LastingImpressionsFoam.com Memory foam mattress

I purchased a King 12" mattress on December 30. I received it on December 31. I unpacked it and set it up in my bedroom on January 2, 2017. After 7 days it had not expanded to the 12" it was suppose to. It was approximately 6"-7". On January 9 I called their phone number and had to leave a message. I did this for the next 2 weeks. I also sent an email with pictures attached of the flawed mattress. On January 20 I finally got an answer. Elizabeth told me that YES they had received my email but since I had put a dispute on my credit card it had to go through the proper channels. She then told me to dispose of the mattress because it was obviously flawed, and they would be crediting my card back the $599.00. Now they are trying to charge me for the mattress because I did not send it back. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of customer support. I have tried to call them again regarding this, and guess what... no answer. I have also turned them in to the BBB.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Bad quality with even worse customer service

My husband and I bought one of your King mattresses last February. We have loved it, but the left side has sunk in, and has no support. We are disappointed, as the mattress is less than a year old. We would like a new King mattress sent to us, but we do not feel we should be responsible for shipping costs to return our original one, as this is clearly defective.

One of the main reasons we ended up buying from Lasting Impressions was because of the great reviews on customer service and quality of the product. As of now, I am not a believer.

Please send us a new one ASAP and we will return the defective one if their is prepaid shipping.

Put a piece of 3/4 inch plywood on your box springs and it will take care of it. All Memory Foam mattresses need to be on a solid flat surface, any movement under the mattress allows the mattress to follow causing an uneven sleeping surface.

*they will only replace the mattress if we pay to have the defective one sent back first, they do not care if you will be without a mattress in the meantime. That is "their policy".

Why do they have only have 5 star ratings on their site? Time to come clean Jim & Roger, you guys are selling a crappy product and stealing people's money!

Totally agree just horrible ! We have the king size 12" mattress just over a year old. It has sunk in on both sides it is so uncomfortable that it is now giving us severe back pain. I plan on contacting the B.B.B. shortly. There is no way we are going to risk blowing up our Dyson vacuum to try to deflate this piece of junk! That is what they suggested we do! I'm thinking of just flipping it over and purchasing a Quality topper! Just a thought, but it would be cheaper than shipping it back, having nothing to sleep on, and probably having to go through the whole process in another year! Oh, and ours has been on a solid wood platform since new so I don't believe that is the issue. Just very poor quality., Jimmy.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Bad Product: Worse Service

After 3 short months the memory foam got amnesia and has never recovered. It took me 3 years to address this issue as I was ill and unable to gather necessary information to apply for a replacement mattress, but I knew I had a full ten year warranty.
After 14 full days of being directed and advised my evidence was overwhelmingly in my favor of a bed replacement. Finally on the 14th day I was issued an RMA # with only ten (10) days to package and ship back the bad mattress which, in my humble opinion, is a gross misuse of funds as the photos and videos prove explicitly that the bed is irreperable.
You have to have special tools to make the bed small enough to fit in the $50.00 shipping box, which is how they send us the bed so cheaply. I can't suck the air out of a queen size bed so I can shove it in a tiny box making it cost effective to return. To get your faulty bed replaced you must return the bad bed (at what ever the cost) plus send $50 USD to cover the replace/repair.

Roger actually suggested I cut the visco elastic top off, send that part back and put on a new topper. WHAT? I am sure he knows that the average consumer does not have the fusing, compressing and rolling tools that they have at the facility. So, how would I re-attatch the visco top?

I wrote back after Roger issued an RMA # that fell short 4 days of payday which is when I could get the money to return a bad product and pay shipping for the replacement. Roger said NO, it is against company policy.

I re-mailed him after a few days of brainstorming to cancel that RMA until I had money to return the bed. He has never responed. I do not know where I stand on my future return. Also, it was never clear if I would get a NEW bed or if they were going to try to jimmy this bed to seem workable.

Exerpt from their site: At this facility, we laminate (glue) the foam layers together, compress, roll and ship all of our memory foam products. By handling all of these processes in-house, we are able to keep our overhead low. This in turn allows keeping our prices lower than most Memory Foam Mattress producers in the country. We also concentrate on selling by volume.

Buyer beware. Bad Beds and Bad Service.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Complaint?

I am writing this review in response to another review on Complaints Board. I purchased a mattress from www.lastingimpressionsfoam.com and I have had a great experience shopping with them. I bought the Queen Size mattress after reassuring myself that they are a good company based on their personal customer reviews on their website. I received my mattress about 3 days later and it has been wonderful. When you open the box the mattress unfolds itself! That alone is worth seeing.

