Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Access Wireless
I ain't too happy wit' Access Wireless, if ya wanna know. Them folks are rude if ya ask me. I was talkin' to one of their reps 'bout a problem I was havin' wit' my phone, and when I started callin' 'em out on their lies 'bout the network, they jus' hung up on me! Can ya believe that? Ain't that's just bad customer service?
I ain't no quitter, though. I kept callin' back, and ya know what they did? They turned off my phone! Ain't that jus' ridiculous? They didn't wanna deal wit' me no more, so they jus' cut me off. And, they didn't even turn it back on for the next 3 weeks! It was so frustrating 'cuz I couldn't make no calls at all.
Overall, I don't recommend Access Wireless. They ain't helpful at all and jus' shut ya down if ya question 'em. Ain't no way to treat a customer, if ya ask me.
Access Wireless: A Affordable Cell Phone Service with Easy Navigation
So, I had a lil' problem with Assurance Wireless, tryna switch my old number. Everyone was getting my previous digits as text, but the calls were going through the ported number. Man, lemme tell you, it was a hot mess! Lesson learned, don't even think about changing numbers on these types of phones.
Anyway, I decided to give Access Wireless a shot and I hope they don't make me wait for 60 days like those other guys. I just can't deal with another 30 days of their lame service.
First impressions, though, are good. The website is hella easy to navigate and didn't make my head spin like some other sites. Plus, their plans are super affordable, making it easy for us peeps on a tight budget. And I really appreciated that they sell phones too! No need to try and figure out if your phone will work or not.
So far, I haven't run into any hiccups with Access Wireless, which is a relief. I can make calls and send texts just fine, and the internet is pretty speedy too. I just hope it stays like this and doesn't turn into a hot mess like last time.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Access Wireless to anyone looking for an affordable cell phone service. Just make sure you don't change your number if you decide to switch over!
Access Wireless Review: Good and Bad Experiences with Customer Service and Approval Process
Access Wireless is an okay company. We've had some good times, but also some bad ones. One of their customer service people was helpful, but most of them seemed clueless. It's like they don't remember anything you tell them and they keep asking the same thing over and over.
We had a hard time getting approved for their services. They kept saying to reapply, but their website wouldn't let us. It just kept saying the application was approved, but then it got canceled. It was frustrating, but we eventually got things sorted out.
If you're looking for a phone service provider, Access Wireless is okay. The prices are reasonable and the coverage is decent. But just be prepared to deal with some frustrating bureaucracy.
-
Pros
- Free government phones for eligible customers
- Nationwide coverage on reliable network
- No contracts or hidden fees involved
- Variety of plans to suit user needs
- Easy online application process
-
Cons
- Limited Network Coverage
- Fewer High-End Phone Options
- No International Roaming Services
- Potentially Slower Data Speeds
Disappointed with Access Wireless: Unresponsive Customer Service and Disappearance of Account
I recently signed up with Access Wireless for their phone and service. At first, everything was smooth for about a month without any noticeable issues. But then something happened that caused a major problem. Suddenly, without any warning, my phone shut down and I was unable to make or receive any calls, texts or use data. The only thing I could do was make emergency calls to 911.
I decided to call their customer service number to resolve the issue. After being put on hold for what felt like ages, the call was disconnected after 42 minutes! I was forced to call back again, this time to find out that my account did not even exist. The phone number I had been using for the past month was nowhere to be found, and neither was any record of my information.
I was really disappointed and frustrated by this turn of events, and was ready to give up on Access Wireless. But instead, I decided to give them one more chance and called customer service again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened - my call was disconnected after a brief conversation with customer service.
This lack of response and accountability from Access Wireless was really disappointing. It seems that when problems arise and things get tough, they simply disconnect and disappear. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and really mad.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Access Wireless. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful and their sudden disappearance of my account and phone number was unacceptable.
Access Wireless Review: Nightmare Customer Service and Culture of Disrespect - Avoid at All Costs
Let me tell you, folks. I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Access Wireless and let me just say, these guys are something else. Like, I don't even know where to begin with these people. The staff there, I swear, will do anything to give you a hard time. And I mean anything. They'll straight up lie to your face. Put you on hold for hours on end (I'm talking like 1 hour long, minimum). Laugh at you. Hang up on you. Threaten you. Anything to avoid giving you the ACP benefits for your account. And don't even get me started on the customer service. Every call with these guys is a nightmare. They'll listen to what you're saying and then repeat everything back to you like they didn't even hear you the first time. And they do it over and over and over again. It's mind-boggling, really. I'm starting to wonder how they even exist as a company. They're that bad.
