I purchased a pair of refurbished Sony headphones and I am satisfied with my purchase. The product arrived as described and I had some doubts about the quality and condition of the device since the headphones were heavily discounted. However, they arrived within a few business days and only required some cleaning before using them. There were no defects or obvious issues with the product. I really enjoy using my Sony headphones. Thank you very much. I heard that on ComplaintsBoard.com there were fake Sony headphones being sold, but the ones I bought were of genuine quality, so it was perfect.

I purchased 2 AVR's and a pair of $500 bookshelf speakers. My first purchase was in 2016 and I had no issues whatsoever. Then i purchased a Marantz AVR. That is when I had an issue and itwas mostly with an employee that for some reason could not understand what I was trying to explain to him. We sent over 40 emails back and forth. He still was not understanding my issue. Finally I said would you just call me because translation is getting lost in these emails. His response was emails are flawless, they are the best way to communicate. I said you still don't understand the problem after all these emails. Anyway the story is much longer and he went on to lie to me on several occaisons. After all the money I spent and the first issue occurs they are no longer willing to help. I will never buy from them again.
