I booked two tickets on a flight with Air Asia on November 30, 2023, to fly from Puerto Princesa to Manila on February 19, 2024. The flight was scheduled to depart PPS at 7:45 AM and arrive in MNL at 9:10 AM. On January 22, 2024, I received an email that cannot be responded to, from Air Asia, stating that my flight "has been rescheduled due to operational reasons." That statement means nothing except that the airline wants us on the earlier flight. They have no phone number in the USA or the Philippines listed anywhere google can look and none on their website. They have no or email contact. They have no live agent contact unless the BOT called Bo decides you can have one. I tried to rebook my flight and was only offered a flight that was 2 days later! On line I found US booking agents offering my exact flight for sale and many others that day with the Air Asia. Needless to say, they have had my money for over 6 weeks and they don't even offer a refund! This is the worst airline customer service I have ever encountered.
Desired outcome: I want both tickets to be honored as they were originally purchased because obviously there will be a scheduled Air Asia flight on the day and time that I booked!