Now, let me tell you about my personal experience with Access Wireless. I had the service for all of 8 hours when I started encountering problems. And not just any problems, mind you. I'm talking about the kind of problems that make you want to rip your hair out. You know what I'm saying? Anyway, I ended up talking to 5 different agents and let me just say, they all talked to me like pure trash. Like I was nothing. And that's when I realized, this is a culture there. A culture of disrespect. And let me tell you, I'm not here for it.
So, let me make this clear. If you're thinking of activating or doing any kind of business with Access Wireless, don't. Just don't. I'm serious. Save yourself the headache. Find another provider. One that actually cares about their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Access Wireless Phone Nightmare: Scammy Replacement Policy and Poor Customer Service
So, I gave Access Wireless a try. They sent me a 4G phone, but it just wasn't working right. It was not able to hold a charge and I couldn't really use it properly. I called them up to try and get it sorted out, and they promised to send me a replacement phone. However, when I received the replacement phone, it was a smaller 3G model that didn't work with any of my apps. And guess what? It also wouldn't hold a charge! I was pretty frustrated by this, so I called up Access Wireless once more to try and get to the bottom of things.
The customer service agent I talked to told me that their only option was to buy one of their phones from their website. I immediately hopped on to their website and took a look. All of the replacement phones they were offering cost at least $99! This seemed pretty outrageous to me. I mean, if they send you a phone that doesn't work, why should you have to pay even more to get a working phone?
Honestly, this whole situation seems kind of scammy to me. Has anyone else been in a similar situation with Access Wireless? It really feels like they're trying to take advantage of people.
CA Life Line Provides Disappointing Service & Unreliable Phones
So, this one time I met this dude, he was like a field agent or something, on the corner of San Antonio Ave and Holt Ave in Pomona. He told me about this program called CA Life line that supposedly gives you free phone service. The phone they gave me was working fine at first, but then when I tried to use the Access Wireless app, it had someone else's name on it. I called Access Wireless to figure out what was going on and they said that the phone belonged to someone else. But like, they gave it to me, so how could it be someone else's? I tried to talk to the Life line Administrator and the service provider, but it was just a bunch of back and forth phone tag. Finally, they said they were going to turn off the phone because it was reported stolen. But I'd only had it for a week! And to top it off, the field rep was nowhere to be found.
I was really disappointed because I thought I had found a good deal. But I guess you get what you pay for. I decided to go to Walmart and just purchase a Straight Talk phone instead. I think that people should know that this program isn't really worth it. They don't help you when you need it, and it's just too much of a hassle. You're honestly better off just getting a prepaid phone at Walmart.
Terrible Experience with Access Wireless: Do NOT Get a Free Government Phone Here!
I had a really awful experience with Access Wireless. If you're thinking of getting a free government phone, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. This company promised me that they would replace my phone once a year, but that's a total lie! I got a phone from them and it stopped working after just one month. When I called to ask for a replacement, they refused to help me out.
It's really frustrating because I'm 61 years old and I have COPD. Plus, I'm homeless, so having a working phone could really make all the difference for me. I was really disappointed that Access Wireless showed absolutely no compassion for my situation.
Now, I'm stuck without a phone and I can't even switch to another company for another 30 days. That's a long time to be without a phone, especially when I'm old, alone, and homeless. I really hope that these people at Access Wireless get what's coming to them. I hope they realize how awful they're being to people like me.
And the worst part is, their customer service is terrible! They need to hire people who actually speak and understand English. It's so frustrating to try and talk to someone when you can barely understand what they're saying.
All in all, I would definitely NOT recommend Access Wireless. They're the worst!
Access Wireless Review: Frustrating Customer Service and Lack of Alternative for Assistance
Yo, I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Access Wireless. I been with 'em for months now and lemme tell ya, I had so many dang problems, I can't even remember 'em all. I think the phone was busted or somethin' 'cause it wouldn't work and they never sent me a replacement even though they promised. So, ya know what I did? I switched to a new company and even though I had problems with them too (c'mon now, you get what you pay for, right?), at least they sent me a new charger when mine went kaput.
Anyway, I realized I had put in the wrong number when tryna call Access for help with my charger situation. But lemme tell ya, their dang automated voice thingy kept sayin' my number was wrong even though I didn't even finish puttin' it in yet! After trying three times, the darn thing just hung up on me. I had to call back twice more before I finally got an operator. But ya know what? Even the operator couldn't find my account 'cause I had the wrong company!
