for the Toal Cleanse which they promote together. Here's the kicker, they are not doing anything fraudulent because all of this is in fine print when you agree to their terms when you take the trial product. However they are very DECEPTIVE. You cannot get your money back if they have already hit your account but they do have a return policy that requests you to get an RMA # so you can return it, but you can't get anyone on the phone. Here is the only address for return. P.S. I have closed this account so they can't get anymore of my money.

I also received a bottle with outrageous unauthorized charge of $94.57 after ordering free trial for $5.95 and waiting to receive RMA number that I need for a refund. Not sure whether message went online. I kept seeeing acai berry ads pop up everywhere and bought as it was endorsed by Oprah. I am not happy with the pills, my trial bottle is still half full.

Send it back. You will continue to see unauthorized charges... cut that card up...

I found this on this website and it's just part of it:

Two dietary supplement marketers that lured consumers on the Internet with allegedly deceptive weight-loss claims and bogus "free" sample offers, and then debited their bank accounts or charged their credit cards for continuing shipments without their consent, have agreed to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that they violated federal law. With the increase in Internet marketing, the FTC staff has issued a report providing guidance for marketers to help them avoid deception in making online "negative option" offers. (With negative option marketing, a company takes a consumer's silence or failure to cancel as acceptance of the offer and permission to bill them.)

Like all of us I was a victim too. When I ordered the product it was only suppose to cost me $4.99 for S&H. Since I completed the order online they were suppose to send me an email confirmation. I never received the email confirmation nor was my account charged $4.99. To add to it, I never received my trial. So I thought it was safe to assume that I didn't finish the online order. That was until the other day when I had a charge of $79.96 coming our of my account from acai berry. I called the number and I was very irrate with her and told her should could not charge me the $79.96 because I never received the product. She told me that she apologized that I did not receive the product and she will reship the product that day. I told her NO, I do not want the product now I just want them to refund me my money. She said she could not do that because I did not follow the terms and conditions. My question was to her how can I follow the terms and conditions when I never received notification that I ordered the product or never received the product. I told her this was a scam and what this company is doing is wrong. I asked her to cancel everything in my name. But she still tried to sell me other products. What Nerve! I notified my bank and they told me that I was not the only one that was being ripped off. They cancelled my card so no other charges will be coming out my account. I even work for a FI and I should of done more digging on this product. With having Racheal Ray, Opera, NBC, The Today Show names out on the website giving this good reviews, gives a false sense of security. I hope they stop promoting this product and/or website. RS

I first of all read all of the fine print concerning this product. After seeing no results after 30 days, I decided to cancel. I called this company and the customer service agents just gave me the run around. After reviewing the rules again, I explain to the rep that I was entitle to a refund for un-open product received. The rules were to call and get a return confirmation. Now the rules change again. Instead of receiving my full refund, I have to pay for shipping and handling. Looking at my package, I only see it costed the Company $1.68 to ship to me. Why should I have to pay more? I believe this company needs to be investigated. They are scamming people out of their money and do not want to do what is right and necessary. I hope no other people will get caught up with this.

I did a little research & typed in Yahoo search, "I lost 25 pound in a month", the acai berry success story came up with the same pictures of the same girl in 7 different websites, in each one she had a different name, if this isn't a scam then I don't know what is, I hope this saves some people who haven't ordered yet their hard earned money. You can buy Acai supplements in retail stores, drug stores & online from many reputable stores. You are probably getting a better quality product from a reputable company anyways, Do your homework. I think Acai works with a healthy diet & exercise but don't fall for this scam.

I CALLED TO CANCEL MY ORDER MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT AND THEY TOLD ME I COULDN'T CANCEL UNTIL I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN THE MAIL. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS TRUSTWORTHY? WILL THEY CANCEL MY ORDER? WILL THEY CONTINUE SENDING ME THE SUPPLEMENT AND AUTOMATTICALLY BILLING MY CREDIT CARD FOR IT?

On 2/2/09 I ordered the free trial bottle of acai berry and cancelled it a couple of days later. I started getting returned checks because someone took money out of my account. Yesturday I went to the mailbox and got the notice from my bank and a bottle of acai berry. Thats when I found out it was you guys who took my money. I called to find out what happened and yall were very rude to me and said I never cancelled and I could not have my money back. I talked to a supervisor who was just as rude and he would not let me talk to his boss. I am on disability with 3 kids on my own. I don't have the money to spend like that. I wanted to try it out and then when I got some extra money I was going to get a bottle. When I called they said they had no record of my cancelling and would not refund me my money. I can't even buy groceries for my kids. You cannot do this and think its right and you did nothing wrong. You told me to get my phone records from the phone company but I have no idea even where to start. I don't remember the time or the day I called so I don't know what to tell them. I want my money back and I will return the unopened bottle with no problem. You treated me very bad over the phone and I didnt do anything to deserve to be talked to that way. I need my money back and you took it with out my authorization! I already filed this with the bbb and I will not stop until it is resolved.

