On September 13, I paid Boyd NightAir $1,799 for a bed. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received anything. I haven't received a tracking number either. I've tried calling and emailing them, but they haven't responded.

Boyd Night Air Night air won't answer my customer service request to fix my air loss problem

Night air won't answer my customer service request to fix my air loss problem. I called and emailed many times, but no response. One side of my mattress keeps losing air. Customer service is terrible.

Boyd Night Air I bought an air bed from Boyd Night Air on January 2nd, 2022 through their website

I bought an air bed from Boyd Night Air on January 2nd, 2022 through their website. The order confirmation mentioned that I would get an email with the shipping details, but I never got it. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they haven't responded. They charged my credit card $1359.00 and now they're ignoring me.

product failed while under warranty (#***) - I have contacted company with no response. We bought a Night Air bed and the air pump stopped working - the bed doesn't function without it. I've reached out to the company since 12/04. Telephone calls - 7, emails - 3, certified letter 1. Our nearby store closed down in 2016 and relocated.

Boyd Night Air I bought an item from Boyd Night Air on December 17

I bought an item from Boyd Night Air on December 17. On January 17, I made a warranty complaint about the defective product I received from their website. I have been in contact with them through email and phone, leaving messages. They provided me with a replacement tracking number, claiming that the replacement would be delivered on January 26. However, that date has come and gone, and there has been no sign of the replacement. It turns out that the replacement tracking number was not accurate; it was just a label created. I have received no response from them whatsoever. It's worth noting that they offer a 3-year warranty.

Boyd Night Air We got a totally different bed than what we ordered

We got a totally different bed than what we ordered. The only part that was right was the air chambers, which are the same for all their beds. The ad said "in stock for immediate shipment". We were never notified of any substitutions before shipping. They responded to first email that some items were not available but substitutions were made. They have not responded to subsequent emails. Remotes were upgraded remotes. Not a quilted pillow top. Foam different than either bed they showed. No free mattress cover included as they advertised.

I bought an air mattress from Boyd Night Air and it's not holding air after just 2 days. I thought the warranty would cover a replacement, but I haven't heard back from them after emailing twice. I've tried calling multiple times, but most of the time, nobody picks up. This seems to be a common issue, as I saw a similar complaint from someone in May. It seems like Boyd Night Air isn't very good at honoring their warranty. My original order number is *** and I ordered it online from ***, which seems to be connected to Boyd Night Air. When you call the number on their website, the voicemail says Boyd Night Air.

Boyd Night Air On 6/22 I bought a King 80% waterbed mattress from a local waterbed store

On 6/22 I bought a King 80% waterbed mattress from a local waterbed store. On 6/23, I set up the bed frame. On 6/24, I took the mattress out of the box and filled it with water. When I was putting the sheets on, I noticed water at the bottom. I saw a tear and had to drain the mattress. I called the store owner, but he said he was busy with another customer and would call me back. However, I never received a call back. On 6/26, I found a phone number on the Warranty sheet that came with the mattress and called Boyd, leaving a voicemail. A representative from Boyd called me back. On 6/27, as per Boyd's request, I sent a picture of the tear in the mattress and asked for a replacement, exchange, or a refund of $149.00. On 6/29, the representative acknowledged my email and said they were forwarding the information to the Warranty department. On 7/1, I received an email from the Boyd representative asking for a "picture" of the tear. On 7/3, I resent the original email with the pictures.

Boyd Night Air I bought a **** mattress in 2020 during covid

I bought a *** mattress in 2020 during covid. I have fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis. The only mattress I could sleep on without pain before was a *** mattress. So I tried to buy another one like my previous one. However, when I got it, it didn't come up to the 14" it was supposed to be. The corners are pinched and the bed is so hard that it makes me miserable to sleep on. I contacted *** and they asked for pictures. When I took the pictures, I lost the email the man had given me, so I tried to call him again. This started a 2-year process of calling them over and over again, leaving them several messages, writing several messages, and getting no response. So now I'm stuck with this bed that is supposed to be 14" high, but it's only 9" with pinched corners and a bed so hard that it causes me extreme pain to sleep on. And *** won't even respond to me. It makes my fibromyalgia pain worse, and my back is always painful now. I've told them this several times in messages and still haven't gotten a response.

Boyd Night Air We been tryin' since 9/15 to get a new remote and air chamber for a bed we bought from Boyd's in 2015

We been tryin' since 9/15 to get a new remote and air chamber for a bed we bought from Boyd's in 2015. Few years back, we reached out to Mr. *** at Boyd's and he helped us get a warranty replacement for the other air chamber that had a leak. He also helped us with a busted remote, but the one they sent ain't workin' with our bed. On 9/15, we contacted Boyd's to ask for help with both these things, 'specially fixin' the side of the bed that deflates almost completely every night. My wife's been emailin' Mr. again, most recently on 1/26/2022 when he said he'd send the air chamber within 24 hours. But we ain't received nothin' and our emails ain't gettin' answered. The customer service 800 number goes to voicemail and says the "mailbox is full" every dang time we call (even tried at 1:10pm on 3/6/2022). We hate to do it, but we gotta file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint 'cause it seems like Mr. is the only one dealin' with these requests and he clearly needs help. We beggin' Boyd's to let us pay for these two things 'cause we really need 'em and we don't know what else to do to get their attention. All we want is (a) the right replacement remote for the Supreme 2210 2-chamber bed and (b) a new air chamber. We'd be more than happy to pay the costs they quoted in the email they sent. Thanks for any help y'all can give us.

Boyd Night Air We cant get this company to honor its warranty

We cant get this company to honor its warranty. They sold a matress to us with a defective right/blue side air chamber with a leak. We have called repeatedly and only get hold music. No one ever answers the phone. The voicemail system is full and wont take a message. So weve been trying to deal with them in email, which is what their website says to do. I have a chain of emails sent to them which are ignored and receive no reply. Then occasionally they do reply. The attempt to get a resolution has been going on for over a month. The bottom line is that this right/blue side of the bed will not hold air and has to be pumped up continually to use the bed. The original order # was ***. We received the matress last Fall and it has a supposed 2 year warranty. Over the 6 months of use, were seeing continued problems with the one side of the bed. I contacted them in writing (email) on 4/18/2022 and received no response. I contacted them again on 4/29 asking them to please help. On 5/2, *** wrote back and had us spend a week on "testing" the bed. Id already done this test but did it again. On 4/7 I notified him the test failed and were still losing air in the right/blue side. As usual, no response. On 5/11 I emailed again with the info, begging for help. *** finally responded on 5/13 saying theyd send a replacement air chamber. It never came. I wrote on 5/19 asking for a tracking number. No response yet again. Its now been way over a month and it appears this company will not honor the warranty on this defective bed, which has been defective from day 1. I shouldve just sent it back in the first month. I havent been asking for a refund. Ive been asking for a replacement of just the defective part, which again is the blue/right side air chamber. I am attaching the email exchange. But this has gone on long enough. We paid nearly $1,000 and need a non-leaky matress.