My point is, these Access people need to have an alternative for when ya put in the wrong number or forget it altogether. They should have an option to speak with someone even if ya don't have your number handy, ya know? I mean, even my bank has that! If ya forget your account number or your social security number, they give ya the option to speak with a live person. Access oughta do the same thing, ya feel me?
I'm thinkin' about writin' to the company and suggestin' they make it easier for us to speak with a live operator. But let's be real, they probably won't even care. I mean, they're gettin' paid by the government to provide these phones, so why should they care about customer service? And if you're thinkin' of switchin' over to I Wireless which is owned by the same company, well, be warned, you might be in for the same poor treatment.
Beware of False Advertising: My Disappointing Experience with Access Wireless
I recently had an experience with Access Wireless and I must say, I was very disappointed. I had read through all the policies and terms before signing up, just like any responsible customer would. The website advertised UNLIMITED talk, text, and data, which was exactly what I was looking for in a government phone provider. I even had 3 professional friends read through the policies and terms carefully with me, and we couldn't find any discrepancies.
However, after a week of using my phone with limited internet access, I received a notification that I was almost out of data, with only 2 gigs left. I immediately called Access Wireless customer service and was told to call a different number to understand their data cap. When I called that number, a lay answered and said I had the wrong number.
Feeling very frustrated, I called Access Wireless again and finally spoke to someone who told me that there was a data threshold in their policies and terms. I was shocked and felt deceived by the false advertising. My three friends and I had read everything carefully and thoroughly, and we could not find any mention of a data threshold. It was very puzzling how we could have missed such an important detail.
I was so upset and asked how it could be that Access Wireless allowed such false advertising. The representative simply stated that there was a data threshold mentioned in their policies and terms. This was disappointing because I believed that I had found the perfect plan for me and ended up with something completely different.
I was told that I could call my friends and ask what they had read, but I didn't find this a favorable solution. I simply could not understand how four fully functioning minds could miss something as important as a data threshold.
In conclusion, I do not recommend Access Wireless service. It seems to me that they have misled their customers with false advertising. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

Access wireless
I did not sign up for service with Access cell phone, only tablet. The guy who signed me up at 1819 Charlie Sifford parkway in Los Angeles this week gave my phone to another guy and he entered my information to change my phone service without my permission. As I was leaving I heard him say I have your phone ready. I told him i did not authorize him to give me a phone. I will keep following up until I hear something. Thanks
Desired outcome: Cancel any service I have with access immediately
Cell phone
I have had nothing but problems with this phone. Very first day I set it up tried to take picture it said storage full clear up storage in order to take a picture I swear to you I had my phone 1 hour if that that was the 1st problem it sucked cause I couldn't take pics but I left it be because the phone was free I was just greatful to have free services so what right did I have to complain. 2nd problem right away it did not want to load anything it took so long to get anything to load that I had to plan ahead if I had anything important I needed to pull-up and if I was lucky it would load I would literally have to walk half way down my street in the middle of town or drive down the road to get it to load anything.3rd problem it would never hold a charge for nothing I would charge it all night go to work at 7 by 12 my lunch break it was already going dead and I wasn't even on it were not allowed to have our phones at work. 4th now it won't charge at all what so ever I can't use it at all I've tried calling and I always get told it's after hours call back during business hours,I would like to no when there business hours are cause9-[protected]-7-8- Monday through Sunday is not buissness hours apparently. So now I'm screwed without a phone. I was very greatful for the free services so I never complained I didn't feel I had the right but come on now it's kind of crappy to give something to someone for free but let's give them the most defected device on the planet because they are poor.my wife is very ill and I need a phone just in case something happens to her but I guess that don't matter.
Desired outcome: I want a phone that works like it's supposed to not a defected phone because I'm poor

Access Wireless Customer Service Needs Improvement: A Disappointing Experience
I tried Access Wireless for the first time, not a great experience. When I called for assistance, the operator's English was hard to understand, and that left me feeling uneasy. I tried once more to call again, and this time I had to wait on hold for a shocking 30 minutes. That's a long time to be waiting, especially for someone who needs their phone to communicate.
My friend recommended me to try once more and ask for a supervisor. So, I called Access Wireless again and explained my issues. This time, I asked for a supervisor to help me, but they put me on hold AGAIN for more than 15 minutes! I was getting irritated at this point, and that's not what I expected from a company that provides phone services.
