On the 28 November2019 I went to African Bank in Sebokeng at Thabong to apply for a personal loan. I received a good service unfortunately I had October pay slip, the lady who was assisting me asked me to bring November payslip. I told her I havent received it from my HR but il go and collect it to my HR offices.
On the 02 December 2019 I went to my HR offices to collect my November Payslip as my HR offices is based in Vanderbijlpark I decided to go to Vanderbjilpark African Bank Branch Vaal gate to apply for Loan. I was Served by lady not sure of her name Rosinah or Roseline... I applied and signed all the papers as she told me I Qualify for a loan and she asked me I prefere to receive my contract via email I said yes.
Since from 02 December 2019 till today I never received loan money from the bank and I signed everything. When I call at the branch Im told the lady who was assisting me shes on Sick leave and She freezed my application they cant have access to it. Its only her who can assist me. That time I have a funeral to arrange for saterday on the 7November2019.
Im so hurt and dissapointed by the treatment I received from the lady in Vanderbjilpark park branch what she did to me. I looked like a fool to my family, what is Hurting most I applied for a loan on time to prepare funeral arrangments but Rosina decided to freeze my application.
That the service I got from her. Even now im writting this complain im so hurt and embarrased because of her...
