I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.

So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.

Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!

The same thing happen to me. I went and closed my account. So They wouldn't keep taking money out.I was charged two fees within days. I tired to call all these phone #'s. But you never get a answer! Lesson learned.

I ordered 2 bottles of the total cleanse and the acai berry supplements and was charged 79.95 each for them plus the 5.95 for each one.
I called them and made a complaint but I don't think they are going to refund my money.

youre not alone...i am fuming mad . i did report it to BBB and my credit card and put a temp credit. Their investigating it right now. The number i called tonight [protected] was either busy signal, hold u forever and got hanged up. after 6 pm it's the answering services who will take your call and the usual ask for your number email address and will send the msg to the company...they are not connected or working for fx supllements. they only take msgs...horrible...its a big scam they need to pay for this...how...

I want to let everyone know that this IS definitely a SCAM but I have another number that worked. I too thought I was just paying for shipping for the free trial but to my surprise I had a charge of 89.31 on my account. I spoke to my bank and they found another contact number for these scammers. The vendor is The Diet Offer Store #[protected]. Due to some fine print and terms agreement I was scammed out of the one time fee of 89.31 but they gave me a confirmation number stating I will no longer be billed for this product. I just wanted to give everyone the number because the other number [protected] is bogus, you will be sitting in a holding pool and not speak to a human ever. Good luck everyone...its a sham there are scams out there like this.

HI all...
I ordered my trial, and now I'm trying to cancel the payments by phoning that same number but it is not working.. So the only way to stop it canceling my card? do I need to cancel my account aswell?
Please give me an answer

I requested a free sample, authorized the payment of shipping and handling fees $5.11 was deducted from my Canadian money account on 30 October 2008; then a deduction was made on 17 November 2008 from IP_SUPPLEMENTS4MYBODY of $112.22 in Canadian dollars and a few days ago a deduction was made on 1 December 2008 from PRICELIMBO.COM of $10.88 in Canadian funds. I only authorized the one free sample shipping and handling.

I ran into the same problems I have read about here...The only number I could get through on was not the number they have on their site, but the one that was posted on my online billing statement. It was a different number then they offer for the customer service line that no one would ever answer. If the number is not on your bill...contact your bank or credit card company and they should have a contact number. Beware you will have to hold FOREVER!

Like so many others, I fell for the 14 day trial but was charged the full amount of $89.31 just a few days after the trial offer arrived. I have tried to cancel the order by calling the following numbers:

[protected] (this number was on my bank statement).

I continued to get a busy or an all-circuits busy although I tried calling for a full hour. I had my bank cancel my debit card and will file an unauthorized ACH form at my bank and return the product to the address on the envelope. I don't know what else to do. Good luck to everyone else. I have certainly learned a valuable lesson here!

I agree these people must be stopped, And I think with as many people as I have found that has been scammed by this company, I think a lawsuit is in order to make these people pay for what they have done to me and others, my story is, I order and free trail bottle for 3.95 S&H ONLY they say, then boom they charge me 87.14 for something I never ask for or did I give them permission to use my credit card.So ladies if you want to join me my e-mail is barbdoyle68@hotmail.com send me your story and I will find a great lawyer that im sure will help.

acai berry company you are rip off merchants, there are hundreds of disappointed people you seem to have ripped off,
and i am one of those people. I want to cancel my duped subscription, how am i to do this when the cancel .com site does not exist.

I had placed an order for the free trial offer (shipping and handling only). I have yet to receive the product and now find that I have been charged $29.95 for some unknown reason. I wonder if Oprah is aware of this scam her show is endorsing?

I ordered the free trial 5.95 of the Acai Berry. When I tried to call and cancel I can't get through [protected]. I emailed them and got no response and I tried to do the live chat, that didn't work either.

I finally talked with someone on the live cha after aiting 30 minutes or so. she cancelled my order, sent me a confirmation email and ave me a working number [protected]. good luck!

I ONLY WANTED TO TRY IT. I CALLED AND CANCELLED ANY FUTURE ORDERS PER DOCTORS ORDERS AND THEY TOOK OUT A LARGE AMOUNT FROM MY DEBIT CARD AND NOW I AM OVERDRAWN OVER $88.00. I NEED YOU TO REVERSE THAT TODAY 12/8/08 ASAP AS I WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER $35.00 BANK CHARGE. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYMORE PRODUCTS.

There is no phone number or address available for this company. I responded to a free trial offer; shipping of $4.99. However, this company billed me $87.13! There is no means to contact them. I have filed a fraud alert on my account and closed down this credit card. Please contact me.

Below is my email to this company 12/8 and the resolution they felt was acceptable. Please be warned!

Please be advised I have spent over 45 minutes on the telephone trying to get my matter with your company resolved.