Overall, my experience with Access Wireless was disappointing. Their customer service is not as impressive as I thought. Access Wireless needs to work on their customer service and make sure to hire staff who are more fluent in English. Long waiting times could also be improved. I might give them another chance, but only after significant improvements.
Terrible Customer Service and Overcharging: My Experience with Access Wireless
They messed up my account and overcharged me. I tried to contact them about it, but it took forever to even get through to somebody. When I finally did, the person on the other end was rude and unhelpful. They couldn't even fix the problem and said they would have to transfer me to somebody else, but that never even happened. I ended up having to figure it out on my own.
In general, I've found their customer service to be lacking in a lot of areas. Whenever I call, I have to wait a ridiculously long time before anybody even picks up. Then when I finally do get somebody, they're usually not very friendly or helpful. It seems like they just want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, rather than actually solving your problem.
Overall, I would not recommend Access Wireless to anybody. Their customer service is terrible, their prices are high, and their service is unreliable. If you're looking for a good wireless provider, look elsewhere.
Services
I am a qualifying acp and lifeline customer. I bought a phone LG artiso4 $101.29 within 1 month my service was giving my problems. I could not connect to the internet I wasnt receiving my text messages and getting dropped calls. I was told that my acp benefit was not applied to my mobile service that I would have to pay for air time if I wanted data. So I did. 3x and I still can not connect to the internet. I am the fool bc I paid 3x but Wat could do I need my phone for worjk. And now I want a refund on the air time I paid and have not been able to connect to the internet Wat I'm using us my Wi-Fi home internet. I paid $26.94 2 times this month for data and 37.72 for 12/2022. The phone I purchased it does not hold any memory and it does it's own thing. Its taken me almost 45min to write this review. Bc I have to start all over when I try to submit it. Wat I want is a refund for the airtime and the phone I purchased.
Thank you
Maria
Desired outcome: Refund for the air time and phone purchase.
BLU C5L phone
I have had several issues with my phone. With an 8GB Sim, I can't load more than a couple of Apps and the Operating system takes up more than half of the Sim memory and is reporting 'Insufficient memory'. Access Wireless refuses to upgrade the Sim to 16 GB as I had with Assurance Wireless. I asked for help to move pictures from my phone to the computer and the CSR didn't know how and said to copy them with Google Gmail and hung up on me 3 times. Now All incoming calls go directly to VM and the phone does not ring nor show a received or missed call for the past 30 days and Access Wireless can't fix it and says I'm not eligible for a new phone. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Access Wireless is a subsidiary of iWireless owned by Kroger Co.
Desired outcome: A working Lifeline phone w/16GB memory
refund / phone
I spoke to a customer service rep at access wireless. I was told he can transfer his account to access wireless. We were told that had to $50 dollars for minutes which was confusing. I was told that they send out a SIM card once the SIM card arrives I called access wireless to activate the phone still did not work. Then I was told we had to purchase a phone from access wireless which cost $59 dollars and $9.99 for another SIM card. I received the phone and called access wireless to activate the phone which did not work. I requested a refund as they have to submit it to your accounting dept. It has been over a month since I called back I was told the account was canceled. The phone was [protected] Ricky Boyles email [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: I want a refund to be sent to 1124 E Avenue J10 Lancaster CA 93535
Lifeline Unlimited Talk, Text, & Data plan.
I'm an existing customer going on 6 months now and my lifeline service is supposed to be unlimited everything (talk, tex, data) However, almost once a month my data stops working randomly and when I call they tell me that I have ran out of data (what?!) So then they send in a request for my data to be 'refreshed' which takes anywhere from "24-72 hours" but I'm reality takes closer to a week. So today I called and explained to them that it is absolutely necessary for me to have data at this time because I am facing a very important court case in a couple of days and need to keep in touch with my lawyer via email. I am currently homeless so I do not have many options as far as using someone else's internet/ device/ hotspot, etc. And I live somewhat in the middle of nowhere without a car so therefore finding a library or some type of coffee shop that provides free wifi is out of the question, unfortunately. After explaining all of this to the customer service representative all she could tell me was the repeated we have to request to refresh your data and this will take 24-72 hours to complete. So I asked her if she could please provide me with some free data, she did not grant my request so I asked to talk to her supervisor and she replied that she could not escalate the call and that she didn't have a supervisor or anybody above her that I could speak with at this time and then proceeded to hang up on me.
