AccountNow Debit card

Dispute #257315 While using my card at self checkout it was scanned by a criminal. On December 31 they emptied my account of $502.12. Using lottery and visiting locations I have never been. After speaking with a representative and faxing in my documentation showing I did not make these transactions, the denied my dispute and are refusing to refund my money.

Desired outcome: I have sent in an appeal to your po box,I have heard nothing back. I would like my appeal request to be approved and my money returned. As I love paycheck to paycheck my car payment this missing money is reflecting my car payment.

I recently had fraud on my debit card on Jan 3rd. Called AccountNow and was asked to upload my DL and bill with my address. I have done that 4 times in one week and they said they didn’t receive it via their upload link. 3 weeks later still waiting on a new card to be mailed. Called again and they said they needed me to upload my DL and a bill with my address on it 🤦‍♀️ Again I upload these documents and now I am desperate because I have NO MONEY! Worse customer service ever and on top of that after they finally received my documents I had asked for 3 day fast delivery and to notate that in my account…have I received my card 10 days later? NO. I am begging you to not use this company because you will regret it.

Desired outcome: My debit card in my hands so Ican pay rent and bills and get good!

AccountNow Froze my account.

I have been going back and forth with accountnow all month. About 3 weeks ago I called accountnow and asked for a new card to be sent because the strip was worn down and my expiration date on the card was getting close. The customer service representative asked me to verify the phone number on the account and I didn't know it because I made the account 10 years ago and couldn't remember it so without asking me any other security questions they locked my account and said I had to send a picture of my id and a bill. I did that day and they said wait 7-10 business days to call back. I called back a week later and they said they aren't unlocking my account because I need a different bill. So I sent my current for the month of january electric bill and they said I had to wait another 7-10 business days. Now my my rent money and the money I take care of my 3 children is on my card and I still dont have access to it. I dont know what else to do. I do know I will be changing prepaid cards to another company because I refuse to have my children go through this every month.

Desired outcome: All i want is for accountnow to unlock my card so i can pull my funds off and i can be done with them.

AccountNow Access to my funds

My account was hacked by an unknown entity... Account was closed with almost 1000.00 still in it until an investigation was completed... That was three months ago... I've submitted all the information that was asked for... Twice... I've been calling every week for the last three months and keep being told to call back... I'm disabled... And it might not seem like a lot of money to most folks... But it's a lot for me to lose...

AccountNow Prepaid card

My card expired June 2021, I had to verify my identity to get a new one. They have told me 72 hours to review the documents I sent to verify my identity, which was Broadband bill and PA State issue Id. 2 months passed now calling everyday with them saying same thing 72 hours to review, one of them told me to change my direct deposit, and get my pays reissued. Today they say my ID is blurry, over 2 months have passed with my paychecks going into this account, I stopped it now and in the process of finding out my legal rights to get the $4200.00 that remains with account now, won't issue new card, won't let me close my account, won't let me move my money, nothing, they say the exact same thing 72 hours, won't let me talk to any one else just bounce me around their call center probably in the Philippines so they can pay them a dollar a day. Can't talk to anyone except the lowest paid people in the company.

Desired outcome: New card issued, check issued, account access so I can move it into my chase bank account.

AccountNow Disputes

I filed a dispute with account now and filled out and uploaded the documents my account was debited 109.88 by a company that I didn't give permission to debit my account. I took a survey and was given a choice of items I won for taking the survey. I chose wireless pods and all I had to pay was shipping and handling that was 9.99. I never saw anything that said 7 days later they were going to debit my account for any amount of money. Account now said there was no error on my account and denied my dispute. I requested to speak with the dispute department and was told they choose not to speak with customers about disputes. As a customer I think I'm should have the right to speak with them. I am so disappointed in account now. I think I should look for a new bank

AccountNow Card/my card blocked

Yes I have Provided everything they have requested from me! That was on August 12, .2021 and my account is still block I need help with my account. They haven't contacted me back about information they have received from me. I send my proof of my address my utility and proof ID with right information they quested from me and still I haven't heard anything from them!

