Yesterday I have bought a Run Falcon 2.0 Shoes Women Running form your showroom at Magneto Mall, Raipur and the Salesmen at your outlet offered me a discount of 30% on the product and for which I paid INR 4619.50. Whereas after billing when I have cross checked the same online I bewilders to find that the same is @40% and the net price is INR3959.50. When I complained the same they refused to refund me the excess amount of INR 660/- nor ready to take back the shoes. I am highly disappointed with the treatment I received from the company of your repute. Contact No.[protected], Raipur, India.

Quality of product.
I recently purchased a new pair of runners to replace my well worn (really good ) old pair.
I particularly searched out Aididas due to how good the old pair have been.
The new pair however are not as good ! The tongue does not have the foam edging and therefore are not as easy to put on and less comfortable.
I am not sure if this is a manufacturing fault(?) or a cost saving exercise.
Please confirm which? Both pairs manufactured in Indonesia.

I am writing to share my disappointment in my shoes. I have hardly worn them and they are already falling apart. I invested in these shoes after so many recommendations. I love my shoes they are very comfortable, so you can imagine my disappointment when they split on the sole. Is this common?

Hi, yesterday, October 24, 2022, I was shopping and trying a hoodie at Adidas store in Branson MO.
I felt very uncomfortable and surprised when a General Manager of the store /Mr Danny?, bold, with beard/ who unlocked the fitting room asked my to leave my purse outside the fitting room... I said What... no way, then he said I can leave my purse at the register with cashiers... I said again no way...
I can't believe he said that, he treated me as a potential thief,
Good to mention that I work at the same Tanger mall at Polo Ralph Lauren factory store and I always wear Polo clothes, look elegant and successful when shopping at Adidas and working at my store and that GM knows me because once in order to obtain 20% off I told him that I work at the same mall at Polo but I can't proof that besides showing him my signed contract on my phone... He didn't believe me and told me to get/scan the code from my store, I said I just left my shift and I, m not going back for the barcode...
I visit that Adidas store once in 2 weeks regularly always look for size 2xl or 3xl and my son worked as a police officer in Branson MO 2 years ago... I find this man/general manager as a very arrogant person... I am writing to file a complaint regarding this soccer cleat that was purchased at Dicks Sporting Goods 42 days ago and this is what this cleat looks like. My son practices 2 days a week and plays a game on Saturday. This cleat has been worn approximately 14 times. My child has been playing soccer for awhile and never have I experienced a cleat tear like this in 1 months use. I do not have the receipt on hand because my sons father bought this for him. But he could possibly get a copy of his bank statement and can show proof of purchase. Regardless I do not want our money back my son just needs his cleats to wear to soccer. Ultra boost shoes / customer service / return policy
In the beginning of August I ordered school shoes for my son. Ultra Boost shoes. He loves these shoes and we have HAD many pairs over the years. The shoes were delivered and within less than a month the shoes were falling apart. Ripping on the toe and on the sides. I called customer service the first time and waited OVER an hour for someone to help me. On that call they said I would need to take pictures of the ripping shoe as well as the inside label to be considered for a replacement pair. I did as requested, submitted the pictures and never heard back. I called customer service a SECOND time and waited for 55 minutes this time to speak with someone. This time they told me that the case was up for review and to give it a week or so and then someone from Adidas would be in touch. I waited two weeks this time and NO RESPONSE! I called customer service a THIRD time and WAITED THIS time for 50 minutes to speak with someone. On the third call customer service told me that we can in fact get a new pair but we must return the bad shoes first. REALLY? I explained that these shoes were the ONLY pair of shoes that my son has to wear to school and what was he supposed to do in the mean time while we are waiting for the replacement pair. I was also told the replacement could take up to 20 days. I asked if we could have the new pair sent first and then send back the ripping pair and I was told no and that this is the policy. This policy is UNACCEPTABLE! If you have ever bought shoes for a teenage boy you know that you buy one pair at a time because of growing feet. As it was I paid over $150 for this pair of shoes that is now falling apart. I am not sure why I can't get a new pair of shoes sent to me and then send back the bad shoes. I even asked my son if he was willing to send them back and wait and he said NO, "What shoes will I wear in the mean time." EXACTLY! For some people sending back and waiting may not be an issue but not for a teenage boy who has 1 pair of shoes due to continually growing feet. I am disgusted with Adidas! The customer service has been terrible, NO communication, and not very understanding. When I called Dick's about a similar situation a year or so ago, I was sent a replacement right away! I am certain that next time I will think twice about ordering from Adidas. I will also advise anyone else I know to do the same!