800 Numbers: While it may seem strange, toll free phone numbers like [protected] are not public record. This means that telemarketers can often call with immunity unless we fight back! File A Complaint Now!
FMW Laboratories market there Acai Berry Products of Detox and Cleanser as free Items for just the cost of shipping $3.95. I was billed 3 times for the detox product and full prices of $87.13 for the cleanse. When I tried to cancel the order and question the charges I found that the toll free number they list is no longer in service. Their website also turns up no access to customer service rep.

Back in October 2008 I had ordered the free trial Acai Berry pills online charging my bank account $3.95 for the shipping. After receiving the pills I tried calling the company to cancel my membership because it had to be done within 14 business days or I would be sent another bottle and charged the full amount. I called the number numerous times with no luck. I kept getting messages saying that the number was out of service. I kept calling every day. FINALLY, on the last possible day, it rang through. The woman told me that my account had already been charged the $89.31 but the bottle had not been sent yet. She said that she would cancel the shipping and refund my money and I should see it back in my account in 5-10 business days. After two weeks of not receiving my refund I called them back again. They checked my account and said it would be another 5-10 business days. Another month went by, it now being December, and still no refund. I called once again! The woman I spoke to said she would put a priority marker on my account for an immediate return. ANOTHER month and half goes by with still no return! These people took my money the end of October and it is now February! I'm pissed to say the least. I call one final time and speak to a man that is not only hard to understand but is also not helpful at all! He told me that my return was already processed and there was nothing he could do. So I ask him when it was processed because it still wasn’t showing in my account. He proceeds to tell me it was processed in October 2008 and I told him that wasnt the case because I had called in December and it still wasn't processed. All he kept saying was "I'm so sorry Ma'm". It was getting on my last nerve and I lost my cool. I began yelling at this man telling him I wanted my money and I wanted it this week! I took his name and asked for a manager. He said the manager was unavailable and he could not give me the managers name either. Than I asked for the company's name that I was dealing with because I said I was turning their @$$es in to the Better Business Bureau. His answer- "I'm so sorry Ma'm I cannot give you that". At this point I'm highly upset. I said a few choice words than hung up on him. I called right back and talked to a woman this time. I ask her to check my account to see when my refund was processed and she tells me January 11th. Now this makes more sense... BUT it was now February 13th and still not in my account. She says that they have been having problems with their system and I should be receiving it any day now. After months and months of waiting and constant [censored]ing I FINALLY recieved my refund on February 17th 2009.
This is a HUGE scam and definitely not something you want caught in!

P.S.
I never got the company name but that is what shows up on my banking statement.

I to have had the same problems with this company and had to accept the fact that I would not see that money again $87.13 and it's been a few months, until today have recieved no other products (that's a good thing) and not charged again, (nothing to charge me for I haven't ordered anything else) checked my bank account today and low and behold a charge of $44.90 from ccnutra, why ? looked online for the company, can't be found so I called my bank this is what they told me I need to do so I will not be charged by this (COMPANY HAHAHA AGAIN!) very improtant and I think this will help many of us victimized by this co. again HAHA.

#1 go to your bank explain whats going on and fill out an ACH stop payment form, if the funds have not posted to the account then they will not be. and this will put a permanant stop payment to this company only for good.

#2 if the money has been removed from your account, then you need to fill out a REGE form, the bank will refund your money and a permanant stop payment will be put on your account for this company, again they will no longer be able to charge your account.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE COMPANYS WE ORDER FROM, I NOW CHECK THE BBB FOR ANY CO'S I HAVE NOT HEARD OF BEFORE IT PULLS UP ALL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CO. IT'S UP TO US TO USE OUR BETTER JUDGEMENT AND NOT GIVE OUT OUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO SO FREELY, I HAVE CERTAINLY LEARNED MY LESSON. IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS CO. AGAIN I AM NOT SURE IF THAT WILL TAKE THE PERMANENT STOP PAYMENT OFF OR NOT SO BE AWARE. I CERTANLY HOPE THIS INFO WILL HELP MANY I KNOW I'M LONG WINDED.

