Purchased bed July 2022 took delivery August 2022. The mattress stitches starting tearing loose within months and now the supplier say they can't assist as I only have 4 months for any assistance on this issue. Why is there 2 year warranty than and if I'm still paying for this bed.the quality is very poor and I would not recommend restonic to anyone.

Restonic mattress and scan design
I bought a mattress from scan design in altamonte springs fl. They billed it as a 20 yr warranty. After 7 years the mattress had a 1/2 ,to 1 in dip on my side. Scan design passed the buc and said it was a manufacturers defect. I would have to go thru restonic. After 2x swnding the mattress tag, receipt measurements and pictures. No one honored the warranty. So warranty is hogwash. I have bad back pains now

Resonic chiro-posture
We purchased a Restonic 1 and a half years ago, the sides were sagged and OK Furniture's replaced the mattress. 3 days ago we received the replacement mattress and already it is sagging on the sides.
This is totally unacceptable as it is a brand new mattress, see photos below on sagging within 3 nights.
Also OK Furniture's confirmed that the Gaurantee is from the date of purchase, the guarantee should be from the date of delivery.
We purchased Restonic as we thought that it was a good mattress and the price is also much higher than other mattresses, and we assumed that we will receive value for our money.
I need feedback as I am not going to leave this matter unresolved.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a replacement mattress with higher quality, one that will last longer than 1 year or even 3 nights without sagging.
Poor quality of bed
I bought a bazurato bed set at sleepmasters . I had bed for three days when it started sagging...was trouble having it replaced and when they initially exchanged bedset the stitching was loose and i immediately report it and send it back. They exchange that poor one again with another one which is now again the same problem of the stiching and base that tore. Ive been trying since before november 2022 for an agent to contact me...i explained that i took out an extended warranty on bedset an need an accessor to have bed accessed..only when i threatened them with social media they responded..but after the long wait im being told now that i need to pay for a replacement mattress but the base also tore.
I am not impressed with service or product and why do i need to pay whereby the bed was a bad product since day one.
I even send Miles a message on whatsapp as he dealt with my first complaint, but was blue ticked
I am definitely not gonna leave this matter like this...as they deduct my money every month and now cant come to the party.

Restonic Mattress
I purchased a set of RESTONIC mattresses June 2022 and in 5 months the mattress started sliding down at the foot of the bed like a ski slope. Darvin Furniture will not honor the warranty because the mattress has a stain on it. It looks like a mattress discoloration to me, but they say it's a stain. I don't really understand the correlation between a supposed "stain" and your mattress with the 5-10 year warranty sliding down like a slope in 5 months. The mattress is "TRASH", the fact that they refuse to back their product tells me you know your product is "TRASH". Please don't anyone else spend their money on Restonic mattresses. Deb who answers the phone for them is very nice, but since they aren't going to help you anyway, they can afford to have a nice person answering the phone.
Desired outcome: I need a new mattress and if they can not accomodate, I would like a refund.
Factory default mattress bought from sleepmasters lambton, germiston in november 2022
I purchased a bed & now the bed is making noises on each side. I phoned Sleepmaster's where I purchased the product & was given a whatsapp number to resolve this matter.
I followed the prompts on whatsapp, but I got no feedback or response. What should I do now? This is very dissapointing & unaccepyable. Customers should not struggle to get matters resolved.