Desired outcome: I need my data refreshed immediately or I would like to be granted at least 2GB of free data at the very minimum, considering I am an 'unlimited' customer under the lifeline plan, this should not be a problem
Telephone service
I filed on the Access website on 5/28/22. I sent documents 4 times and it said pre-approved. Days later I called and Access said they had no application with that order number. I have called over 10 times. On 6/17 I was told the application was sent to CA Lifeline. I called Access today and it has not been sent anywhere. They want front and back of EBT card and a receipt within 7 days of today. They have wasted almost a month of my time and their attitude is they don’t care.
Desired outcome: I would like a response as to what will be done to make this company accountable for their incompetence.
Sky Devices (phone)
I have had this phone for a couple of months. It is a PIECE OF JUNK. No notifications except it rings when a call comes in...no other notifications. When you're looking something up, it will jump to another subject.
I'm not technology savvy, neither am I stupid. Can't even reach you people.
I would like a replacement, don't even mind having a refurbished one, but please, one that works.
Hopefully this is read and someone replies.
Thank you,
Martha Lyons
Desired outcome: Phone that works.
Access Wireless not responding to me
I just signed an online application for Access Wireless last Tuesday, and 1. it should have taken 3 business days, so I should have received a response by last Friday, and 2. The website says I have been pre-approved and will receive an email with next steps and I received no such email(yes, I checked my Spam folder). I sent several messages regarding application status and the email, but got no response from them. I keep checking the live chat but they are NEVER online. I've been on hold with them for 2 FLIPPING HOURS and no response, I'm not surprised if service is this bad. I've been patient because this service seems better than Assurance with better phones but I AM DONE BEING PATIENT. What is it with all you free phone services? Please respond to my messages!
Desired outcome: I want you to at least respond to me with someone who speaks English at least a little perfectly.
I take back what I said. They are cool.

Phone
I have had a obama phone with access wireless 2 years. I have a very cheap android a tw801. The sim recently stop working. So I called cust. Serv. To replace old sim card to get new. Keep in mind service expire if no use of phone for 30 days. I been calling for 3 months no help. The only reason phone not expire bc I take old sim in and out hundred times till it work long enough to make text or call then it say insert sim. Which mean its no longer reading. When you call access wireless the hold is 30-45 reps hang up on you if you ask the same question. A call with a rep take an hour and the end result is problem not resolved. Iv asked over and over what sim do I need get diff answers. I was told go to website. We dont have access to send you one. You go to website you cant find info on sim. Another rep finally said go to faq on there website type in sim. Click on question then take you to option to get a sim then you click again take you to a second website kroger wireless. Then several more clicks. Was not sure second website was legit to get sim. So went out got a sim from cell phone shop for my type of phone. I try to activate it with access wireless long wait, finally connect, rep take one hour on phone keep saying checking. Just to say after an hour sim not compatible. So ask again how or what need for sim card say cdma sim. Another rep say sim card kit. Finally told by another rep there sister comp. Is kroger wireless. So I was told to get the sim from this site, I did just that. Paid for second sim. I recieve sim on reciept it was legit bc the info on reciept had access wireless number to call for customer service. I was very happy I called to update sim. Same tired process when you call rep. Kept me on phone a hour to say once again sim not compatible. I said what this us your sim from your website that took me to kroger wireless! Rep said there sims have been updated to 4g then hung up. I called over and over each rep was unhelpful. On phone for hours and no help. I wait a week call back told again to purchase 4g sim. Which there is an option now on there website and not hard to find. The site has been updated since I been trying for months. I ask will this 4g sim work for my tw801 phone. She said no so I say why you telling me to buy one. If I had not ask that question. Was gone allow me to waste more money. So I said were can I get the sim I need for my phone to work rep hang up. I been sending message to cust support at access wireless for a diff outlet of help. Unsuccessful same thing send you a generic reply that not useful to your situation. This company gets paid for the phone every month bc its a obama phone. And they cant give care to resolve my issue. There money is gurantee no matter what so there no incentive to help. Im 3 months in iv talk to rep after rep and I sill cant get the sim I need for phone.
Upgrade of free services.
Got a phone, the guy signed my card with a red Sharpie, then he took his phonexand scan yhe barcode on my phone. He also signed me up with another company because the phone I had active, had 257 saved wifi spots on it. It took 45 minutes and he charged me $30.00. Now. I have a free phone so how did I get another one like that.. Hell 5g boom. I had him to write his name n # on the box as a reciept. He even asked for a secret question. Got home, set the phone up with some extra security and what the hell. All hell breaks out on the phone. The phone info was changed and a week later. iI was sent 0000 as a password. PHONE stays hot, period! called and got the # changed on 21st and on the 22nd, the phone went down. Called Access and for the guy didn't give his # and was rude. This not my first phone from this company. I believe this company to a fly by night for these phones are merely given out for hacking our information. You send these people around the world and Im glad I kept all my SIM cards. Since 2017, every free phone from these companies have been hacked. That ould be about 35 and the proof that most of the workers can rarely be found. Tired of talking to call centers in an another country. The phone is based in a Tel Avi.
