I bought these addidas spring balde tekkies last year for almost R3000 for a pair from the shop studio 55 in Boksburg. I maybe wear the tekkies onces a month but as you'll see in the photos, both the shoes broke exactly the same way! The shoes broke after six months.I feel very disappointed with the quality of the shoes I have other shoes that I wear daily and they aren't even damaged.

Bought these shoes a little after Christmas they were almost $100. The stitching in falling apart and I'm very disappointed in how poor quality they are for such a high price! I loved these shoes and barely wore them and they are falling apart. I take very good care of my shoes and thinking the quality sucks and something should be done to resolve this.

I bought these shoes in July 22, 2017 and it is now August 20, 2017 from the Finish Line in Peoria, IL and they are falling apart already. Where the laces are attached to the shoe has come unstitched. I am very disappointed in this product. $50 for a kids shoeS, I thought they would have lasted a little longer than a month. I have a attached a pic of the problem. I hope that these can be replaced. I do not have my receipt but I do have my bank statement showing the purchase.

Hi I brought my son a new pair of rapidaRun adidas shoes from rebel sport in fountain gate shopping centre Melbourne on the 22 of July. it's now 19 of August and they are falling apart the fabric around the toe area has all torn im very pissed. we payed $90 for these shoes thinking they will atleast last 3 months. they haven't even lasted a month I've got him $20 shoes from kmart that have lasted longer than these shoes did. so I would like to no what you guys can do to help me thanks.

I bought shoes from Adidas store at Seattle Premium Outlet stores, when I reached home back in Canada, I noted that the shoe size does not match with each other, i.e., one shoe is size 10 and other shoe is 10.5. I talked to the manager of the store, Suzie, and she admitted the mistake, but wants me to drive to the store again (which is 1 hour 40 minute drive) to pick the shoe up as they do not ship. She never felt sorry about what had happened, and also was arguing that if I want correct size, I should come back to the store otherwise "forget it".

I found it totally rude and a waste of money going that far for shopping.

I bought these in my size. In the shop, they fit me. But once I started playing a match in them, they started hurting my feet and after the game, my heel looked like this (please refer to attached photo) as you can see, it rubbed the skin off. I tried wearing thick and thin socks but it made no difference, it also started hurting the base of my foot. Please help.

I have been waiting several months for a response from adidas. I bought the adidas tubulars in black, I wore the shoes leisurly 3 times and the material ripped on the toe. I re purchased the same shoes and have worn them many more times and had no issues. I feel they were defective and being that I have owned 50-60 pairs over the years that I deserve the respect of a response and a refund.

I bought these shoes at champs in Acadiana mall on August 4th. I worn them once the other day and my shoe got wet and the some yellow spots started to show on the top of the shoe and the sides. I think the red/orange insert in the shoe might've been defective and leaked into my fabric. And I'm very dissatisfied that this happened. I only got to wear my shoes once I'm a college student it's hard for me to spend $130. I would like to get a new pair and Or be able to exchange them for new ones. Thank you

I went to the Y-3 store in Soho NYC to pick up the Kydo sneaker I ordered online (my order #0108Z545417389). When I got the shoes in the store, I politely asked one of the staffs leaning at the cash register if I can tried it on in the store just to see how it looks like on foot. And then, the next 10mins while I was trying on the shoes and looking at other products in the store, the 2 staffs there started to whine and make fun of past customers who had the same requests, another staff even came from the back of the store to join the conversation, for example, one of the female staffs said”if they buy the shoes online, they should try it on at their home. The shoes is literally not our product (from our store)” “next time just put the delivery box in at bag and give it to them and let them go.””our manager is not happy about it” “don’t let them try the shoes on, especially during 1-3pm.“ First, when I was in the store at 7pm, there’s no other customers in the store. Second, I purchase the shoes online and Adidas provided the option to ship the shoes to the Y-3 store, and it’s literally an Y-3 sneaker, I’m still Adidas’ customer, I don’t see why the staffs don’t want me to try the Y-3 shoes on in a Y-3 STORE. I feel terribly being insulted and angry about how I experienced and treated as a frequent Y-3 customer in the Y-3 soho store.

I bought a pair of Adidas lifestyle shoes on the 23rd June 2017 for R1200 from Edgars in Cavendish Square, Cape Town. I am very disappointed with the quality as the stitching on the front of the shoe has already started coming loose. I have not worn the shoe for more than two months and they already look old and tacky. I am not happy with the quality of the shoe, considering the price I paid for them. I have photo's attached for proof of the quality.