My 15 years old son is a soccer player. He has been playing soccer since he was 5.
He had been using Adidas soccer shoes for most of these years and we were satisfied with the shoes' comfort and durability.
However, my latest experience with Adidas was less satisfying.
Two months ago we bought ADIDAS X SPEEDPORTSL.3 FG at Rishon Le-Zion, G Center in Israel. Two weeks after buying the shoes, and after only a single week of usage – one of the shoes tore apart and became unusable.
Returning to the store, the sales woman did agree with me that the shoe was useless and shall be replaced. She explained that she must send the shoes to Adidas\Israel (Life Sport LTD – Adidas official importer to Israel) for them to evaluate and approve the shoes replacement. This she explained can take upto 14 days, but is usually faster.
Since my son was using the shoes and did not have spare soccer shoes, I asked to speak to the store manager. The sales woman said that the manager is not present (however, she continuously went to the back of the store to advise). As we placed the shoes for evaluation, the kind sales woman, filling the form cared to note that these shoes are not intendent for usage at soccer leagues. I did ask for any certificate regarding her extensive knowledge of soccer, which she failed to show. She also failed to response to my sincere suggestion to add a sign near the shoes display to indicate these shoes are not suitable for league usage.
After 12 days, in which I tried to contact Life Sport LTD (their phone has been disconnected for a very long time), and after several calls to the store (needless to say, the store did not bother to call me) – I received a confirmation to return to the store to replace the shoes.
Returning to the store – this time the sales woman did call the store manager, I explained that in the meantime I had to purchase a new pair of shoes for my son to play, and asked for a refund instead of a replacement. They refused to refund me.
They did allow me to purchase other merchandise instead of shoes – only that I bought a 319 NIS shoes, when the store had a discount of 95 NIS, and they refused to allow me this discount! (Only to refund me of 319-95 = 224 NIS) When I tried to explain that it makes no sense to deprive me of a discount, for a defect which was there responsibility – the store manager did not care to listen. I ended up taking a similar shoe, without any possibility for a fair, reasonable refund.
As I mentioned, in the meantime, I purchased my kid another different pair of shoes. I bought is from an Adidas competitor, just couple of steps from the mentioned Adidas store. They have nice sales persons, a manager which is present and a policy of on the spot replacement for defected shoes, purchased within a month.
You are also more than welcome to read the comments on posts on Adidas Israel facebook page. I wish I had done this prior to the above described incident. Would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.
Football boots
I bought two pairs of football boots for my kids and both boots are spoiled on the soles.
A pair with less than 10 sets broke the sole and another one with 9 months of use broke the sole...very poor quality for the price you pay.
I have bought from other brands and this has never happened to me...I would like to return the boots and get my money back...

i contacted adidas regarding a purchase and attempted to use several promo codes and none of them worked, so i contacted customer service and i was put on hold and given the run around, i also used points to purchase promo code that also did work... the customer service representatives also treated me like they did care wheter i made the purchase or not.

Compre un par de zapatos de futbol ADIDAS X SPEEDPORTAL.3 FG el pasado 15/08/2022 en Adidas de Montevideo Shopping, Montevideo, Uruguay.
Tras usarlos dos veces en un terreno adecuado, la tela de ambos zapatos se desgarro en el mismo lugar.
Tras el incidente, lleve los mismos a la tienda en la cual lo compre y desde Control de Calidad me informaron que efectivamente estaban fallados y que ese modelo habia presentado fallas en varias ocasiones.
Por lo tanto, procedieron a entregarme un cheque por el mismo monto para poder comprar en la tienda. El problema es que en ninguna tienda de montevideo tienen calzado de futbol talle 9 americano y ya hace dos semanas que los devolvi.
Yo necesito unos zapatos de futbol urgente y no me pueden ofrecer ninguno despues de haber obtenido unos fallados. Me hubiera gustado cambiarlos en el mismo momento que los devolvi, pero ya voy esperando dos semanas por nuevos ingresos y no tienen stock de ningun zapato de futbol talle 9 americano.
La verdad estoy decepcionado por haber obtenido unos zapatos de aproximadamente unos U$S 170 y que esten fallados.
Quisiera que me devuelvan el dinero o en su defecto tomare acciones legales en contra de adidas.

