ASpen pillowtop mattress
Purchased from Furniture Fair. A nightmare...
A Symbol mattress was paid for with my debt card. No paperwork was given to me concerning warranty. I asked if I could return it when I spoke to salesmen, before I later ordered online. I was told I had 30 day trial. I said that if I didnt keep it, I did not want to replace with another, just refunded. Nothing more was said by salesmen.
My mattress was delivered by 3 men, not in any plastic, had a red stain on edge that looks like blood. One side of mattress was unraveling in several places.
They put it in my frame, then one rolled around all over the mattress. I was taken aback. Again, nothing was said then about voiding any warranty.
I have 3 autoimmune diseases, we are in a COVID PANDEMIC...yet someone was rolling facedown all over this mattress.
I have tried to reach an agreement with FF for weeks now. Please take it back and refund my money, and make an exception on the warranty. It is just me and my mom here, who has late stage Alzheimers and I am helping to take care of her. I have been sleeping on a blowup mattress with a hole in it since. Please help. Amy Friend

it caves in the center this is my second mattress
This is my second mattress within one years .It caves in the middle, I sleep, when I can due to the lack of comfort in a soup bowl, must add my 7 year old granddaughter must pull me out, it has cause back pain and restless nights. Mr. Nick Harkman the national sales manager, was very rude and refuse to help with a mattress they make, and sell to customers all across America! "I was told that I had warranty on this mattress later to find out Not So!" I would like my money back and it would be nice for this company to pay for a chiropractor on top of all my other suffering, but with a company like this Not! Andrea Crespo unhappy customer of Symbol the sink hole company...
sagging in the middle in less than month
bought a mattress and paid cash for it. the mattress was a symbol/galileo brand matress. we gave 339.99 for the mattress. it was delivered on feb 3 2012. two weeks later the mattress was already starting to sag and not hold up. we went back to the company that we bought it from and didnt want to get the same mattress in case we had the same problem. the company would not offfer to refund our money only offered to sell us one that was about 160 dollars higher which we really could not afford. then finance charges would also be added. i would like to see something done to prevent this from happenening to anyone else and if it can be resolved for me it would be even better. thank you.

Misleading and / or fraudulent warranty
Symbol mattress company warrants that this mattress shall be free of manufacturing defects. This is a fraudulent statement. When you attempt to get warranty, the company then claims the mattress shall be free of manufacturing defects, unless it is stained.