My name is Susanne Parker and I want to close my accountnow account and have my balance in my account transferred to another account.I have not been able to access my online account and unable to talk to a live person who speaks good, clear english.This has been an on going issue for several years and I've had enough problems with Accountnow.I cann't even access my account on line to see where my money is going.. I want to close this account and have my $789.35 transferred to my new account. AccountNow I am complaining about a debit transaction I just made at the 36st seven eleven store in camden

I made a debit transation at the 7/11 store on 36 and federal st store. The debit was for $400 dollars and I only got back $340 dollars. I called them and they told me to call my card company I am request a refund as soon as possible to my debit card. [protected] when I called Account now I was directed to the complaint department for help without even speaking to any one. The machine didnt give any receipts out either and I did request them

AccountNow Prepaid card

I purchased a cruise from carnival before covid his covid hit and now I'm having to cancel it and to cancel it and they sent them to refunds from the original transactions to account now and they are holding my funds and have been for 6 days every time I call it's gonna be 24 to 72 hours I'll wait 72 hours and it's another 24 to 72 hours I have given them the dates of the original transactions from carnival I'm carnival and still do not have access to my money There was one transaction for $250 another transaction for $230 $130 done on August the 20th they were refunds from carnival cruise And they wouldn't be committing fraud I assure you They only refund to the original form of payment I want my money please help me

Same here, have been waiting for funds to be made available to me since the 19th of August. Everyone you speak to tell you something different. I have been with account now for 4+ years and each year they get worse and worse. I never receive my deposits on time. Then they will blame it on other institutions saying that once they receive the funds they make them available to is right away. Well I for sure know that is not true as I have been waiting since the 19th and keep being told it will be available between 24-72 hours bs.

AccountNow Withholding my money for 3 weeks with not explanations.

Withholding my money deposited 3 weeks ago. I get the same representatives that sound like robots because they read from a script and say the same thing. I had money deposited 8.9.21 and called 8.10.21 for them to release my funds. They say they will have to put in a request for it, as the back office, will take 24 to 72 hours. I waited the 72 hours... Nothing... I call again and I'm told no update, they will put in another request. After that, wait 24 to 72 hrs. I did and nothing again! I did this over 6 times, calling and waiting 72 to nothing. It is now 8.25.21 still I have nothing none can answer my question they keep say wait 72 and they have no update on my account.! 3 weeks now! No one can tell me anything besides wait 24 to 72 hr, I will pit in another request!... These people are stealing my money! Not giving me access to my money. No one can tell me anything... They acknowledge the deposit was done on 8.9.21 they know it's there. They just won't release it and why no one can tell me after 3 weeks... This company is a scam... No one speaks to you like a human... They are robots repeating the same script. No matter what question you ask, you will get an answer that don't make sense.

I have been waiting for two months for a new card because Account now sent my card to the incorrect address. I have over $1,000.00 the are holding. I have sent in all of my documents and they are stuck on... My legal Oregon driver's licence is cropped. I even sent a picture of me holding my ID...they have made it so I can no longer can call. The call just disconnects... I want my money so, I will be using my free lawyer services I get at UPS...

AccountNow Account now will not send me my card

I emailed account now a picture of my id n a couple of my current bill on 7/23 I called everyday they said they received it on 7/26 but it's still
Under review it's 8/23 n they still telling me the same thing my check just sending on my card my bills are bagged up because money is on that card every time I call they say the same thing 48-72 hours it's been a month this is ridiculous who can I talk to who's higher then them because I need my card mailed out

AccountNow My account is frozen and I am unable to get to my funds since June 2021.

I have been banking with Account Now since March 20017 and have Never had an issue like I'm having now. The money that's in my account is my social security and I need to get to it to pay bills and for food. Please review and let me know something ASAP. Thank You

AccountNow Prepaid card

After losing a card and requested a new one, which left a balance on my account. I waited for my new card that never came. Finally I called and was told oh it was mailed but we will mail you another one never have received any. I have called was told to send copy of my ID and proof of address which I have done and still their board is reviewing it is what I keep getting told for 3 months. When I call I keep getting the same story they're still reviewing it 24 to 72 hours is what they tell me. When I asked to speak with somebody higher up or customer care Department they do not have that they are not taking calls at this time is what I am told. I've asked to be transferred to the department who is reviewing the documents they also are not taking calls. I am on Social Security and I cannot afford this I'm not I'm not asking for anything and reasonable only for my money what is rightfully mine

AccountNow My Checking Account ending in 9812

On May 27, 2021 I received a deposit of Casino winnings from MGM casino in the amount of $7861 I requested that the funds be sent to my AccountNow checking account ending in 9812. I was told that my account was blocked and restricted and that I needed to submit documentation identifying my identity my address and where the funds came from.I didn't d upload the requested documents where they were received on June 3, 2021. I was then told by their customer service representatives of account now that it will take five business days for my funds to be received and then I will have access to my account as of today I have not received my funds And my account is still restricted and blocked. The customer service representatives are not very fluent in English. At this time I feel I am being scammed for my money and not given any answers as to when my money will be available for me to withdraw. I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter.

