I sent back one of the two things I got from Sol Organics. They got it on 8/19, I checked. I messaged them twice about getting my money back, but they still haven't given it back to my credit card. I even had to argue with my credit company about it. I saw some other reviews and Facebook posts that said this company doesn't give refunds unless you keep bothering them. That's not cool!

I ordered from Sol Organics on July 7 and got my stuff on July 16. I paid a lot, $1,047.80. I was supposed to get two Organic Duvet Cover Set Dove Grey / TWIN / TWIN XL, two Down Pillow FIRM (Side Sleeper) / KING, and two Down Pillow FIRM (Side Sleeper) / STANDARD, and two Down Comforter ALL SEASON (700 Fill) / TWIN. But they didn't give me one Down Pillow FIRM (Side Sleeper) / STANDARD and one Down Comforter ALL SEASON (700 Fill) / TWIN. I want my stuff that I paid for. I tried to contact them by email, phone (number not working), and online chat (person stopped talking to me and didn't answer for an hour), but they didn't answer. My order number is SO36188.

I ordered a pillow from Sol Organics, but it was too medium for me, so I wanted to exchange it for a soft one. I emailed them on August 10th, and they replied on August 13th with a label for me to send it back. They said they'd send me the new one once they got the old one back. I sent it back on August 14th and told them right away. They got it on August 19th, and someone named *** signed for it. I emailed them on September 3rd to ask about the new pillow, but they didn't answer. I emailed them again on September 16th and tried calling them four times, but no one answered. The voicemail has a different number too.

I bought some sheets from Sol Organics in January. When I bought them, they didn't say they were out of stock. They sent me an email saying they were out of stock because of covid, which is okay. I sent them a lot of emails and called them a lot to ask about my order. I asked about when it would come on 1/25 and 1/31, but they didn't reply. I called them a lot and filled out their form in Feb, but their mailbox is full. I talked to one person in Feb, and she said it would come at the end of Feb. I asked for an update by 3/2 or to cancel my order. They didn't give me an update, but they sent me a shipping notification the next day. Great. I got my sheets in March, but they weren't the ones I ordered. I emailed and called them, but they didn't reply. My last email was on 3/10. Today, 3/15, I filled out the form again. I don't know how to get the right sheets if I can't talk to the company.

I bought a pillow from SOL Organics on 7 April (***). I didn't like it and wanted to return it, but SOL Organics didn't respond to my emails or website form (I tried four times). I also called them five times, but they didn't answer the phone and there was no answering service. They're supposed to let me return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, but they're not doing that. I think SOL Organics might not be a good company and might not be following the rules. I'm trying to get my money back by disputing the charge with American Express and complaining to the Federal Trade Commission.

So I was on the hunt for some new sheets and came across SOL Organics. I ordered on 12/23 and was excited to get them. But then, in mid-January, I started to wonder where they were. I checked their website and saw they had a promo code I missed out on. They were nice enough to give me the code, but also said my sheets would arrive in 2 weeks. Fast forward to mid-February and still no sheets. I sent an email and they said they were still backed up but my order should arrive in 2 weeks. Now it's mid-March and I just want my money back. It seems like a scam to me. Their Instagram has other people complaining about the same thing. I get that Covid-19 is making things tough, but they shouldn't be taking people's money if they don't have the product in stock. They haven't communicated much with me, but they keep posting on Instagram. It's not cool to use an 'order delay' as an excuse for this long. I hope they get back to me soon. Thanks for your help.
