Adare's Boutique Can't get refund for items not shipped

I have been a customer of Adare's Boutique since 11/2/2015...so almost eight (8) years and EVERY order I have placed and received has had absolutely no issue until the dreaded order 22005 ordered on 3/8/23. Two pieces by Heydari were made to order so I understood that those two pieces may take a bit longer...I was even patient when the estimated ship time of two weeks (as stated on the website) passed...so after the last contact received form Adare's on 3/28/23 came and went, I started contacting Adare's on 4/21/23...6 emails and 4 phone calls later (not including the ones I hung up on after being transferred to the horrid voice mail of no return) I still have not been contacted by the infamous Kathleen, who as others have said, is always busy with another client...all I can say is LUCKY client! Now Rachel, who has identified herself as the Receptionist's Manager has promised she would personally walk the message over to Kathleen. You would think this sad, sad story would have taken a turn for the better after this promise, but no...

Please do not laugh when I tell you that on the ABOUT US section of the Adare's Boutique website, these are the words guaranteeing everyone fair access to the customer service that is deserving of all customers regardless of the business:

"Our pledge is to constantly offer the best Customer Service."

What a joke!

I read in Adare's responses to the complainants below where the customer has been blamed for the "bullying" of the receptionist, but it is frustration talking not bullying and it isn't the receptionist or the customer's fault, the fault falls squarely on the back of the owner, Kathleen McCoy...it is a public name on LinkedIn so don't blank it out!

All want is to part ways with this unscrupulous small business owner by receiving my refund of $294.12 without delay.

Adare's Boutique Payment not received

We (Image Editing Services – www.image-editing-services.com) are an image editing services provider from India. We were engaged with client Kathleen (http://www.adaresboutique.com/) [protected]@aol.com, [protected]@adaresboutique.com in providing image editing services where client used to make post payments on work completion and its submission.

Copy of the email correspondence for work receipt, payment request and delivery has been enclosed as a proof and history on communication. Please expand / zoom in / Enlarge screenshot views for better viewing of information.

We claim the work that Client has uploaded on Client's website. We are filing an online complaint against Client's company for using our work without payment. We don't authorize or allow its usage unless it is being paid in full. We hold complete copyright of images uploaded on Client's website since it is our work and Client has not paid it yet despite of its error free and timely submission to Client.

We don't have any intention or purpose to defame Client as a company in the market but generally we take this action and step when the emails or calls go unresponsive and payments are not cleared up until the period of over 6 month after work submission. We already gave Client 1 week notice period to clear the pending funds and warned client that failing to the same will subject to be penalized for 30% Surcharged of the Project amount and will further have us to forcibly file a complaint against Client and Client's company, on ONLINE CONSUMER COMPLAINT BOARDS.
Client was supposed to pay via PayPal. With PayPal charges, pending amount is 1090.3 USD which is yet left to be cleared since long. Client notice period/ term for payment submission ended on 5th of May.2016 hence we are filing this complain against client's company. Current complaint can be retrieved / pulled back provided client pays the project amount with penalty charges without any further delays.

We have also received auto responses to our all emails so client cannot claim to have not received any of our emails.