The facts are as follows:
* I placed an order on 11/13 for a 14 day FREE trial of your product, for which I paid the advertised price of $4.99.
* I received the order on 11/25 - shipped in a brown box with NO paperwork.
* I received my credit card statement today (12/8) and see where the authorized $4.99 was charged on 11/13 and an additional UNAUTHORIZED charge of $78.81 was charged to my account on 11/27.

I want this charge of $78.81 credited to my account. I did not order the product nor have I received it.

I spoke with Sean who transferred me to Sherry, because I could not understand him. Sherry transferred me to Angela because I could not understand her either she could only read what the script which was prompted on her computer and was not able to answer questions outside of the script. Angela and I spoke for a period of time. She asked I send the unused portion of the Trial product, I have paid for back and said I would receive a credit after it has been received.

I feel the is unacceptable as I will incur the cost of shipping back the product, I have paid for, via return receipt, in order to receive a credit for a product I did not order nor have I received. I am contacting my credit card company to alert them of this situation. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to notify them of your business practice and I am posting this email on the Internet to warn others of your practices.

FYI..this company's customer service is clearly outsourced. They appear to be in Flordia, but returns are sent to Idaho.

I feel their practice of the trial period beginning with the order date is unethical, as it would be up to 14 days before you receive the product and then what happens. YOUR account is auto charged immediately.

I purchased a free trial from there company I payed for shipping only. Whan I looked at my pay pal account they charged me for three transactions One was for a much higher prise I did not autherise that transaction. I want my money back. I need it. Whats up with them? How can I get it back?

I too fell for this scam, my fault I did not read the fine print when I ordered the free trial but I was able to get the other shipments cancelled by waiting for an hour for the on line chat, recommend this way to contact them.
Still waiting to get a return authorization, since my stupid computer crashed while I was on hold.

there is more then one way to skin acaislimdiet.com cancel the credit card and get a different # but make sure you call your credit card holder. These adds are crooks, I also am taken this to a lawyer! Like most people we want to believe in a diet pill that will shed lbs off and these people use that to hook us all. I will stop payment befor they get one penny from me or my account, got 2 bottles yesterday in the mail and will send them back We can skin this outfit if we all fight them, I'm going to do just that!

I ordered a FREE trial of Acai Berry pills and then i made sure to call and cancel anything for it. Then I checked my bank account and there was a withdraw for $79.00. That withdraw made my account go in the negative over $100.00. I try to call their number but it disconnects me every time. This is ridiculous!

This is not a free trail. 15 days after you order they will charge your account $88. Their customer service phone number goes straight to a message, puts you on hold, then hangs up on you. So even if you wanted to you can't get your money back because they won't answer the phone. So frustrating.

i bought the Acai berry trial suplement but i have tried to cancel my order and now i have noticed that they have taken 62.79 off my debit card and now i want to know how can i cancel my future orders when you carn't speak to anyone to cancel but they take the money anyway

For anyone wanting to find the AcaiSlimDiet.com "company" - it is Karlo Nazarian, dba KINETKA LABS, 2807 N. Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504.

On the AcaiSlimDiet.com website, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service refer to Kinetka Labs. That is how I know it is him. I went to the Los Angeles dba filings to confirm that Kinetka Labs is Karlo Nazarian.

Notice in the link I'm providing, the bottom line says: "Keywords: Online sales of dietary supplements"

I also want to cancel my order asap but do not know how to go about this without incurring the next instalment. I have tried ringing the number to no avail. I am livid that I have fallen for this scam and will not order anything like this again.

Acai Berry Free trail and the ColonMed 700 are both scams. Not only did the products not do anything for me, but after the 15 day Free? trial they send you two more bottles at $88. When I signed up for the free trial they do not give this information unless you search though the whole site and really dig around for it. They did not even give the information on the packing sheet with the free trial bottle. They were very dishonest and I am going to report the to the Better Business Bureau.

Charged credit card without sending trial product, stating I didn't call within fourteen days after ordering. Then charged $89.31 for the next shipment which I never received. I stated I did not receive any product. They stated I still should have called within the fourteen days period whether or not I received the product. They will not credit my account for any charges even thou I have still not received anything.

I ordered free sample for just shipping charge of $3.95. Less than a week later they deducted $87 from my checking account. I have not received product nor had a chance to try the product. I tried repeatedly to call their number [protected]) and got a recording saying they were not accepting voicemails and the mailbox was full. I think I have been scammed.

I have tried to get a refund and cancel my subscription and the phone number provided on the bottle of the product and on the order form is a false number - it rings and then disconnects. There is no address on the order form and their website says that you have to call them to cancel the subscription.

I was charged numerous times for products that was not approved. What was approved was only shipping and handling charges and these people took money from my account. caused me overdraft fees. That is really reprehensive that anyone could do something like this to people.
