Is a complete joke
access wireless is a complete joke. I lost my Snap benefits and just started getting SSI and tried to get my access wireless switched to SSI. I spend 2 weeks trying to get it done. First they asked for my reward letter from SSI so I sent it to them via USPS. They never contacted me. So I tried to contact them and the rep. was in India and she had no idea what I was asking about. So today I called them again. and said that SSI is not part of access wireless. They have no clue. The need to read their own info on the requirements of access wireless and that SSI is in fact so. Also they said my reward letter was not proof of income. And was rejected. But they never bothered to contact me about it. They asked for a copy of my reward letter and I sent it. It is proof of income, are they stupid. Then they said I need 3 months of bank statements as proof of income. I just started SSI in October. The income just changed. Then they flipped it around again and again telling me that SSI is not part of access wireless. Then it was and was not. I finally told them just to remove me from the program. What is wrong with these people. On Wednesday, Nov. 25 2015 I returned a Cool Pad 3300 A phone.This phone started freezing up at the logo. So I returned the phone to the I Wireless Warehouse. However, I have not received my phone back and when I tried to contact Access Wireless I was put on hold for what seemed like a lifetime. I have a serious issue with access wireless and kroger company. I purchased 65$ cell phone from them, but the phone not holding charge. Almost every 6 hours I have to fully charge it again. I tried to return it, but their return policy for 14 days. I am a cancer patient and couldn't return it in 14 days. They don’t care. My correspondence with their customer service as below. I deleted names and personal information for privacy.

I will write about your "awesome" customer service and business ethics over and over again in every single complain website. I will tell to people don't buy any phone from Kroger Company or get any government phone from access wireless. Because they sell to you a broken expensive cell phone and even though you are fighting for your life and expand this 14 days, they don’t care. their return time is still 14 days for you. If you don't die and want to return the phone. they say, "You might want to use the phone in the future."

Rebate scam
Access Wireless sold me a T-Mobil Family Plan with a $500 rebate in 90 days. The plan was activated in Dec. 2005 and is now June 2006. After numerous calls to Access Wireless they finally sent me half of the$500 and the check was returned stamped NSF... I have called Access Wireless and T-Mobile and all I have gotten is the run around. They are treating me as if I did something wrong. I pay my bill each month to T-Mobile and all I want is the rebate I was promised. T-Mobile said there is nothing they can do and Access Wireless sill has not sent me a replacement check it is run by unprofessional people and T-Mobile should be made accountable for there dealers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tablet will not accept the Sim card because the slot is broken. Tried talking to their customer support and got no answer as to what to do. Now I can't go to another Company to get my government assistance 😞

Why do they provide all of these numbers for customer service in all you get is the same recording? They never give you an otion to speak with a live agaent which is [censor]! They charged my credit card for unlimited talk text and 1g of data and then cut my service off but sent a text that it was added to my account. But only thing they added was data and took the remaining minutes I had left so now I am stuck with data and no call usage. This company is a damn scam. The absolute worst!
