The description said it was supposed to be firm, but it's definitely not firm at all. I'm really disappointed because I can't return it. I wasted $150 on something that doesn't live up to the description and isn't as good as the previous version.

We're still trying to figure out my issues with the new mattress 'cause it ain't comfy yet. My sleep experience has been pretty lousy so far. I'm worried it'll never be soft enough. We're giving different layers a shot, so we'll see how it goes.

I recently purchased a vitality topper from Savvy Rest and got it delivered just 3 days ago. Gotta say, it's way too soft for my liking. I called up their customer service to inquire about the ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) rating, but the rep told me they don't use ILD because it can be misleading. After some persistence on my part, she reluctantly mentioned that it falls somewhere between 22 and 26. However, based on my personal experience, I'd say the actual ILD of the topper is way below 14. It's just too darn soft, and I can practically feel myself sinking into the bottom layer.

Our new Savvy Rest mattress is like a dream come true for us. It gives us the most cozy and peaceful sleep we've ever had. We've already told a few buddies about it because it's just that good. Gotta spread the word, ya know?

I was totally taken aback when I found out that I couldn't return the pillow I purchased from Savvy Rest. It cost me a pretty penny, and now it's just gonna gather dust on my shelf. Overall, we're pretty satisfied with the mattress from Savvy Rest. However, a few weeks back, I sent them an email regarding a broken zipper on the Kpock pillow case. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. It made me feel like they didn't really care about my concern, even though we're fairly new customers. I recently purchased the organic contour pillow from Savvy Rest and boy, was I in for a surprise! This thing was as hard as a rock, making it impossible for me to get any sort of comfort from it. I even thought about giving it to my wife, but she agreed that it felt like a brick and doubted anyone would actually want such a firm pillow.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer service for some assistance. To my disappointment, they acknowledged that they had received similar complaints about the pillow's hardness before. However, they couldn't offer me any real solution other than suggesting I gift it to someone else. Seriously? That's not exactly the kind of help I was hoping for.

In my opinion, Savvy Rest should really consider offering their contour pillow in different levels of firmness. Or, at the very least, they should provide a more accurate description on their website, warning potential buyers about its unusually hard nature. After all, a pillow is not the same as a mattress, and people have different preferences when it comes to the firmness of their pillows.

As a brand-new mom, I was seriously lacking in the sleep department, so finding a mattress that would suit the entire family was a top priority. When I inquired about the return policy at the Saavy store, one of the employees casually mentioned, "You can exchange mattresses, so our customers are always happy." I should've dug deeper, but I let it slide, assuming I'd be completely satisfied. However, truth be told, I wasn't entirely pleased, especially considering the hefty price tag (the mattress edges were too soft, making it a magnet for toys and whatnot). It's cool that you can select the level of firmness you desire and even test out the mattresses in-store, but they should've been upfront about the return policy when I asked.

I would not recommend Savvy Rest unless they come up with a different solution for the filling problem. The Savvy latex pillow is just ridiculous. As soon as I received it, I had a feeling it would be troublesome, so I didn't even take it out of the packaging. I contacted Customer Service, hoping for an exchange, but they refused. I followed their "customization" instructions and unzipped the pillow to remove the filling. And just as I had feared, it turned into a HUGE PROBLEM. No matter how careful I was, I couldn't avoid the incredibly stupid mess with bits of crumbled latex flying everywhere. They would stick to my skin and it was a real pain to remove them from the outside of the pillow and any other fabric they landed on. It was a complete disaster!

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I hope this will help others make a better choice when they're considering spending $100 on a pillow. I'll give them a second star for the quality and comfort, which are actually good if you can overlook the mess.

The products from Savvy Rest are absolutely amazing, let me tell you! The mattress is like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, it's ridiculously comfortable. And let me tell you, after comparing the cleanliness of their latex with other manufacturers, there really was no other choice for me. The data spoke for itself!
