Disappointing Experience with Cushion.com: Delayed Order and Poor Communication
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Cushion.com. I put in an order for 4 seat cushions back on May 13th, and they told me it could take up to 8 weeks to get them. I was cool with that, but then on July 6th, I decided to shoot them an email to see what was up. I mean, I tried calling them, but they're always too busy to pick up the phone.
Anyway, turns out they didn't even have the material I wanted or the foam they needed to make the cushions. Like, seriously? Their name is Cushions.com and they can't even make cushions? They told me it could be weeks before they get the stuff they need, and I had to reach out to them to find out. Not cool, man.
I mean, I get that things happen and sometimes there are delays, but I feel like they should have been more upfront with me about the situation. And honestly, I'm not sure I want to wait around for who knows how long just to get some dang seat cushions. Maybe I'll just take my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Cushion.com: Lack of Customer Support and Tolerances Issues
I recently made a purchase on Cushion.com for a window seat cushion, but unfortunately, the cushion did not measure up to what I had ordered. I was disappointed to find that the website had many disclaimers about tolerances, which made it difficult to address any issues that arose. I was unable to find a phone number to speak with customer service, so I had to rely on email communication with a service representative who then consulted with a production manager.
I sent three sets of pictures of the cushion, hoping to receive an appraisal from the production manager, but the process felt sketchy and left me feeling frustrated. It seemed like there was no recourse for me to take, and I was left wondering if I would ever receive a satisfactory resolution.
After some back and forth, the company finally offered me a discount if I wanted to order again. While I appreciated the gesture, I couldn't help but feel like it was a bit of a slap in the face. I had already spent time and money on a product that didn't meet my expectations, and now I was being asked to spend more money just to get what I had originally ordered.
Overall, my experience with Cushion.com was disappointing. While I understand that there may be some tolerances when it comes to custom-made products, I feel like the company could have done more to address my concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. The lack of phone support and reliance on email communication made the process feel impersonal and frustrating. I hope that the company can take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that future customers have a better experience.
Horrible Customer Service and Wrong Product Received from Cushion.com
So, I was looking for a cushion and I found Cushion.com. I ordered one on April 9, 2020 and after a few weeks, I got a package. But guess what? It was someone else's cushion! Can you believe it? And to make it worse, the other customer's name was printed in big letters on the box and my shipping label was on top of theirs. I mean, come on, Cushion.com, get your act together!
I tried to call them, but there was no 800 number to call. So, I had to email them and it took them a few days to respond. I mean, seriously, who has time to wait for a few days for a response? Not me, that's for sure.
Anyway, after I shipped the other customer's cushion back, I emailed Cushion.com THREE times over the course of three weeks and I haven't received a response yet. Can you believe it? I mean, what kind of customer service is that? It's frustrating and it's horrible. I wouldn't buy from this company again, that's for sure.
So, if you're looking for a cushion, I suggest you look somewhere else. Don't waste your time with Cushion.com. They don't care about their customers and they don't know how to run a business.
Beautiful and Affordable Patio Cushions from Cushion.com - A Must-Try!
I was kinda scared to order cushions from cushion.com because of what I read in the reviews. But I gotta say, they got some serious options when it comes to sizes and fabrics. They got so many Sunbrella fabrics, it's crazy. So I took a chance and ordered some cushions for my patio. And let me tell you, they are straight up beautiful. The workmanship is top notch and I can't wait to show them off to all my friends. I don't know what those other people were talking about in their reviews, but I had no problems at all. I got the size I wanted, the fabric I wanted, and I got them in just under a month. And the best part? They were totally affordable. So if you're thinking about ordering from cushion.com, I say go for it. I'm just a regular customer, but I'm telling you, these cushions are the real deal.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Cushion.com: A Cautionary Review
I recently purchased some cushions from Cushion.com and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality. The ties were missing and the seams were bulging, which is not what I expected from a company that claims to provide high-quality products. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their customer service department, I was informed that the manager is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. This is not the kind of customer service I was hoping for.
I am now left wondering if I will be able to get a refund or any kind of compensation for the poor quality of the cushions. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information on their website about their refund policy. It seems that I will have to speak to the manager to make any decisions, which is quite inconvenient given their limited availability.
It is clear to me that Cushion.com does not have a quality control department, as they sent out my cushions with unfinished seams and missing ties. This is unacceptable for a company that charges a premium for their products. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to be prepared to lose money or accept the fact that their workmanship is not worth the money you pay for the product.
Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience with Cushion.com and would not recommend them to others. Their lack of quality control and limited customer service availability make them a risky choice for anyone looking to purchase cushions.
Disappointing Packaging and Quality: My Review of Cushion.com
So, I recently got my hands on some cushions from Cushion.com and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out with how they were packaged. The cardboard was wrapped around the cushions so tight that it was a real struggle to get them out. And get this, the package had a warning on it saying "Do not open with a sharp object!" Like, come on, how else am I supposed to open it?
Another thing that really bothered me was the ties on the cushions. Instead of being sewn, they were burned to seal them. This left a dark brown mark on each tail of the ties, which is not a good look. And to top it off, each cushion had a "Made in America" tag with an American flag sewn into the seat cushion. Don't get me wrong, I love our flag, but I don't want it on my custom seat cushions.
But the biggest disappointment of all was how hard the cushions were. I mean, they were rock hard! I was hoping for something a little more comfortable, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cushion.com if you're looking for quality cushions.