I visited the employee store in Portland Oregon, 7/27/17 at @ 10 am. I attempted to use a gift card I purchased years ago and a guest pass I received. The pass was expired but that was the one I received when I bought at the same store years ago. I was told that by purchasing the gift card, I was in effect buy a guest pass to use in the future. I was told there was no expiration date. I tried explaining this but the young man continue to repeat his canned response that the pass was expired. If I would have known the information at the check out was wrong, I would have not bought Two gift cards. My company receives passes throughout the year, so I was Not trying to sneak in with my 6 yr old. The young man did not try to resolve the situation or call a manager. I was not going to argue but after explaining my experience to co-workers I felt I needed to inform you I was giving wrong information or deceiving information to begin with. My co-workers laughed because Adidas employee pass are easy to obtain and yet I was denied entry.

I bought these soccer boots from Sportsman's wear house pavilion branch Westville for R1500-00. Slip number [protected]. Date of purchase : 19/04/2017. My son began using these the following week on Mondays and Thursdays. Since then he has played a few matches. Considering during school holidays they were not used at all. Now on both boots the sole is coming off. I don't think the quality of the shoe is value for money
Is this possible that this boot will only last 2 months and not even been used every day. Not a happy customer..I can send photos at your request.

If anyone knows me, they know that I pride myself in the Adidas brand. I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. However, my recent experience with the brand leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I purchased a sneaker from a reputable store in the KZN region over the weekend (22/07/2017). I had worn it for less than a day and I am appalled at the condition of the sneaker after the wear of it. Please see attached pictures of the sole. This leaves me quite frustrated. Not only was this a highly priced sneaker, but I had to travel to another branch in order to obtain it.

It saddens me that my efforts have been in vain. These situations dismays customers. I must say, I'm not longer keen in Adidas

I'm thinking of going onto a larger platform to voice your opinion.

last july 17, 2017 i ordered online through adidas.com their new pink nmd r2. i got an email of their order number and it says it is on its way. I got my package 7/24/17 and when i opened the box they sent me the wrong item they sent slippers instead of my $140 nmd shoes that i already paid for. Upon calling customer service they said that the nmd r2 shoes is out of stock now and i could not have the nmd r2 shoes that i ordered last week. So where did the shoes that i purchase go? why would it be out of stock if i bought a pair and didnt receive it? these questions they werent able to answer because they dont have a direct line to distribution center online thru the mail. So they told me that they created a complain to distribution center and that i have to call corporate myself to file this complain (which is totally inconvenient because it was there fault on sending me the wrong item and they couldnt give me the item that i originally ordered). i am so frustrated about this incident. it may just be shoes but i waited months to get this shoes my size.

These are the worst shoes ever! I was looking for some good, comfortable shoes and opted for these. They looked comfortable. I was wrong. I've worn these shoes one time, and I never want to see them again. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn! Unfortunately after one wear, I can no longer return them! Please Adidas! Fix this problem! Refund - exchange - store credit, anything! I will gladly send the shoes back, in the box and all!

We bought an Adidas I think it is the tenth one in my life. Up to now I have never bought or heard such kind of a flimsy shoe such like this from Adidas. We are living in a buy and throw away age but I would not expect this from Adidas. As we complaint to the shop we bought they got the complaint and the shoe. After keeping the shoe 28 days they returned it and said this was due to misuse of my 11 year old. In significant part of the summer holiday he used the sport shoe which was a Turkish small firm made one with one forth of the price(45 $ for Adidas and 13 $ for the Turksih one. The first Adidas was the one that my father bought 36 years ago that he had brought it from Germany. Now this one was the last one….

I have been wearing Adidas campus for almist 2 decades. I bought a new pair this week from a reputable company. The shoe almost looks like my old pair but I saw a few differences. Firstly. The leather feels cheap and thin and the suade is not as lush as the old pair. The cushioning on the new pair is less than the old. The back top is narrower and higher and consequently pushes against the lower achilles. The trade mark white laces are now the same colour as the leather. The inner sole is loose where it was always fixed in older pairs. The inside of the tongue now has cheap scratchy material. The cushioning on the inside is now yhe same colour as the shoe where it used to be a trademark white. The shoe feels like a cheap knockoff and the only resemblance it bears to the original is the name.

I emailed i phone and costumer service was nothing but rude to me and she didnt say buy or have a nice day she just hung the phone up. They are very unprofessional and rude and she was a supervisor like how is she? They could not refund me my money or give me anything else to buy from the store with the money. I will not be buying anuthing else from adidas again because of the costumer service i recived. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.