I got punked too. I called the given number which dumps you into a an operator database where someone with an east indian accent takes your name and number so that a company rep can call you back. I gave em my info but won't hold my breath. Man what a scam. You think your just into it for $4.99 and they get you "slick willy" style. Bad bad business practice. Here is another number to try for cancellations that I found:

A pop-up came up while I was on my way to a website. The Acaiberry was offered for $5.95 shipping for a free bottle to try. So I had heard it was a good antioxidant and thought I would try it. I had no idea I only had 15 days to tell if I liked the product and that If I didn't call to cancel in that time I would be charged $88.62 plus an cross-border fee of $0.71.

I managed to speak to someone to get any future order canceled. They said they would. On fri. 2/27/09 I spoke with "Peter" who told me to go to mytrial support.com to see the terms. When I went to that site all I saw was people like me complaining about this scam.

I imagine they probably made a bundle of money just by sending 1 bottle for $5.95 and charging $89 one time to thousands of people. These people need to be prosecuted.

Don't order from this company. They are perpetrating consumer fraud. My experience is the same. Ordered "free sample." Called to make sure no further charges. Called again to make certain and received a "cancellation verification number." Several days later, $78.81 was taken out of my account. Called to complain, received another absurd excuse. An email to the company resulted in "after an exhaustive search of our records" we can't find any record of your order ... blah, blah.
Everyone should file a complaint with the consumer fraud claim department of your bank card, contact the attorney general's office (consumer fraud division), the FBI (again online consumer fraud), and another other consumer fraud organizations and agencies in your state.
This is the only way to shut them down, possibly get your money refunded, and at least cause them a few more sleepless nights than us! I refuse to be victimized again.
But the first thing you must do is CANCEL YOUR CARD NUMBER. Report this to your bank or the charge card company so that they can issue you a new card number. You have to do this or they WILL continue to charge you. (They charge under different names, etc. so you can't just "block them.") Your bank or charge card company can also investigate and refund your money. Start there and don't believe the RMA, cancellation number receipt; these are all excuses.

After ordering a free trail offer which I agreed to pay the shiping and handling my credt card was charged for another bottle. I wish to return this unopened bottle and was told at the call center there is no return policy. Mr. Todd Black and Mr Neil Johnson I request from you the authorization information that would permit this return. Abusiness should stand behind its own products. Surely you always have new customers to resell this single bottle to.

I bought product for what I thought was $3.95. Did not see anything in online ad about automatic billing or returning product within 21 to avoid getting charged.
On 2/9/09, approximately 22 days after receiving product, $79.90 was charged automatically to my debit card.
Called 1.800.595.4670 and after being on hold for 14 minutes, spoke to a customer service rep who explained to me that I didn't read the fine print in the information sent with the product. Explained, I was not aware of any autodeductions, and wanted to cancel my account and get refunded the $79.90. She said that she would cancel my account, but I would need to return the product to: 6452 Fig Street, Unit A, Arvada, CO 80004. I asked if I could return it any time and she said yes, but to make sure I got a tracking number. She also provided a return authorization code.
I returned the product to the company via UPS on 2/23 and they received the product on 2/26/09 at 10:24 am.
On Monday, March 2, 2009, my debit card was charged $69.90 by GNS.
I waited until they opened their lines (7:30 am mtn)
and was on hold with the first customer service rep for 17 minutes. Once I spoke to them, they said that I didn't receive a cancellation code from the person I spoke to on 2/9/09, therefore, my account was not cancelled, therefore, I was receiving another shipment of product. I told them what the rep told me on 2/9 and they forwarded me to another line of which I was on hold for another 21 minutes. This third customer service rep told me that it wasn't cancelled and I wasn't going to get a refund on the product I returned because I didn't return it within 30 days of receipt. I stated that none of that was shared with me and that I assumed when the rep told me on 2/9/09 that my account was cancelled it was cancelled. He then gave me a cancellation code and stated that he needed to talk to a manager and put me on hold for a few seconds and I was cut off. So, an hour and a half has past and I am forced to call the 800 number again to be on hold for 7 minutes to be transferred to another customer service rep to be on hold for 28 minutes for the 5th rep to tell me that they can't refund me the $79.90, that my account wasn't cancelled on 2/9/ and that they have no proof that I even called them on 2/9/09 despite the fact that I had a return authorization code, and that if I wanted the $69.90 refunded, I would need to send back the product that is currently being sent to me. I was furious and asked for a manager, she stated that the manager would say the same thing. I continued to argue with "Annie" for 5 minutes and demanded to speak with a manager. Diane, agent 195, answered and I went through the entire story and she apologized for my experience and stated that I would receive credit in my bank account for both the $79.90 and $69.90 within 48 - 72 hours. We will wait and see. Do NOT DEAL WITH GNS.