Cushion.com Review: Terrible Quality and False Promises
So, I was looking for some deep seat cushions for my chairs and I decided to give Cushion.com a try. I ordered two cushions online in December 2019, instead of going to an upholsterer in my area. Cushion.com promised a 7-10 business day turnaround, and I needed the cushions fast. When they finally arrived, I was so excited to try them out. But, when I ripped the box open and placed one in the chair, I was so disappointed. It was HARD AS A ROCK. I couldn't believe it. I spent $300 on these cushions and they were no good. I complained to the company and they told me that the depth of the cushion was the cause. But, I knew that wasn't true. The real cause is they use really cheap foam that is pure crap. I was so angry that I actually threw the cushions in the dumpster. I don't understand how they're still in business. Cushion.com reviews all over the Internet are terrible. I should have read them first before I ordered from this company!
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service - Not Worth the Hassle
This website is pretty good, it's easy to use and all that jazz. But the real problem is the quality of the stuff they're selling. I ordered a custom cushion and it was a total letdown. The size was all wrong and the workmanship was just plain bad. I mean, come on, if you're gonna charge me for something, at least make it decent, you know? So now I'm trying to get my money back, but it's like pulling teeth. The so-called "manager" who can approve my refund only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30 PT. What kind of nonsense is that? And when I asked the customer service person to have the manager call me back, they said I had to call them instead. Like, seriously? That's not how you treat customers. It's like they don't even care about making things right. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Cushion Connection through Houzz
So, I was watching some videos on You Tube and saw that some big shots were using Houzz to decorate their homes. I thought, "Hey, that's a good idea!" So, I decided to redecorate my second home and ordered some fabric from Houzz. I paid for it online and waited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find that I only received one yard of fabric instead of the three yards I ordered. I contacted Houzz and they told me that the fabric came from Cushion Connection. They said that they would have the vendor contact me.
When the vendor finally did contact me, I tried to explain that I only received one yard of fabric instead of three. But, they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. So, I decided to reorder one yard of fabric and asked them via email what size the piece I was receiving would be. They told me it would be one yard. I explained to them again that they owed me two yards from my first order. They agreed to send them to me and even promised to send an extra yard. They gave me some tracking numbers for USPS and FED-Ex, but when I checked them, they were bogus.
I waited and waited, but nothing ever arrived. I was so frustrated that I had to reorder the fabric from another company. I don't recommend working with Cushion Connection. They are crooks and won't even answer the phone when you call them!
Disappointing Experience with Cushion.com: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cushion.com. I shelled out a lot of dough for a custom cushion and what I got was a total joke. First off, I asked for stripes and they went ahead and put a seam right down the middle, and the stripes weren't even lined up! Like, come on guys, how hard is it to make a cushion without a seam? And to top it off, there was a nasty stain on one side that was about the size of a silver dollar. Gross.
So I called them up right away to complain and they basically told me tough luck. They said they couldn't guarantee a seam-free cushion (which, to be fair, they did mention on their website), but the edges didn't have seams so why couldn't the rest of it be seam-free too? And they also said they couldn't guarantee the stripes would match up, so they suggested I pick a different fabric. Like, what's the point of offering a striped fabric if you can't even make it look good?
They did offer to replace the cushion or give me a 25% discount, but I was so fed up with their shoddy work that I asked for a full refund. And guess what? They said no. Can you believe it? They sent me a dirty, poorly-made cushion and they wouldn't even give me my money back. I was so mad.
To make matters worse, I ended up in the hospital a few days later so I couldn't even deal with this mess for a while. When I finally got back to them two months later, they told me it was too late to get a replacement. They didn't even have a written policy about it, they just said they thought I took too long to respond. And when I asked them to reconsider, they didn't even bother to respond. Rude.
Honestly, I wish I had read all the other bad reviews before I bought from Cushion.com. They sell crappy products at crazy high prices and they don't care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Disappointing Experience with Cushion.com: Paid for Swatches, Still Haven't Received Them After a Month
So, I ordered some swatches from Cushion.com and it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten them. I even paid for them already! I'm starting to get pretty frustrated and I'm thinking about asking for my money back. I've sent two emails to their customer service team but haven't heard anything back yet. I hope they get back to me soon because I really want to see those swatches!
Disappointing Experience with Cushion.com: Cheap Quality and False Specs, Poor Customer Service
Cushion.com ain't all that great, to be honest. The cusion and fabric are both pretty cheap and flimsy. And get this - the product wasn't even built to the specs they listed on the site! Can you believe that? But when we tried to reach out to customer service, they straight up ignored us because it had been more than two days since we got the product. Like, what kind of service is that? Definitely won't be shopping here again.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Cushion.com
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cushion.com. I've been waiting for my order for a while now and I haven't heard a peep from them. I've tried emailing their customer service a few times, but I haven't gotten a response. It's starting to make me wonder if they're still in business or if they just took my money and ran.
I mean, seriously, where's the phone number? It's like they don't want to be bothered with customer service at all. I'm starting to regret giving them my business in the first place. I should have gone with a more reliable company.
Overall, I'd say stay away from Cushion.com. They might have some cool stuff on their website, but it's not worth the hassle if you can't even get a response from their customer service. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about their customers.

Frustrating Experience with Cushion.com: Website Glitches and Lack of Customer Service
I had a pretty frustrating experience with Cushion.com. I tried to place an order on their website twice, but both times I didn't receive any confirmation or thank you message after entering my credit card information. I even went through the whole process of choosing the fabric and entering my measurements, but still nothing.
After the second attempt, I decided to search for their customer service phone number and stumbled upon some reviews. It seems like I'm not the only one who had trouble with their website.
Honestly, I'm not even sure if my order went through or not. If it did, I haven't received any notification about it. It's really disappointing because I was excited to get a new cushion for my couch, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever receive it.
Overall, I think Cushion.com needs to improve their website and customer service. It's not a good look for a business to have so many negative reviews and unsatisfied customers. I hope they can address these issues and improve their service in the future.
