Hey,
I flew from Frankfurt to Singapore with a stopover in Delhi on the 18th January (arriving in the 19th).
Sadly, my luggage got stuck in Delhi for days. So I had to buy new clothes, chargers, … in Singapore since it’s not easy to get new stuff in Sri Lanka. So I couldn’t wait.
After a few days in Singapore I continued my journey to Sri Lanka (22nd January). Until then no information about my luggage. And air India never contacted me.
A few days later, I’ve received a WhatsApp message, that my luggage arrived in Colombo, but they can’t bring it to my accommodation, because they need a certain document from Air India. Since then air India isn’t replying anymore. So I’ve been waiting for my luggage for almost two weeks now. I definitely can’t go back to the airport in Colombo right now, because it would cost me a lot of money and time.
I already contacted Air India, that I want to get the money back for all my expenses plus a compensation for all the stress which has been caused by air India.
They are not replying anymore, I definitely want to get the money back due to the fact, that it’s their responsibility to get my luggage to my destination on time.
Desired outcome: Refund