Bought my granddaughter a pair of Adidas sneakers from outer store in Waterloo NY, she wore the shoes twice and the Bungie " laces" snapped off. We bought these shoes for my son (15yrs old) the last week of August 2022 at the shoe company in the Oshawa centre in Oshawa, Ontario. We were visiting family there for the week, as we live in Eastern Passage, NS. They were bought as his new back to school shoes. He started school yesterday, Sept 7. He wore them 2 days in a row and on the second day (today Sept 8) at school during gym class the sole broke into two! I paid 99.99 plus tax for these shoes and he only wore them 2 days. I cannot find this receipt but I do have it on my back statement.
Desired outcome: I would love my money back or a coupon for the $99.99 plus tax to get another pair of adidas runners.
Order Never Received
I placed an order on 8/4/22 for 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of socks, order cost me approximately $260.00. I received the FedEx tracking numbers once the order slip was prepared. One pair of socks shipped separately & was delivered on 8/7/22 at 12:34pm, on 8/13/22 I received a notification from FedEx stating my package was delivered at 1:22pm. I have the Ring doorbell, and my sister & I watch it like a hawk because we get packages all the time. I know FedEx did not come to my house because Amazon delivered at 1:20pm that same day, which meant I would have seen him when I grabbed my Amazon package. I immediately contacted FedEx and told them the driver not only didn't deliver a package to my house, but the truck also never drove down my street. I was told by FedEx that only the shipper (Adidas) was authorized to make a claim for the missing package. I then contacted Adidas and was told they would put in the claim, but it would take a few days (which made zero sense to me). I didn't appreciate the lack of concern on Adidas' behalf, for my money & my missing items. I took it upon myself to contact FedEx again a few days later and was told that Adidas has yet to file the missing package claim, and there was nothing they could do. I didn't take that as a satisfactory answer, so I went to the FedEx hub in my area and spoke with a manager who told me I was the 3rd customer to complain on that particular driver. The manager stated he would do an investigation (should take about 30mins to pull the tracking log) and he would call me back, we exchanged numbers. About 1.5hrs later the FedEx manager called me back and said the tracker didn't show the driver as being on my street at all on 8/13/22 but he was on the street before mine & at the address with the same number, but he delivered on the incorrect street. I told him I knew he wasn't on my street because I would have seen him when Amazon drove up. Adidas finally put in the claim and I had to wait several more days before I was able to even receive the claim number. I kept calling FedEx/Adidas, and even called the number the manager gave me but no answers. I finally received a letter in the mail from FedEx stating my claim was denied for $100 due to my package being delivered to the correct address. I then called Adidas to see if they were able to provide customer service to me and was told that FedEx denied the claim and there was nothing further, they were willing to do. I provided the customer service rep with all of the information, including the manager information from FedEx (to which she called and confirmed), and she still said Adidas fulfilled their end and that I needed to fight with FedEx personally. I told her that I wasn't a customer of FedEx, and I didn't purchase nearly $300 worth of product from FedEx. When I asked to speak with her manager, she placed me on hold and came back with the usual response "a manager isn't available right now", then she added "I can inform them of your issue and if they think it's worth a call back, they will contact you". Mind you, I had already re-orderd every item I hadn't received and gave her that information also. To this day 9/8/22 I haven't received a refund from Adidas or FedEx for my missing package. If I didn't think my return package would get "delivered incorrectly or not properly documented" I would return the 2nd order and boycott Adidas along with Kanye West and Sean Combs. I was a proud customer of this brand, but this incident has quickly changed my mind. Guess I'll stick with Nike & New Balance from now on and will encourage my friends/family to do the same.

Women's golf shoes
My wife purchased a pair of Adidas golf shoes at a local country club. Upon wearing the shoes, the first time large brown stains appeared on the surface of the shoes. The stain didn't transfer to her white socks so the issue must be in the upper lining of the shoe.
This is an obvious flaw in the shoe and very disappointing for an Adidas brand product.

These are the “shoes” he will be starting kindergarten in. The 1st stripe on the inside right foot peeled on July 24. I glued it as agin unable to return them because it is the only pair he has to wear. It held until last week and now the stripe on the oppose side peeled this week. I have pictures supporting it. He is a 5 year old who doesn’t want different shoes. I need a replacement before I can return these. Besides not being able to afford much more. It is obviously a defect. I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes; two of which are the same shoe just different sizes. According to Adidas, all 3 pairs were shipped together. Tracking information did not indicate multiple boxes and shipping label had the dimensions and weight of the small box; not of a larger box that could hold 3 pairs of shoes. The box received was a small box containing only one pair of shoes.
I submitted pictures of the box received (Inside and outside) and even pictures from my home security system showing the same small box being delivered by Lasership.
The Adidas internal investigation apparently proved all 3 pairs of shoes were delivered; not taking into account the pictures I submitted. It’s clear that only one pair of shoes were shipped. I have complied with what has been requested and have gone above and beyond regarding this order.
I think the lack of customer service is a shame. I don’t have my money nor the complete order.
In good faith, Adidas should reconsider the outcome of my claim.

I am so satisfied at the moment. I placed an order without using code and was told by “Maya” that I cannot receive a credit and would have to return my whole order. I find this ridiculous! She though kept me on the phone making me think she was going to help and telling me what my order would have come to with the code just to then say I would need to return the whole order. I am currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back as I was told their are none available at this moment. Also, sat on the line for a long time before any one even picked up. Very dissatisfied at this moment!