Queen size Brampton mattress
I purchased the mattress in August or so of 2020 from American Mattress. Within three to 4 months the support started to break down and after 6 months there was a crater the size of my posterior Where I sleep. By way of reference I weigh all of 175 and am 5'10".
After a few more months I could no longer sleep through the night due to the discomfort. I finally filed a warranty claim after owning the mattress all of a year and a half (20 year warranty). American was quite helpful in helping me file the claim and surprise, denied. So at this point I am literally throwing out a $1500 mattress because I cant sleep on it. Just a flat out inferior product.
Desired outcome: I want a new mattress but not a restonic.
Queen Mattress/ going against warranty
Feb 2022 we had our mattress replaced we paid 100 for delivery. With in a couple days i noticed the right side of the bed had sagging. We continued to sleep on the bed as we were told this was normal. I contacted oc mattress and they told me i needed to go through the manufacturer's restonic. I contacted restonic March 29th. I was not contacted by someone until April 20th by Kristina Vestal. She sent me the warranty information and told me i need to pay $52 to have someone come out to inspect the bed. Finally got someone to come out 6.8.22. Restonic got our report back 6.11.22. The inspection clearly showes there is sagging of 1 5/8 on right which is fully supported and 1 1/2 on left there is a small crack in the box on the left side. Restonic will not replace our mattress even though it states in the warranty packet it will be replaced with sagging. I have also spoken to Tom Taylor ( regional Manager) after he reviewed the inspection they are not going to replace the mattress. We have had major back/ neck issues and are not able to sleep. This mattress is 100 % a factory defect.
Desired outcome: Please replace mattress and box spring. Or a re selection of a bed.
Feb 2022 we had our mattress replaced we paid 100 for delivery. With in a couple days i noticed the right side of the bed started sagging. Previous mattress had an impression of 1 /12 and the company replaced it under warranty. We continued to sleep on the bed as we were told this was normal. After 2 months we have had extreme bad issues/ neck issues and can not get a good night sleep. I contact the manufacturer they send out a bed inspector from IBG. Juse 8th 2022 Julio inspected the bed confirming there is full support on the right side and a huge body impression of 1 5/8 and 1 1/2 on the right. The box spring has a small crack on the right side but he said this will not cause a body impression this deep. He said our mattress would indeed be replaced. He said only having the mattress 3 months and having this kind of body impression is definitely a factory defect. June 11 2022 i get a call from the manufacturer stating IBG sent the report that everything is fine and nothing needs to be replaced. The manufacturer goes by what the report says.
Complaint
We bought the Restronic Mattress on September 22, 2021 at House & Home Menlyn.
The mattress is now 7 months old and the matrass already make cavitys on his and my side and this is not acceptable at all as the matrass is only 7 months old. We turn the mattress over once a month – from top to bottom and then from bottom to top again.
The warranty was registered at Restronic 2 days after we bought the bed.

Restonic Silverado bed
I bought a bed in November 2020. And it was my worst buy ever. Our backs ache and it feels as we are lying on the springs. The bed squeeks and the bed is sagging on the right side. It seems the warranty don't cover this. People please do not ever buy Restonic beds. I would rather spend more money and buy a Sealy. Never again will I buy a Restonic nonsense.

Complaint about uncomfortable bed
I recently bought a queen restonic bed at Qumbu OK furniture.
It is not even a month I'm using the bed only to find that it is not comfortable at all.it feel like I'm sleeping on a plunk.. I can even feel the spring.
The bed was on mark down from R6500 to R4000. Due to the original price I did not put much attention on comfort by the time of purchase.
I laid a complaint on OK furniture last week Tuesday and the supplier response is that they cannot help me in terms of comfort.
Im really disappointed and divasted. I feel like I have wasted my money. May you kindly please assist

I purchased a Restonic mattress from House & Home in President Square on 29/11/2019. The problem with the mattress was that the springs made a lot of noise when you lay down on the mattress and when you just sit on the mattress. We struggled almost 4 months with House & Home to get hold of Restonic and to replace the faulty mattress. On 22/02/2021 they replaced the mattress with a new one directly from the Restonic factory. Unfortunately the 1 year warranty has now expired and I can not go to House & Home again to replace the mattress. Unfortunately this mattress is doing exactly the same thing as the previous one and it is very unconfutable to sleep on. This mattress is only 6 months old and I can not understand why they gave me the exact same one as before to replace it because I think this is a manufacturing problem.

