I had given my phone for warranty service on the 23rd of October 2021 as the Ear piece speaker, the Ringer toggle switch and the volume buttons stopped working while my phone was under the extended warranty I had purchased.
PlanetCare service centre representatives told me that they would have to send the phone to the repair centre in Bangalore where the phone could be repaired or replaced under the warranty.
After approximately 10 days a PlanetCare representative called me and told me they have received the phone from the repair centre saying the phone has been tampered with hence the warranty was not applicable.
Neither would I nor would anyone in the world who has a warranty that they have paid and purchased have the phone tampered with.
If the device has been tampered with it can only be by apple service at Coimbatore or the repair centre at Bangalore.
I have refused to collect the device unless it is repaired or replaced under the warranty under which the phone was submitted at Planetcare Coimbatore.
I have tried to escalate this issue through Apple Support on numerous occasions. The executives say they will get back and they don't..!
The service centre refuses to give me a report saying the phone has been tampered with.
Desired outcome: Repair or Replacement Under the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?
On December 31, 2020, on New Year's Day, I bought a mac pro with M1 processor for my wife. I paid 1800 euro for it. On June 25, when I opened the computer's screen a little harder than usual, I noticed that the screen was not working. The computer did not fall, did not hit anything. I am still using my 2015 model mac pro computer and it is in its first day condition. I was surprised that the computer I bought for 1800 euro 6 months ago was so simple or flimsy. I immediately made an appointment with apple brussels and we met on 26 June 2021. The lady who tried to help us examined the computer and stated that she should ask her supervisor. Then he told us that it would not be under warranty and that they would charge 630 euros for screen replacement. We were very surprised and said that it should be replaced under warranty. The service worker explained to us that he actually wanted to register for a replacement under warranty, but demanded money from us after his supervisor had checked again and warned that it could not be guaranteed. Is Apple warranty service not offered within certain rules? One employee thinks it's under warranty, while another says we can't take advantage of the warranty. Which one is right? Are you not subject to the rules as a company? Why do I get a service that you should offer free of charge for 630 euros? Can't really understand. It was a disappointment.Wasn't the reason why people preferred apple because the warranty service was so good! However, we understood that the inclusion of the product in the warranty is completely up to the individual. Maybe if we had taken it to a different apple store they would have replaced it under warranty. It's really annoying. I hope someone reads this...

So my refund request for £2.99 and £6.99 was refused after buying two in-game packs from a game called Idle: Mania. This happened last week as i logged in to see that they had announced closure of their game/servers in one days time out of nowhere. Both packs i purchased on the 25/26th of April require you to log in each day to collect rewards over a 30 day period. Clearly i had only accumulated 4-5 days worth of rewards. On the same day you could no longer find the game in the App store as they took it down immediately. They also took down their facebook page too.
I explained the situation in detail to an Apple employee my as i believe i paid for something i did not receive that was out of my control. We went through the steps and a refund request was made for me.
The following day my request was refused so i thought surely they may need more information? I requested a review of the request on reportaproblem making sure to include all possible information including what the company themselves had said in-game.
Despite my efforts my review regarding the refund decision was not changed and remained refused. Is this normal? Did i lose my money? How is this fair? I personally cant believe it as i thought it would be a simple refund as they closed their game down and removed it from the app store out of nowhere.
What would you do in my situation? Should i just give up and take the hit or should i try to get back my money which i have very little of. Thank you

Fraudulent charges
I have fraudulent charges from Apple for purchases from online app for some game credits or baskets. I did not authorize the charges from March 1st - May 15, 2020. Their is many purchases from April 3rd to May 15th that I did not make or authorize. They have refunded some of the charges that were in a credit card but won't refund the ones used from my debit/credit card. They are aware I did not authorize these charges.

I purchased the Lion King: The Signature Collection for $64.99 CAD. It consisted of Lion King, Lion King 2 and Lion King 1-1/2. I noticed that the movies were no longer listed in my library. I called iTunes technical support. I was on hold for 15 minutes before the call was dropped without any response. I called a second time, was able to contact an agent, was transferred two times before I spoke with a supervisor who "resolved" the issue - 1 hour 18 minutes time. The resolution was a lesson in how to backup my purchases. The original provider has removed the collection from the store, so all of my purchases are gone with no option to download them again (unless I want to pay for them a second time). I took away a different lesson. Any guesses as to what it was?

There are multiple unauthorized transactions made on my debit card by my nine year old daughter after making a one-time purchase and debit information not being successfully removed from the Apple/ITunes store.
I called and spoke to several reps who at one point attempted to remove the charges and in turn came back stating that although they are illegitimate charges, they aren't eligible to be refunded?
The issue was escalated, but never resolved.

This is regarding my complaint against Apple-Iphone, Pine Labs & Retailer. On 7th March 2017, i had gone to M/s Karan Telecom (Top-10) in Santacruz West, opp. Railway Station to purchase a mobile phone within a budget of 15000/- There they started promoting Apple Iphone 5s for Rs.19700.00 with a cash back of Rs.5000.00 back into my bank account. I was reluctant as i was not sure whether they do really give the money back. But this dealer insisted that Apple is a good brand and you don't worry. All have received the promised money back. I asked them to give me in writing but they said they are always there to help me and will ensure that i get my money back. On that day they had problem with the swipe machine and the transaction didn't happen. On 8th March, 2017 they again called me by 12 pm and said that machine is working fine and i can go and buy. They were so customer oriented and sweet till they sold that phone to me. I purchased the phone on 8th March 2017 with Kotak Bank Debit Card. Today its more then 120 days and i have not yet received my money back in my account. When i visited the shop on 7th June, 2017 to inform them about money not received, i was shooed away by them with angry remarks i.e. they are not here for money back, write to apple directly. I was really shocked to see such a different and opposite attitude by the same staff, who once were the sweetest seller. They are cheaters and should be booked for fooling customers. Expecting no help from them, i contacted pine labs as well as Apple customer support. Pine labs reverted with different dates and several excuses i.e. Brand reply awaited, etc. Apple customer support was also of no help to me. They never bothered to revert or contact me. I never thought that such a big company like Apple is minting money by fooling customers with different schemes. They advertise money back offers against their product and then never refund the amount. They all are crook. Retailer, Pine Labs as well as Apple-Iphone. I have decided to highlight their scam in each and every newspaper. Innocent customers like me shouldn't be cheated anymore. They cannot take us for a ride anymore.

Hi i have a problem with the apple mobile iphone cororation ltd.I contacted apples legal department and sent a recorded letter which apple signed for.After an hour on the telephone to them they agreed to stop locking my phones, if i showed them proof of purchase and the factory imei numbers, i agreed and sent them the details.Then after two days apple ireland rang me up and said they will not let me use my phones.I reminded them that what they were doing was theft and hacking.They refused still to let me use my phones, so i asked them to put their reasons in writting so i could put them before a court of law.They refused and hung up.They are now on the internet on ripoff britain world wide and other concerned companies.Because apple think they can break any law they like.Yours in christ john allen
