Predator Edge. 3 FG Football/Soccer Boots, Stitching
Soccer boots used for 1/2 season, but purchased in July 2022, in very good condition, but have come apart at the seam, on my daughters (16 yr. old) not dominant foot. During a game on Sunday 28 May 2023.
We returned to the store (Rebel, Waurn Ponds, Victoria) for assessment, and they said normal wear and tear of a soccer boot.
I do not agree and think they have come apart at the stitching due to possible weak stitching in manufacturing.
Miss 16 has worn this style of adidas boot for 4 seasons, has multiple pairs and never had any issue with stitching before.
and should have got a lot more wear out of these boots.
I have purchased the same boots again for her as these are the ones she loves.
They are light weight and comfortable.
Loves the adidas brand and would love to continue supporting them,
Takes her Football very seriously and wants to play for the long term.

Men used to advertise womens swimming costumes
I have been using adidas sports wear for 30 years including clothes and shoes'... currently i have two pairs of shoes and various pieces of clothing... because adidas is using men to advertise women's swimming costumes i have now cut my shoes in half and thrown them in the trash and now use my adidas clothing to polish the car...i would not be seen dead in any adidas products from now on...i think it is disgusting that adidas has done this...i will never buy another adidas product as long as i live...adidas should hang your collective heads in shame for promoting this disgusting theme as a marketing and advertising tool...it is absolutely sick in particular the add shows a bulging crouch area of a male...and this is meant to advertise women's swimwear! how utterly sick and disgusting!

If you cannot find a real woman to model these swimsuits, I am not interested in purchasing from you. Men get enough attention -- real women should be used to advertise women's products. I saw this today, May 18 at 9:40 a.m. I know this has become a politicized issue lately, and I am not addressing it as such. I am addressing it simply as a person whose sex is female, biologically female, not trying to choose to be female. I am addressing it from a female viewpoint, and want you to look at it from our viewpoint, not from a politically correct view. Women have worked very hard to gain recognition -- do not take that recognition from us and bestow it on a biological man.
Desired outcome: I would hope you could find an actual woman to use in your ads for women's products. Until you do, I won't be purchasing from your company.
Misspelt Messi shirt
Bought a shirt for my 15 year old son at Christmas, didn't check the item till Christmas day and don't know how they managed to spell Messi wrong, I went trough to customer service who provided a code to use for another item, no refund was offered. My son paid for the shirt out of his own account and so the voucher went to him, there was no mention that this needed to be used within 60 days to myself. He did try to use the voucher on another shirt within the 60 days but it didn't work, he lives with his dad 50 % of the time and I've only just managed to try ans sort this out as all the emails and details went direct to my son. Having gotten into contact with customer service they say nothing can be done, this is disgusting, nearly £90 for a misspelt shirt

I purchased a pair of sandals for my son from the adidas website on the 3rd of May 2023. I had shared our house address in kozhikode, kerala, India and given my spouse's contact details as well when placing the order. Yesterday (6th may), my wife got a message informing her that the shipment is out for delivery and it also mentioned a code that she is supposed to share with the delivery guy. Within minutes she also gets a message from adidas stating that the courier partner has notified adidas that they are unable to deliver the order and it also gives a link which gives her an option to reschedule the delivery. I wonder as to why these two messages came in b2b.
She goes to the link and reschedules the delivery to today (7th may) and when we didnt hear from anyone until now, we checked the adidas site and saw the status as failed once again. Both yesterday and today we havent received any calls from your delivery agents and when we tried the number given in the message, no one answers.
Our apartment is located around 1km from the IIM campus in kozhikode, kerala, india and its not in some far-off hard-to-reach location. Courier companies in this part of kerala are notorious for not delivering items to the customers location and instead resort to such tactics to force the customers to go to their office to collect the items. I have had to face such situations with flipkart and myntra. I hope that is not what your delivery agent - Ecom Express is trying to pull off. They claim that they have attempted a delivery but no one showed up at our doorstep or called us. Strangely enough the tracking at Ecom's site shows the estimated date for delivery as 10th may but on the same page it also shows that delivery has failed!

The customer service representative cancelled my order since the items was no longer in stock. I have purchased thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise and a loyal customer. Adidas middle east customer and shopping issues
I am Adidas member and buy a lot of my items from the South African store. 95% the service is excellent. Since moving to the Middle East I have had numerous issues with the online shopping and customer service.
Online shopping
Using welcome voucher code - I attempted to buy something wit the voucher. It processed and I paid. However after some days the order was cancelled. There was no communication. It took weeks with up and down emails for them to refund the money. To apologise the provided a 30% voucher code to be use on anything other than hype items
Second item - received an email to say I qualified for the scavenger hunt and I had a code. If the code worked I could checkout and pay and get my items are a discounted rate. I followed through and was able to secure a purchase. Within 24 hours they canceled and said it was a technical glitch very much like the first attempts.
The third time I want a pair of new shoes the 4d fwd shoes. I went to the store they did not have it so I was forced to buy it online. I decided to use the 30% voucher they gave me however they moment I inputted the code it is advised it cannot be accepted. For weeks I have been battling to get them to support me to solve this issue. Now they are just not replying. In the meantime the shoe sold out
I feel the voucher was a lie and All their campaigns are too. I am really disappointed. When I went online to check reviews or the Middle East I so many people complaining about similar things.

