I received 3 boxes, I sent box 1 box witout purchasing anything. The 2nd box, I kept (3) underwear so not to lose the $20 styling fee. Then canceled. They sent a 3rd box, I didn't even open it and sent back Box 2 and Box 3 at same time. Box 3 was weeks late w no tracking. When I finally got it, I mailed it back. I got an email saying it was received, but a $280 charge appeared and that the merch wasn't in the SEALED BOX. I never even opened it and sent it back. My acct now says "processing" so not only can I not get my money back until it's processed or have access to my funds. This seems to be there MO. I am a fraud Investigator, I sent the box back. I need my money back as I am not in possession of the merch and don't have any access to my funds while I jump through hoops. Gonna dispute w bank and BBB and everywhere and anywhere I can tell clients BEWARE. I JUST want my money back, I already canceled the service, please help me resolve this. I couldn't even wear the pieces in the box that the recept showed as I am on chemo anf and nothing fits correctly anyway. I have a port as well, so under no circumstance would I be wearing lingerie in the hospital. At end of my rope here. Thanks!
Desired outcome: Refund in full
I am currently fighting to get my money back for items that were returned, but they counted missing. I've had this subscription for 2 months, and both months they said the box was missing items that it wasn't. They refunded me once, but it happened again, this time them taking $244 so close to Christmas. I was super careful to leave every single item in the box. Now I can't afford to buy my child's gift. The customer service lady said they only refunded me last time as a "one time courtesy". It's not a "courtesy" to fix YOUR mistake! Your company needs to either manage your mailroom people more closely, or find out what is going on. Because I am obviously not the only one having this issue, so not too sure why they are claiming they never got part of the order, that was in the SAME BOX as the other pieces that they counted as "well received".
