Bought this mattress a little over 3 years ago. Spent over $5000 which was way more than I intended but the sales person at Star Furniture convinced me that this mattress was superior in the way it was made. After only 6 months of use I could tell the mattress was sagging since it was like climbing a mountain to get to the other side where my husband slept. He also noticed the sag. After much difficulty reaching Aireloom they sent someone out in december of 2018 who supposedly measured with some small tool. No one laid on the mattress to experience the sag. They said the mattress was not defective. Continued to sleep on the mattress. My body was literally at an by angle when I laid on my side of the bed. After many attempts to reach Aireloom they sent someone out again. Same routine with the small tool and again they claimed there were no defects. This was July 2019. I figured they were never going to honor the warranty (10 year). Now 2 years later I have back issues with major pain. Once again I have reached out to Aireloom Left a message but as with the other 2 attempts you can never speak to anyone so I'm forced to leave a message. I have purchased several mattresses in my life and never spent over $1500 for any of them and they all lasted 8-10 years or more. Because this one was so expensive I thought it would last even longer. Obviously you don't always get what you pay for. I am extremely disappointed in the mattress but even more disappointed in this company. I was not asking for my money back I just wanted another mattress that doesn't sag. Now I may want monetary restitution to purchase a mattress from a more reputable and reliable company.

Desired outcome: Full refund.
My story is Identical to Cynthia Aldape (complaint above) for an Aireloom mattress, spent $5000 just two years old and have had 3 "independent" inspections by Mancini...retailer of the mattress. so far Aireloom is denying my claim. Has anyone had any luck in getting their mattress replaced.
Would love to share info with Cynthia. How can i contact her directly. Tom Parkin email: tcparkin67@gmail.com
7/8/2022 I have identical situation as your & Cynthia's, however, mine is sagging after 1.5 years of use. Same canned response depressions must be 1.5", blah, blah. Wish I could send this $5K Aireloom Fiji Ultra Firm King to their homes for them to sleep on & then let them tell me that there's no issue! Have complaint w/BBB & on here under E.S. Klufts & Co. Mattress Warehouse responded to BBB with snarky message indicating, well if Kluft wants to ignore their own warranty, they will do whatever Kluft wants. What? So, contacted Kluft & Co, & spoke to Christine for the second time & notified her of Mattress Warehouse response. Well guess what? I was told in the most rude way that Klufts has no intention of honoring that warranty & Mattress Warehouse was incorrect! Inspection report indicated no depressions were 1.5" & that this is the end of our conversations! Well, I never have been so rudely treated by a company. Folks, learn from us! Never buy from these folks, horrible product, horrible customer service. If your mattress hurts every bone in your body, it's not a good mattress whatever the body impressions are. Same on these folks. Do not ever purchase from these folks! You will be sorry. Time to write congressman & Channel 12 so that everyone will know what shady practice these companies are trying to get away with. I no longer want to exchange this piece of expensive crap. I want my money back! Thomas how did you fair?
same here spent $5000.00 expecting a superior mattress and it sagged in less than 6 months.
Purchased an Aireloom mattress and have had it a year and a half. The bed for the first year was in our guest bedroom and rarely sept on. I decided to put it in my room because it was so comfy and the mattress started sagging after a few months of sleeping on it. I am a petite woman. I got on the internet to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Sounds like an manufacturing issue. I will be looking into the warranty, and having it replaced.
