My name is Richard Wampler Jr. I am contacting you in reference to a withdraw from my checking account for $65.54 on Nov. 29 that I did not authorize ! My statement read as follows : POS W/D DRI*ACTIVISIONSTORE / ORDERFIND.COM MN STORE / ORDERFIND.COM MN $65.54. I have already contacted my bank in reference to a fraud case. I need someone I can speak by phone as soon as possible.

Broken Guitar Hero Games
On my Guitar Hero Drum set and Rock band drum set, the bass pedal broke. What happened was the wire on the Guitar Hero Drum set symbol does not work along with the bass pedal wire came undone from the pedal. On the Rock Band drum set, the bass pedal broke right above the hinge. I just thought I would let you know that the products do not last long. I only had the Guitar Hero drumset since Christmas of 2009. Thank you.

I bought one of there games and it eventually broke due to the system somehow. I sent them the game back and a 20 dollar money order. they have no record of getting my game and they said there is nothing they can do. so now i am out a 70 dollar game and a 20 dollar money order. they could at least send me a new game i have been a loyal customer and this has been my first problem and they cant do anything they said.

I beg of you to reconsider re-releasing downloadable characters & missions on Playstation Network. Pleas don't punish the loyal fans of the game that actually went out and spent their hard-earned money, just because your initial sales didn't meet expectations. If you continue to add to this game, you will continue to make money. Either just a re-release the original DLC to give gamers another chance at these, since so many of us missed out the first time around. Or packaging them with new characters that are at least halfway created by being NPCs such as Bishop, Black Widow & Havok. Or at least offer up characters that were already created for select platforms like Blade, Cyclops & Ghost Rider as DLC, the work is already done on those characters. That would definitely generate some additional profits, and get people excited about the replay both online and not.
Many fans are irate over the way the Downloadable content was handled. Please make things right!

I want to make a complaint towards activision and/or treyarch for absolutely disgusting server performance on the PS3 / call of duty 5 world at war.
I'm about to make a petition with over 100 ready to sign but I dont see why I hsould waste my time. The game used to be enjoyable but now I cannot connect with 2 of my friends but can connect to many others. He cannot even hear me in the lobby. Then when we are in the same lobby, I join a game and he his booted everytime.
I have been playing a while and just recently have been losing every single game and Im usually a 1.06 KILL/DEATH ratio. My connection bar shows 3 usually but I am still shot with what looks like 1 bullet from the enemy, proving that they are seeing me a long itme before I see them and therefore killing me. I am an IT manager and have tried absolutely everything. My network is fine, it is 100% at the serverside, its pathetic, have they patched the game so that my connection looks high but in actual fact it isnt? Are they disguising the fact that the servers are so poor but dont want us to know?
Are certain countries taking up the bandwith or do certain areasd have priority? Either way, I am a patient person and have waited for a decent game, 10 hours of play later and it is still the same. Doesnt matter what rank they are either, even poor players are seeing me before I get to see them, the lag is atrocious and characters are jerking all over the place.
I hope you fix this rubbish before people boycott this game, especially as moder warfare 2 is coming out. Im glad they rant using your crap servers, you are obviously a bit daft not to fix this ready for map pack 4.

It has come to my attention that the pistols on Black Ops 2 are to over powered. I am saying this because I was using the Chicom CQB
on Nuke town 2025 and i was on a merciless then a p***k comes around the corner with a Kap-40. Later on in that match another person runs through the map with a B23R and kills me when I sprayed him and i hit every bullet I fired. So i want you to Buff the sub machine guns and nurse the pistols to make the game play more realistic

i would appreciate it if you could make a new update making the L96A1 sniper stronger then how youve created it. Im tired of getting hitmarkers on enemies with a sniper, if this game was realistic like it was advertised then it would be instant death, i find it hard to believe a f***ing knife or tomahawk to the foot can kill someone when a sniper rifle barely effects them and also make killcams more accurate because they do not know what has actualy happend 90% of the time, its ridiculous how when i know i knifed someone, but i die anyway and watch the killcam and it shows that i didnt do f*** all, its the most irritting thing possible, thanks for listening, hopefully you will take my advice ps: i know alot of people that have quit plying call of dutys in general because of the ### sniper strength and because you do not have an online independent host server. :)

i have just received a 2 day ban and all my progress reset on black ops for the xbox 360 for being in a game that another player had hacked so it ranked people up quicker, i dont have a choice in which lobby i am put into so how can treyarch do this to me as i am not the person that hacked the lobby, also i have gone to my recent play list and found the idiot who done this and he has had nothing done to him, i spent 6 days of ingame play to get to my pretige 4 rank 32 and now its all gone he had spent 1 day and a few hours and hacked to 15th prestige and is still playing, where is the justice in this.

Hackers are widespread on Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Online. All parties involved Infinity Ward, Activision, Sony are not rectifying the problem or even telling its customers when the problem will be fixed. I am trying to report each hacker as I come across them (there are just too many of them). Now I am getting abusive mail from them and although Infinty Ward have said they have a fix for the problem Sony is still not responding. Disgusting behaviour from players and Sony. Pictures are attached of 2 mails sent to me with abusive language.

yes i would agree that there are too many hackers, its getting ridiculous. I would also say that in top of all the hacking activision dont distribute the maps out evenly, you seem to get invasion more than anything elseand there are lots of other things that need sorting out with modern warfare 2. If they sorted all of the problems out (hacking, map distribution etc) then modern warfare 2 would easily be one of the best games of the year.

I would like to submit this complaint due to the fact that there is racism involved.
The game product by activision has been cracked by a few people online and have created cracked servers where they can freely express racism towards other people.
I have proof of this and i have the usernames and IP adress of the server. It is located in the US.
I as a libyan do not have activision support here in libya and there is no branch.
The game call of duty that i own is also cracked however i have decided to join this server and have been repeatedly abused by racsist words.
I beg of you to do something.
It is unfair that they freely use the word ni***er and F*** etc., I am shocked by this and i beg of you to do something, including for the african american community in the US.
They have also used terms against religion, ex F*** Allah and other extreme words.
