Custmr servce was gr8. Talked 2 Ashley on the phone & she knew her stuff. Mattress came quicker than they said. Slept so good while camping. 10/10.

This mattress is terrible! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! They don't back up their product! It's the worst mattress I've ever slept on. It's terrible and gives me terrible sciatic pain. I went to another place to see if it was caused by the mattress and it was! The company said too bad, nothing they can do, so I'm out $1000 and I've had it for about 6 months. It didn't become an issue until about the 5th month of owning.

I ordered a mattress on Nov. 3 and haven't heard anything yet. I called and found out that it won't be shipped until Nov. 23, which is like a whole month. They said it would only take 7 to 10 days on , but I guess that's not true. They said they don't have enough materials, but they didn't say that on their *** ad. I ordered early so we could use it for Thanksgiving, but that's not happening now. I'm really disappointed with this whole thing.

I bought a mattress from Wilderness RV Mattress on 7/23. The site said I could get a refund with no questions asked. But when I asked for a refund because the mattress caused me severe back pain, they demanded proof of a charitable donation. I gave the mattress to a friend who lost their job because of ***. I'm a licensed nurse and just wanted to help someone in need. But now they're accusing me of lying and trying to scam them. The back pain was so bad that I needed medical help and it's really affecting my life.

I bought an RV mattress from Wilderness RV Mattress in April cuz they have a "Risk free *** night guarantee" and they say they'll give a new mattress to someone in need if you donate it. I tried it for over a month but my hubby's back don't like it so we gotta return it. But no one's taking mattresses cuz of *** rules so I emailed the return people and they said to take it to a junk yard. But we can't cuz we don't got a big car. So now we can't return it and we're stuck with a $*** bill. Their ads ain't so good and I'm not happy.

I got a mattress from Wilderness RV mattress in April. It was harder than I thought. I was busy and took a while to ask for a return. On day 99, I went to their website and filled out their page to be contacted about a return. I hit submit and a screen popped up that someone would get back to me. This was a Saturday afternoon. Sunday would have been the 100th day and no returns are accepted after that. I waited a couple of days to see if someone would contact me thinking I sent them an email everything would be fine. When I called them on Tuesday day 102, they said it was past the 100-day mark so I could not return. I told them that I sent them an email through their website and explained what message I got when I hit submit. I also told someone from Wilderness RV Mattress that right after I hit submit, I got an email from them showing that the July 4 sale was still going on. Their response was that the email was sent to everyone for the July 4 sale. I asked why I only got it on July 9 after I contacted Wilderness RV. They would not listen. It is frustrating when a company rep cannot pick up a phone and contact you. It is also frustrating when the company rep can tell you they never got an email but their system conveniently never sends out a confirmation email. Not a great way to run a company. I understand the 100-day timeline, but when the company can conveniently not get back to you so they can push you past the 100-day mark and then say they never got an email is a little sketchy.
