MY PROPERTY WAS DAMAGED DURING THE INSTALLMENT BY BRAD. BRAD DID NOT PUT ALL PARTS TOGETHER PER HIS REQUEST FOR ME TO BUY ADDITIONAL TOOLS BEFORE THE INSTALLATION. ERIC WHOM I WAS TOLD WAS THE BOSS NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AFTER THREE WEEKS OF LEAVING HIM MULTIPLE MESSAGES WITH VERONICA. MY PROPERTY IS STILL DAMAGED.

It is 2/19 lol and we still don't have hot water hahaha The customer service this company provides is what you would expect from people who aren't licensed to be plumbers.

Vendor does not respond or schedule for *** I've been waiting 5 days for them to come out and replace my hot water tank, which has saturated all surrounding drywall. They came out and saw the leaking. They never came back. They have canceled TWO different times. Now no follow up since Saturday morning where I was told the tech "called off". What am I supposed to do? I received an email this morning that it will be 3-5 days before resolution. That would be 10 days of no hot water and 12 square feet of drywall that is wet, and it's leaking into the house and saturated behind the washer. They just don't follow through.

Broke my shower and does not want to do right thing and fix it. Tech wants to just lie to AHS and waste time. I had opened a repair order for shower back on 07/10 (Service Request #: XXXXXXXXX) because shower was leaking wouldn't fully turn off water so continuously dripped. A tech came out and he replaced cartridge and left now before that date we had hot water turn on and within 10 seconds really hot water. But since he left no hot water can leave running for 30+ minutes and never above Luke Warm Water. Bathtube and sinks in same room still get hot water. But not shower. I have gone through *** now trying to get this company to fix their mess up so that we can have hot water and take hot showers. They keep sending the same liar over each time to handle the issue. Who makes false claims back to *** company. Without ever even opening the shower reports that its at factory settings. So issue requires no new parts... So really no host other then the tech spending 2-5 minutes fixing their mess up instead. I have to keep calling them out here which I will continue to do until its resolved. So they like to waste money on gas for their vehicle to come out here and also waste time that the tech could be on another job to keep coming out to mine for him to just keep continue lying to AHS. Not to mention that 3 other sinks refused to look at claiming not on work order but have always been on work order... Even the lady working front desk is a liar as called yesterday and she claims no open request.. Last request she claims was closed by AHS but AHS says it was because Air Pro Master tech lies that it was closed out. I have already contacted my Bank and issued a chargeback.. If issue is not resolved by 12/31. I will then be contacting Channel 3, 5, 8, 13 news... So hope this company will soon like bad publicity.

We are disabled seniors. A hot water tank poured out water throughout two rooms.. A tech came and lit a pilot light. We were refused service Air Pro ***(APM) was a contractor for *** My wife and I are seniors in our late 70's My wife has extreme difficulty walking and is classified as disabled. On Nov 20 our hot water heater was pouring out water and flooded the kitchen and a utility room. I called and initiated three new work orders regarding this event; all were ignored. Five days later an APM tech was dispatched to restore our hot water and clean a clogged pipe. The man looked at our hot water heater and lit the pilot light. He also cleared a clogged pipe in the kitchen. The tech shut off the kitchen water and left. He never did recheck the water heater. The tech said the water would be hot in 30 minutes. He told me that his work was guaranteed for 30 days. If I had a problem I should call the company. Thirty minutes later I tried the hot water. It was ice cold. I checked the water heater and saw water poring out. I called APM about 3:45 and was placed on hold. They closed the switchboard and sent me to voice mail. Being on hold was not unusual. I spent hours on hold for this company. I called Saturday morning. The receptionist wasn't interested in hearing my complaint and constantly talked over me. She was rude, condescending and appeared to have limited people skills. I was told that I needed to call *** get a new ticket and pay another $100. I was told that I needed to include the word leak in the new ticket. I called *** and asked for a new work order that used the word leak. I received a call from a man who appeared to be an owner or supervisor. The man insulted me and refused to send another tech unless he had a work order that used the word leak and paid another $100 fee to ***. I tried telling the man I wouldn't pay the money, I felt his tech either didn't know how to assess a leak, didn't communicate with me, and made no arrangements to fix the hot water tank. The man said it was to be done his way or not at all. Meanwhile we were left without water in the kitchen and no hot water in the house. The Friday after Thanksgiving my daughter called *** and negotiated a deal that said it would cost me nothing to complete the job. A plumber from ***, sent by *** came to the house and diagnosed the situation in ten seconds. Again this situation looked as though it was last for several more days. Friday night we agreed with *** to do the job. Saturday morning the plumber call and stated we would be charged $495 to complete the job, a clear breaking of the agreement we negotiated. Saturday afternoon APM called and wanted to schedule an appointment to install a water heater. I told them I don't want them to set a foot on my property. The Saturday after Thanksgiving we purchased a new water heater and it was installed by Sunday afternoon. Monday we canceled *** and said we have installed a new water heater. I called my home owner's insurance, *** Insurance, and reported the incident. *** called *** They came the following morning. They have to rebuild a good portion of the kitchen and an adjoining utility room. They have to replace parts on cabinets, parts of several walls, and replace floors and part of the sub floor. They did an excellent job of remediating the water damage. It's my feeling that APM was responsible for a major part of the damage to our home. The made no provisions for disabled people who are seniors. I also hold *** responsible. They did very little to expedite the repairs. To date, no compensation has been offered from *** or APM for the expenses we incurred.

Company engages in bait and switch, illegal in Nevada, I contacted them due to plumbing issues. They sent Air Pro Master from Las Vegas. After an assessment, they promised a return visit. Donnie, the plumber, couldn't find cartridges for my faucets and suggested new ones. I agreed, wanting to choose the faucets myself. Unsure of the reimbursement amount, I called the company. They offered $165, later $160. I was fine paying any excess. I informed Air Pro Master, who insisted the company tell them directly and refused to contact them. After multiple calls and emails, the company confirmed they'd cover $160 of the faucet cost, with me paying the rest. When arranging installation, Air Pro Master wanted $50 per faucet. Questioning this, they claimed it was the company's directive, which was news to me. The company's rep spoke with Air Pro Master's manager, Eric, who agreed to install the faucets without issue. Despite a quoted price of $125 before tax, they wanted to charge $150 each, claiming a pickup fee. This new fee was unheard of, as they frequent the supplier daily. Attempts to discuss this with Eric, the general manager, were unsuccessful.
