I keep getting calls, texts, and emails from them even though I asked them to stop. I block their numbers, but then they contact me from different ones. It feels like harassment. I don't have time for this. I'm dealing with a personal issue and I don't need this. I really don't want their mattress.

Avoid this company, Mattress Omni! They say they have cooling gel, but it's a lie. I sweat a lot on this mattress. When I complained, they told me to use low thread count sheets and a fan. They said it would solve the problem, but it didn't. I wake up feeling sore because the mattress lacks support and comfort. I paid over $3000 for three foam slabs. Don't waste your money. Customer service even threatened to take me to court if I stopped paying for this terrible mattress.

I can't believe the lack of customer service from Mattress Omni! I've been trying to cancel my contract, but they won't even pick up the phone. I've left so many messages, but they just ignore me. And to make matters worse, they're not transparent about their pricing. I really regret ordering their mattress on April 30TH. I called to cancel on the same day, and I've been calling every day since then. It's now May 03, and they still haven't bothered to call me back. I've provided my name, address, telephone number, and email address, but they just ignore it all. I'm within the 10-day cancellation window, so I've reached out to the ComplaintsBoard.com in Calgary Alberta for help. This is just unacceptable!

They're pushy and coercive, selling a $3000+ mattress with $1400 in interest at 29.99% APR over 3 years. The salesman wouldn't let me talk, kept cutting me off when I asked questions. Only let me talk when everything was signed and "approved". Now they won't answer emails. I'll escalate if not resolved ASAP. Thanks.

Stay away from Mattress Omni! I bought a mattress from them, thinking it was a regular 12-inch mattress for my adjustable bed. But when it was delivered, the box was way too small for a mattress. Turns out, it was a blow-up mattress, completely different from what I thought I was getting. On top of that, I never received a copy of the contract.
I've tried talking to them multiple times, but all they say is, "We don't do returns." I told them that it's against the law to deceive buyers by making them think they're getting one thing and then sending something else. Their response? "We'll just send it to the credit bureau." Can you believe that? Their customer service is absolutely terrible!
Overall, I would strongly advise against dealing with Mattress Omni. They have no regard for their customers and their practices are shady.

There's this person called Charilyn and another person named *** who work there, and they were really impolite. *** said I had to give my last name to be taken off the list, even though he already had my phone number. And the company won't let you talk to a manager or supervisor. The salespeople are really rude and pushy, and I would never buy a mattress from a company that relies on annoying cold calls for a whole month just to sell their mattresses.

It's so uncomfortable and feels like a piece of junk. :( I'm actually being charged more than I expected, with payments taken every two weeks. I feel so deceived. :( I really want to get out of this contract and get rid of this terrible bed. Can someone please help me? I strongly advise against buying from Omni Mattress. On top of everything, I ended up in the hospital for over a month and had no way to pay except by borrowing money to cover the $59.99 every two weeks. I had a heart surgery and almost died! I tried asking them to stop taking payments until I could work again, but they wouldn't listen. I wasn't even eligible for medical Ei! Please, if anyone can help me with this, I desperately need to get away from this horrible company.

I had a terrible experience with Mattress Omni. Everything seemed fine at first, until I reached the part where I had to make the first payment before shipping. So, I did that and received an email saying my order would be shipped. However, a day or two later, they suddenly asked for a $199.99 deposit, even though I had already sent in my first payment that was required a few days earlier. This made me really angry because my family has a low income and we couldn't come up with $200 on the spot. The mattresses were for my kids' bunk beds, so now I have a bed frame but no mattresses for them. On top of that, they made me wait a whole week to get my money back so I could buy mattresses elsewhere. Thank you, Mattress Omni, for making my kids go without because of your dishonesty and lack of communication. It felt like we were tricked and given false information. This is not right.

Boy, was I wrong. Turns out, it was over $3000! I must've mixed up the prices or something, but dang, that's way too much for a mattress. After the second payment, the mattress finally arrived. I unfolded it and used it for only 30 minutes, but I am not happy with it. I want to return it, but the customer service manager, ***, was incredibly rude. She had no interest in helping me and abruptly hung up on me. She basically said it was my problem and I had to deal with it. This is not very professional at all. All I want is to return the mattress, settle the financing amount, and never have any contact with this company again.

We talked to reps about the "Mattress" and they gave wrong info to my husband. Dealing with me, they said the 90-day warranty should have been there, like most mattress companies. They took payment before shipping, twice on random dates when we wanted monthly payments. We asked about shipping and got it on Saturday. When we opened the box, we realized it wasn't what we expected and we're not happy with the mattress. We called on Monday, but my husband was blocked and I had to go through hoops to resolve the issue. They went back on the 90-day offer, didn't give any solutions for returning the item if it's not in the box. Who wouldn't open it to see what they're getting? They won't ship the mattress back, won't stop payments, and won't do anything to fix the problem. They "reviewed" the calls but won't send them to prove the 90-day comment wasn't said. They just sent my concern to their legal team, so it seems like this has happened before. From the start, they were ignorant and standoffish, passing the buck to someone who doesn't help. Customer service should be about keeping customers happy. We just want them to stop payments and take back the unused mattress! Very disappointed in them and their company. They should act like a Canadian company and offer a solution to take it back and stop payment.

This bed has been nothing but problems. First, they delivered it to the wrong address and then returned it to the distribution center. I went through several days and too many phone calls trying to get a straight answer about delivery and an explanation as to how it ended up somewhere else. They said I had to update my address, even though it was the same as the address they had on file. Somehow, it ended up 3 blocks away and was sent back without any confirmation or directions from me. The delivery person didn't even ask for my name or a signature, they just left.
After unboxing and letting it sit for 24 hours, I slept on it for 4 nights. Each morning, I woke up with tight muscles, a sore back, stiff joints, and feeling like I hadn't slept at all. I immediately sent several emails to the sales associate I had been in contact with, asking for a receipt, bill of sale, payment schedule, or any proof of purchase, but I never received anything. When I calculated the total cost and payment terms, it came out to be close to $4000. I sent several more emails explaining the discomfort and the ridiculously high price for a piece of foam. I asked what I needed to do or who I needed to contact to arrange a return of the mattress. I felt misled about the quality and value of the product. It's complete garbage.
I was ignored for weeks, with no response to my emails or calls. Finally, someone I hadn't been in contact with emailed me to say that unless the product was still boxed and in its original packaging, there were no returns allowed. They said this had to be done within 10 days of delivery. I wanted to get rid of it, even if it meant losing my initial payment. I refused to pay any more for this crap. I asked how I was supposed to decide if I liked this $4000 bed if I couldn't sleep on it. Once again, I was told that once it was opened, there were no returns.
I have tried to contact them about their 90-day return policy, but I haven't received any response. They keep withdrawing money from my account, even though I lost my job, and it's costing me over $300 in bank fees.