Desired outcome: Take the next step with Cyber fraud team in the BBB!
Customer street representative
I recently signed up for a phone with Access. I live in Riverside Ca Rubidoux/Jurupa Valley area off Mission.. I signed up with a representative that was in the Stater Bros. Parking lot on Mission Blvd. I purchased a upgraded phone and the rep charged me $50 when the upgrade was only $40 and I found that out a while after i signed up cause I got a Thank you for your purchase message from access stating it was $40.. So I called Access to complain and they said id hear back within 24hrs.. I didnt hear anything then today i emailed them and they replied with YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO THE REP AND DEAL WITH IT MYSELF.. I was shocked.. Its funny yet sad how they run things.
under able to swap moblie service to new phone
I recently bought a new cell phone from the Access Wireless wedsite I've been calling customer service for about a week and I have not been able to switch my service to my new cell phone. I've been told by customer service that their systems have been having issues switching service to new phones. They claim that T- moblie has bought out the company so they're sytems are having issues changing things over and that they have not been informed by T-moblie when this issue will be fixed. They claim that it's been going on for weeks. I just don't understand whats taking so long for them to fix the problem. Everytime I call customer service to swap my moblie service to my new cell phone I get the same answer or get the run around.
Desired outcome: I want to be informed when this problem will be fixed so I can swap my moblie service to my new cell phone

I can not believe how bad this co. service is I have called them numerous times and get the same results or they hang up on you and don't call back. When you call them from CA. you should be able to speak to someone from the U.S and can speak proper Eng.! You give them your number so in case you get disconnected they can call you back and they don't so you call them back n ask to speak to the same rep. and" oh we have no way of connecting you with them so how may I help you ?" Here we go again ! You have to repeat yourself over n over and over! My son is on fixed income and I take care of all his legal matters. He had access wireless yrs.ago then went to a contract phone but couldn't afford anymore so he has been trying to get access wireless back for the last 2 yrs.and they always deny him because they say he still has an account with them or somebody else has an account with them at the same address which is not accurate. So tell me this when you call them and give his full name and address only cause that's all they ask for they will tell you the same thing again how can they determine all that without asking for his ss# or d.o.b ? When I provided his name new address and previous address they said" his name and 3 different addresses" WTH?! I asked to speak to a supervisor and "No we don't a supervisor here or available at this time", no matter when you call this is all their answer. This is got to be by far the worst company ever for Government phones. So what do you have to do to get help from someone higher up in this co.?
lol its free what did you expect. they don't care about you, you have no money.

I have a phone that was lost or stolen so I called to get a replacement phone. They did send me a replacement phone but it was a defective phone. After only having a phone not even 24 hours it was all kind of problems. I charged the phone that night and the next day it still showed it needed to be charged. I called several times and talked to several people about it and they and they all did troubleshooting over the phone but that was unsuccessful so they finally sent me another battery and charger which did the same thing and the phone still was not functionable. I couldn't make calls, drop calls using minutes that I'm not using, the phone gets so freaking hot I can't even put it to my face I have to talk on speaker phone I can get a call when it's not hanging up or freezing up and people say they call me and 98% of the time I don't even get their calls or messages and I have the phone right with me. I called again and was told that they could not replace the phone because it was already replaced and I told them yes it was but with a defective phone and they said they could not replace it again. The phone was a defective phone from the beginning and never functioned right and although it's a free phone it's the only phone I have for contact with my doctor's offices mainly is what I'm concerned about and being able to contact my family. If this is the way the government program works then they should just discontinued it. This is so crazy.
I 'm looking for a battery for a umx u673c . and for a coolpad 5560s access wireless they did not have any. also they said they did not have a phone to send me.

Access wireless is a poor cell service company. They list all these numbers for Customer Care or Customer Service yet they never give you an option to speak with a live person. I have called every number and yet have gotten a choice to speak with a agent. I have to ask the same thing, how in the world did they ever get a government contract, they just don't care since they got there funds from the government the hell with the other people and families that may need cell service. Very unprofessional way of doing business. I rather go back to a landline before I would have a cell service with Accesswireless.