I was mainly concerned with comfort because I do a lot of construction work and after a long day I need my rest. My old mattress was getting a little worse for wear and I knew I needed to get a new one. I looked online and I was shocked to find how many positive reviews this company gets, but, I was also shocked by the horrible negative review I saw here on Complaintsboard. I was seriously appalled that someone would write such vulgar and insulting words about any company, even if their experience was less than desirable. It leads me to believe that this person was trying to publicly criticize Lasting Impressions Foam for personal reasons or to reduce the competition by slandering their name. It's really a shame that someone would reduce themselves to an immature, vulgar, and abusive nature such as the person that wrote the other review here.

I wanted to let you all know that you have nothing to worry about shopping with Lasting Impressions Foam. I've tried a few different foam mattresses in stores, and, if it weren't for the price tag I would have just bought one at a store. But, fortunately, I didn't. I would have spent a lot more in a retail store than I did at Lasting Impressions and to be honest the mattresses at my local furniture store weren't as high of a quality as the one I got.

It's apparent when you feel the density of the foam that this is a high quality product. Their mattresses are absolutely wonderful and after sleeping on my queen size mattress for a few weeks it's really amazing to me that I didn't switch to memory foam sooner. I wrote a review and sent it to their e-mail too, and, they put it on the website! That's when I knew I should write this review. Their customer service is top notch and I've had a pleasure doing business with them.

Please be sure to do your research and don't believe everything you see on Complaints Board.
It seems a lot of people use this website as a forum for dumping misinformation about companies they don't like out of spite or frustration and I'm here to set the record straight.

Also make note of the fact that the negative reviews here have about 100 comments with the same poor grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Not to mention it's blatantly obvious that this person was trying to slander their name because they didn't even bother to set up more than a couple of accounts! They commented with the same account they used to post the bogus complaint in their comments! That's just crazy..

In summation; Lasting Impressions Foam is an excellent company. They sell high quality products and they have great customer service. I've never been happier with a mattress in my life and I believe they deserve all the praise and positive reviews they get.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Excellent Mattresses!

I am posting this complaint because I was looking for reviews of Lasting Impressions Foam and I stumbled across a few complaints here about the company. I just have to voice my opinion so that you people understand that this company is great, not bad like those complaints said.

The first thing you'll notice when reading the other complaints about Lasting Impressions Foam is that they are very poorly worded and their use of spelling and grammar is atrocious. I'm not normally such a nitpick with such things but it does shed some light on the level of maturity of the individuals who posted them. Not only are their complaints poorly written with bad grammar and spelling but also they use a lot of vulgar words and cursing! This is not what you look for in a legitimate review of a website!

I have personally purchased a mattress from Lasting Impressions Foam and I couldn't be happier. Compared to the competition they are #1 as far as quality and price. I purchased my mattress back in 2009 and have had a pleasure communicating with them over the phone and via e-mail about new products ever since!

They even went out of their way to contact me when I made my order because I messed up the shipping address. They fixed it on their time and made sure I understood what was going on over the phone. Have you ever tried to get a hold of the customer service department of any of these big websites? (http://www.facebook.com / http://www.google.com / etc ) It's impossible!

You have to respect the level of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by this company and I am appalled that someone would log in a complaint at complaintsboard with bogus information, vulgar words, and a level of maturity not surpassing that of a child. And for what? Only to trash a company's good name.

So I want to set the record straight right now for all of you to see. Lasting Impressions Foam is a company that delivers good products at great prices and they really genuinely care about their clients. This company should be commended for excellence, not trashed in a hurtful fashion.

I hope you take the time to read my complaint because unlike the other complaints about Lasting Impressions Foam this one is 100% honest.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Mattresses

I had purchased their "TOP OF THE LINE, KING MATTRESS" and first they assured me that "I will love this mattress".
Well, I received delivery of the incorrect mattress, a one of inferior quality, and due to my back problems had to hire a couple of
guys to bring it into the bedroom. Needless to say, their product is a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I have not had a good nights sleep ever since this thing came. I explained to them not only that the inferior mattress was delivered,
and I had to pay for the guys to move it upstairs, they gave my a $60 credit to keep it. I paid the guys $50 each time to move this bed
from HELL so where is my savings? They intern said I can return it for a full credit less shipping and handling. It is IMPOSSIBLE
to get it back into the package, and the shipping costs are VERY EXPENSIVE! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS
COMPANY OR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR CASH INTO THE FIREPLACE. NOW, I'M STUCK WITH THIS BED FROM HELL, LOST MY MONEY, AND HAVE TO BUY A NEW MATTRESS. BUYER BEWARE!

LastingImpressionsFoam.com Poor Quality

The below is MY experience with www.lastingimpressionsfoam.com This may not be the outcome you have had or you would have if purchasing from them. I think it's important to state up front they have NOT violated their warranty/refund policy however I BELIEVE their warranty and refund policy is laid out in a way that consumers would rather they a loss then pay outrageous shipping costs.