Desired outcome: I just want to be made whole.

I have the same issue however my account is not blocked or restrictions...I play online casino and have my money deposited when I win to my account. I have been doing this since Nov of 2020. And same routine..money gets deposited...I wait 24 hrs I have to call rep.for them to release it..it takes 24 to 72 hours. BUT THIS LAST TIME I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING.and not 1 rep can answer WHY my money is jot being release..they just keep.telling.me I will put in another request that will take into 24 to 72..I have been hearing this for 3 weeks now.money deposited on 8.9.21 and it is jow 8.25.21 and each time I call I can not get 1 rep that can help...all I hear is the same BS ..I will pit in request and you wait 72hrs...I asked them then WHAT after 72 hours and its not there WHAT are yall going tell me...to WAIT ANOTHER 72 HRS AFTER I DONE HEARD THAT 7 TIMES IN 3 WEEKS!

AccountNow Pre paid card bank acount now green dot

This company is a piss pour excess for company that handles peoples money . They are rude you can't understand nothing they say its all gibberish. Think about if they stole a dollar from every customer they be rich . I got my income tax money . I went to get money out and there max limit was 300 . They have no Customer service after hours . And every single time I maid a purchase. They seem to double charge me for what reason I don't know getting ready to call now just thought I'd leave a review for this company . . I've had a lot of prepaid cards from different companies and this one is by far the worst one I've ever dealt with. They need to be investigated audited and looked at 5 or whatever f b i c i a who cares. They need to be shut down look at all the reviews I've read and every single one of them that I read people are talking about how they're stealing from him not that we're having a hard enough time as it is and then if it's the last thing we need is some stupid think stealing from us.

AccountNow Getting access to money in my account

My debit card expired 3/31. Forgot to update my address so I never received a new one. On 4/6 was told to verify who I am & was wrong with 1 digit of my old PO box. I called later with the right address & was told to submit documents for proof of identity & a copy of my utility bill with my new address. In the park I live in my landlord gets the bill & breaks it down for all of us, so they gave me a document to submit. On 5/4 I uploaded it, with copies of my id, front & back of my expired debit card & a note from me & told it takes 3 days to process. Heard nothing the following week so I uploaded another note & copy of my SS card. Each time I call I'm told my file is in another department & I'll hear something soon. I've talked to 8 different people, including 2 "managers" who say the same thing. Don't know if my documents were approved, but told I'll get a letter soon with a decision. My acct has last month & this next month's SSI, & my stimulus. I'm becoming homeless for unpaid rent.

AccountNow Account frozen over 30 days for their own mistake

I called to get a new card because mine was expired and they did not send me a new one the lady I talked to could not speak or understand English well at all she was confused about my security question asking me the model of my first car instead of the make therefore she entered the wrong answer because she was asking the wrong question and it froze my account I sent in the documents required once by email that was sent to me and after a couple days I heard nothing back so I called again they told me to upload it on a website I done that then she said it would take 1-5 business days and my new card would be sent out that was on may 05 2021 over 30 days ago and I have not even received a phone call email or anything from them I have called almost every day and get the same broken record repeated line nobody is even willing to help me or answer questions I have told them my situation to let their supervisor know and nobody will help do anything I have lost my truck my home my job and most damaging I've completely lost a business opportunity I've invested and worked relentlessly on for over 5 years because I couldn't pay the E&O insurance because I had no access to my money and the company signed with a different contractor my credit score has dropped over 200 points completely ruining my good credit because I couldn't pay my bills and my credit cards got canceled and vehichle repossessed I had no way to work after that and was fired from my job my wife and 3 kids and I are now homeless broke and have lost everything because of account now and their complete neglect to fix their own mistake I couldn't even stop my paycheck from getting directly deposited every week into that account I've looked up every number I can find online and it's all the same place with someone who can't speak good English at all this is beyond ridiculous a family's lives have been turned upside down and ruined because of this and it has cost me thousands of dollars in late fees repo fees early contract fees I've had to sell personal items to try to pay bills but nobody will even call or message me for anything and I've given them my email and phone number

AccountNow Replacement card

I have been waiting on a replacement card since May 4, 2021 I submitted all the documents they needed more than May 4, 2021 is now in a month later and still no replacement card when I call I'm told the same thing that my Documents still hasn't been review. They just keep telling you the same thing and there's no other numbers to reach no one other than customer service
