I purchased bedroom stools on 11/27. I never received an ETA or tracking number. On December 8th I stepped out and when I got home I found two boxes by my front door. We brought them in and opened the box. When we opened the box although they were wrapped the stool was very dirty. My husband proceeded to take it out to find that the legs fell on the floor because they were broken off. On Monday I called customer service and I was told that I had to open second box. The stool was dirty as well. I was told I had to contact claims department. They insisted on sending replacement legs although the legs can not be attached. Until today January 27th the boxes are still in my garage. They kept saying it was buyers remorse and I offered to split shipping but they said no and want to charge restocking fee for something broken and dirty! What kind of business is this that gets away with doing this to customers!