You hit the nail on the head! We purchased a Restonic king size firm mattress. Pricy. It broke down on both sides of mattress. They (the furniture company that sells this particular brand, told me he would order a “Extra Firm” Restonic Mattress. WE WERE HAD! They brought the replacement mattress, which already looked like someone used this bed! Sagging badly and it was “not an extra firm mattress (as it was only stated on the tag it said firm!). This mattress come to find out, came from Great Lakes Mattress Discount Store! It wasn’t nearly what we paid for it (the original price!) Since July 2022 I had to sleep on a small camping mattress from my camper, in the living room until this Restonic mattress was delivered. I couldn’t stand the pain being caused from the mattress breakdown. I am now in Physical Therapy. I am now stuck with a used mattress, which is not a Restonic ( maybe in name only). We were cheated out of our warrenty and our money we spent! If I ever hear of any of my family or friends say the name of Restonic or the Salesman that “LIED: to me I’ll make sure they will shop elsewhere and not to buy Restonic! Again :WE WERE LIED TO!

i purchased a restonic bed "Bolero" from bears furnishers here in vredenburg in August the 20th the first few days of using bed we found the bed to be causing us body pains, i contacted Bears furnishers and explained whats happening, they in turn gave me a contact person at Restonic Named Miles, as discussed with him the problem i was told by him to use the bed for s month and see if there is any changes after a month passed by we tried to contact Miles again but no answer from him after the lady from bears contacted head office only then did he respond and contacted me, he came out Yesterday the 19th of October, he was here for 10 minutes and says that there is nothing wrong with the bed, 'HOW DOES ONE TEST A BED BY JUST SITTING ON THE EDGES TO TEST THE SPRINGS"
i would really appreciate your assistance in the matter i have paid alot of money for a bed which i am having really terrible back pains with, waiting on your reply before i take this matter to my lawyer and Ombudsman,

It seems that I have been dropped from the warranty claim process.
Have been saving and shopping for a new bed and have found that many others have had this same problem with this bed.
I have been advised to correspond via email as to have a record of our correspondence.
All of my warranty information has already been submitted, so you should be able to track my poor service.
Please look into this matter and respond as soon as possible.

On March 28, 2018, I had ordered the noted mattress online from the Best Sleep Centre. I received a phone call the following day from Gary Keam of the Best Sleep Centre to review the delivery options. Gary had asked about my schedule for the next week to accept the delivery. I told him that we were not available on the Monday or Tuesday. Gary arranged the delivery through a third party trucking company. When the mattress didn't arrive the following week, I sent Gary a reminder that we were away; the mattress arrived on the Monday. I had to have a relative pick it up. We arrived home on Tuesday and took possession of it on Tuesday evening. We arrived home and I unwrapped the mattress which was double wrapped in plastic, with an additional polypropylene wrap on two sides.
We inspected the mattress and noticed several stains on the topper and the back. We photographed the stains. I emailed Gary advising him of the stains. Gary asked for photos of the stains, signed paperwork and the mattress tag. I requested a refund as he sold us a stained mattress. I phoned and spoke Gary today. He said that the stains were caused by us, the delivery person, the person who picked it up or Restonic. He defended his business, saying the mattress was never unwrapped in his warehouse, and they never did a quality control check. He blamed us for not noticing the stains through the plastic wrap. He stated that we had possession of it for more than 24hours; unwrapped it, therefore, policy says there is a no money back option, period. He offered to have it cleaned, or exchanged. I told him that it's a double standard for him to ship a stained mattress, but his own policy won't accept a stained mattress returned from a customer. Gary will not give us our money back, which I insisted. He offered an exchange, and we are responsible for bringing the mattress back to exchange same.
I am prepared to do all that I can to reach out to as many people as possible to tell how I received a mattress full of stains.
A refund of our money will only suffice

I have purchased mattress from a local store in California and its been two years and already sagging in middle and having a terrible back pain . I have submitted a online claim to head office because I didn't find a California manufacturer information while submitting the claim they directed me to California manufacturer and told them that some one will call me which I didn't get any calls or response for my claim. I tried to reach customer service of California manufacturer but no luck. I would really appreciate if some one could help me how to reach warranty department when the local manufacturer is not responding. I tried to reach customer service of restonic but its going to VM every time.
