They entered the wrong Apt. Number. Amd I've sent 13 messages, provided all the information from FedEx and all they had to do was to call on FedEx and ask them to change the Apt. Number but 0 HELP! WORST EXPERIENCE! They never did anything to resolve the problem which was made by THEM not me! I am trying to call them and everytime I call it says "Sorry, application error" and then they hang up
Samsung galaxy s8 lasted seven months
Bought Samsung Galaxy S8 from BuySPRY through the Groupon merchandise portal in November 2019. Verizon Store had some compatibility issues getting it to work, but after several hours of trying managed to do so.
In late June 2020, the case split due to battery overheating and swelling. Phone worked enough that Verizon Store was able to transfer to "renewed" Samsung Galaxy S9+ without difficulty. Left defective S8 with Verizon Store for disposal due to possible fire danger with battery... therefore no photo.
Did not try to contact BuySPRY support regarding case-splitting issue, figuring that would be a "futile effort."

iPhone x
Walmart should be held accountable for allowing BuySPRY to rip off consumers by selling defective products on their platforms. I know i've already contacted both Walmart and BuySPRY regarding the screen on my iphone which I just bought 3 months ago that just went completely dark and unresponsive. Whether Walmart protection was purchased or not, and whether BuySPRY offered a 60 days warranty or not which I only knew about until my first complaint attempt, who in their right mind would spent $455 on a Refurbished Iphone (which should have been tested and expected to run like new) only for it to go dead within 3 months? Can't y'all see that there's something wrong and fishy here? Y'all ripping consumers off of their hard earned dollars and it's not fair. Both Walmart and BuySPRY don't wanna take responsibilities for this, and I refused to allow myself and others to continue to get scammed by such a lousy sellers. This is the last email i'm sending before legal actions can be taken.

I got this phone and it was supposed to have a brand new camera system in it but my rear facing camera won't work it just constantly shakes and no one will reply back to me from this company and it's truly a piece of crap I just wanted my money back it is a shame that I bought this for my birthday and can't even use the dang phone for what I needed it for
samsung sm-r805uzsaxar galaxy watch smartwatch 46mm stainless steel lte gsm (unlocked), silver (renewed)
I just received my order today in the mail and when I opened it I noticed that I didn't get an instruction manual. I also noticed that the watch bands were reversed.
I went to fix the issue about the reversed watch bands and while I was doing this one of the quick release levers broke off.
I would like to have these issues fixed by receiving an instruction manual and a replacement watch band please.

BuySpry sold me a defective phone yet claimed it was 100% functional
Their item number was [protected] for $628
I am including a link to the conversation history which shows that 1 month after receipt, I informed that the total audio system on this phone was intermittently shutting down.
It just reqired a phone restart at first so I requested little more time to diagnose and see if I could fix--and for about 1 month it appeared to be fixed. However all 3 speakers shut down on July 26, this was just a few days after 60 day warranty period so they said sorry but since warranty expired I was out of luck to get a replacement
I had to buy a X phone replacement from Apple for $549 cuz this was unfixable based on genious at Best Buy.
Facts show it the chain of emails that I did indeed tell them of this problem within warranty period and I feel since they said in their advertising that phone was guaranteed to be 100% functional was incorrect and breach of contract anyway
Also I feel that this was misrepresentation of their product and feel that at least $549 replacement cost should be reimbursed
I certainly hope eBay can provide some assistance
Buyspry did not live up to their statement that customer is number 1

BuySPRY tried to stick me with a laptop that I cancelled on eBay 5 minutes after I bought it by mistake. I cancelled the order at 5:00 PM-and they said it was already shipped-even though they are 3 hours ahead -8PM. When I got the package they told me not to refuse it, because if it got damaged on the way back I would be responsible.
They "Accepted" my Return, which luckily got eBay involved.
Then after copious eMails, they sent me me a 1" X 1" jpg. of the "Free" return shipping Label. When it is printed at appropriate size, it is totally illegible, and cannot be scanned by Fedex, their carrier...
I researched it and found several other negative reviews where they had done the same thing.
After several more eMails-"eBay doesn't provide us with your personal eMail", (That's a lie-my eMail is how they collected my money through Paypal). I found several other negative reviews where they had done the same thing. Then they said "so we can't send you a PDF-because we don't have your personal eMail", again another lie. They told me that eBay requires them to send Jpegs.
I finally called eBay, after no answer from buySPRY, and they assured me that my Money is on hold, and eBay can tell if they have sent me a PDF Shipping Label. By the way eBay told me that it requires PDF's and not Jpegs. Yet another Lie.
DO NOT BUY FROM BuySPRY-They are Scammers.