I purchased a 12'' king at the end of June. It was great at first, I thought I was in heaven.

I have multiple sclerosis and one of my major symptoms is that if there is pressure to any part of my body it causes pain, lots of pain. So finding a good mattress has been a expensive and long process. I bought an off brand memory foam mattress for our camper last year off woot.com and except that it's a little too soft it's been nothing but wonderful!

When I ran across the ad for lasting impressions on craigslist I was skeptical at first. But after reading their website, warranty and other sites reviews I was confident in their product or at least their ability to work with you. Yes I found some negative stuff but you'll find negative stuff on any company. What was most impressive is there were no complaints with the MO Attorney General or the BBB.

Well that is no longer the case.

I got my bed at the end of June, at first it was great. By September (after the money back guarantee ran out) it was less then desirable. Now after about 4 months of sleeping on it. It doesn't recover, it's lumpy and therefore its uncomfortable. I emailed them hoping to get a refund or replacement without paying the shipping costs. They replied and told me I was a scam. So now I've filed reports with the BBB and Attorney General and am on a mission to spread the word about MY EXPERIENCE, so that others can make a more informed purchasing decision.

I now believe that this company is a complete fraud. I think they know they are selling a crap product and I also believe they will stand behind their warranty and refund policy. HOWEVER, I think they figure because it's so expensive to send it back most people will just take a loss and figure lesson learned. I've decided, if this is the case then I for one am going to stand up to them. I am going to wait and see what happens with the BBB and AG, but if those results are not what I want I plan to take this further.

What I'm trying to do now is collect information from people who have actually purchased from this company and are unhappy. These need to be legitimate complaints and orders. In order to ensure that these are legitimate I ask a few things. 1st File a complaint with the BBB and MO Attorney General. Next contact me let me know how long ago you purchased, what you've done to try to resolve your issue and what they outcome with them was.

I bought a mattress from them and have had nothing but a pleasure doing business with them. I'm not sure how your mattress ended up 'lumpy' but mine is perfect and I'm a heavy set guy.

I asked them through e-mail about what could make a mattress lumpy and they e-mailed me back that Memory Foam needs to be on a solid and flat surface. They make sure to mention this when you e-mail them and they even give examples of how you can use other materials on top of your box spring to make it firmer.

Just a heads up this is likely a bogus review as well. I even asked them their return policy and they said all I need to do is pack it in a box and ship it back to get a 100% full refund (minus shipping). I don't see how that's a problem? I mean you can't expect them to ship the product for free and then take a loss on shipping it back.

These guys have an excellent record and they sell high quality products. If you don't believe me go buy one yourself you'll love it.
And don't believe these jokers on Complaints Board.

I too purchased from lastingimpressionsfoam and am unhappy with the quality of the mattress. We are into the 5th month and the integrity of the foam has completely given way. I used the contact form on their website today to start the process with them.

LastingImpressionsFoam.com I find it Interesting..

I have been looking for an affordable memory foam matress since my girlfriend has trouble sleeping on spring matresses. I found lasting impressions and was allured by their claimed quality and price. I've been researching for negative reviews since it seemed "too good to be true." I find it interesting that A: THESE ARE THE ONLY COMPLAINTS i was able to find online B: that i actually checked the Better Business Bureu as mentioned in one of the complaints and came up with NOTHING NEGATIVE C: I was also UNABLE TO FIND ANYTHING NEGATIVE on youtube. My conclusion is that these negative reviews claiming this company is a scam are most likely posted by a competing matress company that is pissed off by their lack of ability to compete with Lastingimpressionsfoam.com's prices or quality. If not show some ACTUAL proof... I will purchase this matress because i think you're full of ### so I hope lastingimpressionsfoam.com bankrupts your clearly pathetic company and i will repost on here once i recieve my new mattress and push you unhonest company one step closer to bankruptcy

I will comment I just bought the sleep innovations memory bed through Sam's Club! I chose this one because I could return to the store and also the product was using green products instead of chemicals and I haven't smelled a displeasing odor as of yet and this is day 3 of having the bed. Also, to note, I have no had my back ache one time since sleeping in the new bed and I rest comfortably. I maybe move around one time now compared to 5-10 times in the old bed. As of this moment, I'm very happy I chose this bed and hopefully it will stay as great as it is now. I hope the Lasting Impressions turns out to be what you want, but I couldn't wait much longer, we were out of a bed.

I cannot wait to hear back of how you feel about lasting impressions. I myself have been doing research on this company as another also. I'm impressed with what I've read. I hope your testimony is as great as theirs but if not I surely hope you post the truth on it either way. So glad that I found this site.

They sold me a faulty mattress which stated it "Encourages a Deeper Sleep" The fact is, that I slept worse when I got the mattress because it wasn't in fact the real THING and it was just a replica knock off!