Refund or make it right to the customer. Bought a custom jersey and was delivered in a bag which means it was smashed and jammed between every box that could damage it. When we opened it the number and name looked like it was run through a heavy denim distressed machine. Customer service sucks and took no fault. It was our fault for ordering a custom jersey and there was no refund or replacement. Then don’t mail custom jerseys in a bag but in a box because it cost us $150 and and let us keep a crappy jersey and refund $30. How the hell do I buy a custom adidas jersey with $30?

I am writing to file an official complaint against one of your employees at the Adidas store located at 627 Nguyen Van Cu street, Long Bien, Hanoi.
Recently, I had an issue with the shoes I purchased from your store and requested a refund or warranty claim. However, the employee I dealt with refused to assist me and denied my right to speak to their superior. Instead of providing me with accurate information from the official Adidas website, he showed me a poorly printed store regulation on half of an A4 paper. Furthermore, the employee had the audacity to claim that the store regulation printed on the A4 paper overrides any information provided on the official Adidas website, which is absolutely absurd and unprofessional. The employee was extremely rude and lacked any form of compassion towards me, constantly shifting the blame onto me and presenting the store in a negative light. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and reconsidering my loyalty as an Adidas customer.
To give you a better understanding of the issue I must also highlight that after purchasing the shoes, I followed the washing instructions provided on the official Adidas website. I washed the shoes in the delicate mode with cold water and followed the five steps as described on the website. However, after the first wash, I noticed that the glue in some parts of the shoes had disappeared, and the shoe pads had shrunk. Despite following the recommended washing instructions, the shoes were clearly defective, and I expected the store to honor their refund or warranty policy. However, the employee I dealt with was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist me with my legitimate complaint.
In addition to this, I must also mention that the employee informed me that the usual warranty period for Adidas shoes is three months. However, he claimed that the warranty for the "extremely stylish" model I purchased ("Supernova M") had already expired, even though I had bought the shoes just two months ago. This is an unacceptable and dishonest explanation, and it adds to my frustration and disappointment with the service provided by the store.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employee, the defective product I purchased, and the misinformation provided to me regarding the warranty. I would appreciate a response from your team regarding the steps being taken to rectify this situation.

I have owned the original XTs and XT-3s and never had any issues with them. One pair has over 1,000 miles on them. However, I bought a pair of XT-5s and only used them for a few long runs. They literally have 250 miles on them if that and the bottoms started falling apart on my last run. Description;- This incidence happened with me in Adidas store at Ahmedabad one mall, I purchased a pair of shoes (article number:- GX9525), at the time purchasing the original price of shoes was told to me was 12999 and the discounted price told be the salesman was 7800. I purchased the shoes, and my wife collected the shoes from the counter and paid the bill.
After coming back to home I checked that there was 2 pair of socks which were packed with my shoes, then I checked the bill and I got that the price of these socks was added in my bill too, and these socks were added in my purchase without my concern but more of my surprise the shoes which were told of INR 7800 were of INR 6499 now.
When I called the store and told my concern to the store guy who picked my call, he told me that the price of my shoes was approx INR 9000 and those socks were added in my bill for reducing the price of my shoes and because of those pairs of socks only my shoe price is discounted by 50%.
Now my concern is either those shoes were on 50% discount only (which I checked on adidas official website too) and the salesman or biller added those socks to increase my bill or if there was any such discount then Adidas salesman or biller should tell me the same in the store only.
Also there were three different different price revealed by salesman and biller to me, which purchasing shoes salesman told me shoes are of INR 7800, while talkig to biller he told me shoes are of INR 9000 approx and when I seen the bill it is showing that shoes are of INR 6499 only. So who is correct and if there was some change in articles's price then they should tell me the same in the store only, why I got surprise after checking my bill at home.
Now the questions arise, could I believe in Adidas again, or how could I recommend my family and friend about Adidas now, if they can't follow this type of integrity, or why not I should go to consumer court in against of Adidas.
Waiting for reply from Adidas and I suppose that Adidas will take a strong action against this incidence for keeping its integrity and for maintaining customer's faith in it.

October 15, 2022 I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes for my 9 year old grandson. Before 2 months the shoes began to tear at the toe of both shoes. I only purchased that one item there. Customer service then denied my claim because of no receipt. I had no way of getting a receipt! I felt that Adidas should have honored my refund. I had the shoes, proof of my purchase, the box, the required photos and I had done everything possible to obtain my receipt.

I purchased Adidas sandals, and they are worst quality. I am sending emails to Adidas Customer service last 6+ weeks I haven't got any response yet.
This is unprofessional and rude behavior by Team Adidas.
They said we will collect the sandals asap and 3rd party will collected it. However, next day person from 3rd party left the sandal box outside our house saying we can't take this contact Adidas. I love adidas shoes from the casual line, to runners and even the aqua sneakers that came out a few years back. Unfortunately i now live in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and all my adidas shoes i have bought in the past 5 years (4 pairs) don't last more than 4 or 5 months. The glue on the bottom of the shoe seems to disintigrate in the humidity and the shoes come apart. Maybe just something the design team can look at, otherwise it's not a good brand for warmer climates