cellular connection issue with groupon purchase iphone 7
I recently purchased an iphone 7 from this deal on Groupon: Apple iPhone 7/7 Plus/8/8 Plus/X (GSM Unlocked) (Refurbished A-Grade), Order # [protected]
The phone initially connected to my AT&T network, but after a few hours it started losing service and finally said "No Service" and under Cellular in Settings it said "error" and told me I have to update to use cellular data..even though I already updated to iOs 12 when I hooked the phone up to my itunes to restore from my last backup when first starting up the phone.
Eventually service came back when I turned my phone off and on, but once again I am having the same problem with Cellular Error.

damned watch
Do not buy from this company... They are a scam and got caught in it. We bought 2 apple 3 series 42mm watches from them and no where in the ad did it say it was used and sure enough when we received the watches in the mail they didn't even come in an original apple box and a generic charger. They since than have taken down the ad because they we caught. When sending them the pictures of the watches their response was to give me a $5 refund. What a joke. This company makes you believe you are getting a new product but it's used. Do not buy from them
iphone 7

apple watch series 3 42mm rose gold cellular
This company sold me a watch that can't hook up to cellular. We have been trying for over 3 hrs and still no luck. The company doesn't care that they sold me garbage all thy care about is taking your money. Now they have the control. Buyer beware go somewhere else. Look at these reviews they aren't good. Go to a reputable seller. I have numerous emails exchanged with the seller and still no help on returning my item. Worst seller online!
iphone 6s permanent shutter sound
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6s about a week ago from Amazon through BuySPRY. When I received it, I noticed the shutter sound wouldn't turn off no matter what I did. I googled it and found out iPhones made for sale in Japan aren't able to disable the shutter sound because it's illegal to take silent photos in Japan. I looked at my model number, and it has the "J/" that indicates it was made for sale in Japan. I didn't know this was a possibility when I ordered the phone. It's a very bothersome feature, especially considering it transfers to photos taking in apps like Snapchat. I read a review of the phone on Amazon and someone had said they had the same problem and you replaced their phone with one made for sale in the US. I was wondering if you could do the same for me!
Thanks so much!
cell phone bought 8/19/18 & returned 8/29/18
The cell phone I returned was as you per your directions as to returns! It was complete with all accessories and in the same
box it was sent in! I paid $109.00 for the cell phone and additional
$10.92 to ship it back FED-X. The phone was returned due to the battery being faulty. You only refunded me $54.99 of the money I
paid. This need to be corrected as to your return requirements on
used items!
Please refund the difference? I will cover the return cost I paid
myself. This is more than fair!
Thank you;

I bought on eBay the WEAR24 watch and the charger stopped working. Instead of working with me, they use a dirty tactics to refuse a return through eBay. I have to use a package receiver as I cannot be there to get packages at home. They said it wasn't my address and therefore they will honour NOTHING. "All our items carry 30 days Hassle Free return policy" is a lie. This is false advertising and don't expect any service from this company.
Beware!
Do not buy from this store, they are selling fake and defective products! I bought a Samsung cell from them and when it arrived it was broken. It simply did not turn on no matter what I tried. When I contacted Buyspry they said that I was doing something wrong and claimed that they stand behind their products. They did not refund me, didn't offer a replacement. I took my new Samsung to a local repair shop and was told that there was no way to fix it. I wasted my money on a phone that I can't even use!
Rude seller and he sent wrong item to me
I ordered notebook from the website www.buyspry.com. After 3 weeks I got some rubbish. They provided an item, which I didn’t order and I tried to return it, but the seller refused and started to yell at me, when I called him. He told me that I got what I ordered and he wasn’t responsible for other things. I know what I have bought, so the seller is liar. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
