Ace car staff did'nt inform me about old scratched on the car was already there, and the paper did not stated the condition of the car at the time. Staff didn't assist me to check the car at all, until I return the car their pointed out small scratch at the back size of fish eye, I was not aware of how. s this happened
Ace Rental charge me with big bill taken from my credit card of $ 2000
and also their holding my deposit money $ 750
I was very dis-pointed of how they were able to blame me, for it, with out any consideration of their own staff didn't assist me to check the condition at the time this is my right to be inform of any car condition.
I booked this car because I trust Jet Star will give me good service. I fly with Jet Star often
but this experience shock me. why Jet Star using this Ace car provided at all
it was horrible experience and for that my respect for Jet Star is low.
